Ehillel — refund o[censored]ncashed debited transaction

My ubi account bearing no.[protected] has been debited with rs.10, 000/- on[protected] at 11:13 am as per mobile alert at sbi atm near nrl petrol pump. But i haven't get any cash there. Since the transaction has currupted without cash delivery, it is requested to credit my accout with rs.10, 000/- at the earliest.
