It is regarding my Policy HDFC Young Star Supreme Suvidha of Rs. 18000 and this Policy has been taken in Feb'10 on HDFC Credit Card in which I had to pay in EMI of Rs.1500 . In 2nd year they asked me for the full premium of Rs. 18000 which I was not able to pay in Mar'11 and as a result so many charges have been levied.

But now I have paid Rs. 18000 as premium but not received any document from HDFC.

My request is to ask them to send the Document for the premium I have peid and also reverse the charges levied for the late payment to the credit card deptt.

For all these things I have visited HDFC Bank branches manier times but they dint resolve it.

    I guess i have joined the group of investors who were duped by HDFC Standard Life to invest in the Savings Assurance Plan-my attempts to contact the company have drawn a blank..can someone advise me on who else I can approach for a resolution, in addition to the insurance ombusdman?

    I guess I have just joined a large list of investors who have been duped by HDFC Standard Life on the sale of the HDFC Savings Assurance Plan.I am seeking some advice on who to approach for a resolution..can someone help me?

      Dear Sir,
      Sub: Reporting mis-selling of policy (No.[protected]
      This refers to a policy that I purchased from HDFC Standard Life in September 2009 from HDFC Bank in sector 50, Noida branch. Mr. Paritosh Gupta met me in the branch while I had gone for some banking since I hold a savings account with HDFC. Mr. Gupta saw that I had some spare funds and suggested me to invest them. I showed my willingness with the following brief:
      1. I would not like to invest in high risk investment. Hence, please do not suggest any equity linked plan
      2. My objective is investment and not insurance cover
      3. I would need to invest for a short period – 3 to 5 years and no more. Hence I need an early exit option
      4. I would like to invest a maximum of Rs. One lakh a year (annual option) even though I had some spare funds at that point of time
      Mr. Gupta, alongwith Mr. Anoop Misra suggested me ‘HDFC savings Assurance plan’ with the following information:
      a) It is primarily a savings plan and does not involve insurance. Hence, it does not deduct mortality charges
      b) It is not equity linked, nor is it pure debt fund. Hence, I could safely assume a return of about 12 to 15%
      c) The period of policy is 10 years. However, once I had paid 3 regular premiums, I could choose to withdraw / surrender the policy without any loss. But if done before that, most of my money would be forfeited
      d) Since I had spare funds at that point of time, I was suggested to pay a premium of `2 lakhs for the first year for better gains while from second year onwards, I could pay a reduced premium of 50%, i.e. `1 lakh

      Now, my first premium was paid on 28th Sept 2009. On 24th September 2010, I went with a cheque of `1 lakh to HDFC Bank branch, Sector 50, Noida. Mr. Anoop Misra met me and said that there was no provision to reduce the premium. Thereafter, he called up someone and said that the premium could be reduced to half only if I had come one month earlier. However, at this stage I have to pay `2 lakhs as premium. Having had no immediate option, I paid the premium of `2 lakhs.
      Secondly, another bomb was exploded when he told me that I cannot surrender the policy after 3 premiums. In case I did, most of my money paid will be forfeited.
      When asked about Mr. Paritosh Gupta, I was told that he had already resigned from the company, and hence, there is no way anything could be done.
      This year, I went to the office of HDFC Life at Krishna Apra Plaza in Sector 18, Noida, well before time (One and a half month before the premium became due). Shock! I was told that this provision in my policy does not exist anymore. Therefore, I will continue to have to pay Rs. 2 lakh as premium. Even in spite of long argument, the persons at the counters refused to help since there was nothing that they could do.
      I am beginning to wonder how many more surprises I am going to receive in the course of this policy period.
      Let me take this opportunity to point out that I have been banking with HDFC bank and have this bank account with HDFC bank (sector 18, Noida branch) for the last over 8 years. Additionally, I also had a Housing loan of `22.1 lakhs running with HDFC, which I closed last year.
      Sir, I demand to know why this mis-selling is being done by a reputed company like HDFC and that too, to an old, loyal and preferred customer. Do consumers have any rights in such matters or we are at the total mercy of such deceitful, fallacious, fraudulent and deceptive touts of respectable companies who for their personal short-term benefits, are willing to extend to any limits even at the cost of the reputation of the company which they are working for?
      I hope to receive a practical resolution from you on the matter. I do not want to block my money for such a long period and I would certainly not pay 2 lakhs as the premium this year – which precisely were the premise of my accepting the policy.

        My wife and I visited the HDFC Krishna Nagar Branch in Delhi to take care of some funds in our Non Resident accounts in late July. While being there, we were introduced to HDFC Life Policy in the name of making investments. The Asst Bank Manager laid out the benefits of the policy and painted the picture green (very green actually). In the end, we were only told about the benefits and the term (period) of the policy, which looked interesting and on the spot we decided to go for it (big mistake!!).

        As part of their consumer centric company, they even promised to send the Bank Agent to our home to get the signatures, etc. The agent did come, though a day late than scheduled and wherever he pointed, we just signed and signed. So far so good.

        Three weeks after agreeing to buy the policy and issuing the cheque, we received the policy documents. After I went through the "fine" print on the policy, I was shocked to learn the schedule of charges. First of all, these charges or the service terms were not at all told to us. Second, even if I think of ignoring the fact that Bank Personnel conveniently hid the schedule of charges, the charges are not cheap. Just to allocate the NAVs, the bank is charging 4% of the invested amount plus Rs500+ per month of maintenance, administrative, and what-not charges, setting us approximately Rs 10,000.00 back per annum.

        We strongly feel that we have been duped by HDFC. Now, when we look back at the discussion, we found the HDFC Bank Personnel very deceptive. Yes, I am stupid for not inquiring about the charges but who would have thought that banks now charge you for your own Life Insurance policy. Last time I bought one, the bank made the money from the money I gave them. Discussing the policy benefits without disclosing such charges is deceitful and is considered a bait-and-switch. We are appalled that the HDFC Bank and their Agents have not been honest with us.

        I had immediately written an email to HDFC mentioned in the policy document. I didn't get any response. I wrote again, and also Cc'ed to the Nodal Officer this time. No response again. It has been over a week now. My heart is sinking over the fact that we made an investment of 2 lacs and this amount seemed to be under the water.

        I am still figuring out the next course of action. Discontinuing the policy seemed like viable option but the policy contract states heavy fines, further charges, etc. to save us from future trouble and agony. But if that happens, the HDFC would lose all my business and (of course) I will close down all my accounts.

        If you noticed from my write up above, I did contact the HDFC Life via email ([protected]@hdfclife.com) TWO times with policy number but did NOT receive any response. Not even an acknowledgment.

        I also went to HDFC Life web site and left a complaint. No acknowledgment or response yet. I am not sure what else would you like me to do to contact you.

        I cannot physically visit a branch at this time. Contacting HDFC Life through electronic medium is my best option for now to resolve the issue.

        Assuring your best service in letter is one thing. I'm, however, yet to see/receive it in spirit.

        Yes, that's what I had thought. It has been over 5 days and I am getting the assured "best" service.
        Hi, HDFC Life people are fraud.Please do not buy any of their products .Same thing happened with me.?I went to bank in order to invest money in HDFC Mutual fund.There one guy forced me hdfc crest policy and said you can cancel this if you don't like it any time and you would not be charged any thing.I said no.even then these people went after me and called me number of times for the policy.They did not inform me anything about the policy and said you will get documents and everything will be written there.I did not get any documents and written an application for cancelation . Also I had written a letter stating that I have not received any documents .The person at branch told me that he will inquire with courier company why documents have not been received .In between I called bank and customer care as well as physically visited branch in order to inquire about the documents.. every time they told me that "it's in progress".After 1 and half month I got a call from branch, he told me that policy cancellation has been denied because documents has already been received and told me the name of person who received the documents . Conclusion : HDFC Life and Bank is so smart that after one month (policy cancelation time is one month) they confirmed the status .
        Now I have called customer care to cancel this policy and also I had physically visited branch and written an application again for policy cancellation. Today again when I called cust care, they said again it’s been canceled .
        This means they will not cancel the policy as they are Fraud and want to make fool out o[censored]s .
        Please help what to do?
        I am going to tell all of my friends not to deal with these guys .
        Please tell me is there any legal action I can take against them and what will be the cost of it.
        HDFC lifeinsurance people are real cheats, donot invest in them, eventhough i submitted my policy to cancel with in freelook period, they have not cancelled and i have been waiting for almost 7 months, , , cheaters.. Find some decent jobs to live people..

        HDFC Crest — Policy document not received

        Dear Sir,
        I had taken Crest plan from HDFC Life insurance. HDFC life sales person and a manager came to my house for selling their policy. But after receiving the cheque, I neither received the policy document nor there was any communication regarding the delay. I gave complaint on their website, but in vain. I tried to call the manager but could not reach her. I request concerned authorities to take necessary action and send the policy document.

        Yes I too agree. HDFC life insurance company taking wrong steps. It is very bad for them. I too one of the sufferer.
        I fully agree with the customer grievances. I am also a suffer to this account. My only fault was I trusted HDFC personnel blindly.
        yes i also agree with the customer. I also have the same very bad experience with HDFC personnel. They are all cheat. whenever i visit the branch for any reason, these people are only interested to trap the customers into some or the other policy. even if you are at a cash counter, the teller always ask you about the investment, he in not interested to do his job.
        Hello guys,

        I am recently been cheated by HDFC by not telling me extra charges on HDFC SL Crest plan. The charges are so high that even NAV is increased my fund value is decreasing every month.

        If I ask any clarification on this to customer care, they tell me go to branch.

        Its better to keep money in savings account or fixed deposit then investing in such fraud plans.

        Never ever fall trap into any of HDFC policy.It is nightmare, they cheat you so openly with no hesitation. Firstly the sales guy doest have any information on charges or if he has he is told not to disclose any of the information. I bought HDFC SL crest policy on Dec 2011 and it is said to be share market linked plan. The sensex was 15450 at that time. as on today the sensex is 19500, can any of you guess whats my poliy is worth of today, its -2500 rupees.I invested 50000 anual and today its value is 47500.let me share their cheating at every stage step by step. very firsat when you invest say about 50000 your poly is allocated units worth about 47000 only, not sure what happened to 3000. and the funny part is when you pay 50000 again for next year again you are allocated units worth 47000 only so its recurring. then they charge monthly administration charges of 350 rupees which amounts to 3800 anually.Now see the best part they they use your money, invest in the market earn decent 300% and also steal your hard earned money too. just imagine the market has increased from 15450 to 19500 in a year and I see -3500 on my policy, just unbelievable. Honestly the HDFC agent who are employees hide every possible information and trap all your hard earned money.in just about 6 months all whom you spoke would have left the company and changed the no. and lastly I heard if you want to withdraw your own money it will attract heavy chanrges so you are trapped there too.end of the day chances are after 7/10 years your money would remain same by miracle or few 10 thousands less then what you invested.

        This is actually a 'fraud' product. The rate of return is not even 4-5% after premium paying term period. All those who are invested in this product should check their current fund value and you will realize it.

        I am surrendering the policy, better to be invested in Bank FD or any Debt Mutual Fund.

        BIGGEST FINANCIAL MISTAKE OF MY LIFE WAS TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. Shame of HDFC officials for misguiding and looting hard earned money of investors.

            On 6th March 2008, an ULIP plan was purchased by me for Rs. 10,000 (Annual Premium) through HDFC Standard Life but without any notification of due date of further annual payments, policy was declared to be lapsed and a cheque of Rs. 354.27 was released by HDFC Standard Life after three years of completion of policy which was again without any notification for renewal of the said policy. This is fault at the end of HDFC Standard life that has not disclosed the exact terms and conditions for the policy and had closed the policy without any notifications of due date to deposit policy and had declared the policy as lapsed instead of renewing the policy.

              MR Cheatn from Hdfc standardb life insurance sold a ulip policy to me by way of not defined hidden exp. premium Allocation charge of 30% on premium paid for first two years which is outright expense for us and income for HDFC other admn and chages are extra , it means on the day of investment our investment become 70%. inthis loot IRDA also supporting to cheat public. IT SEEMS MITUALLY THEY ARE PRTNER HDFC AND IRDA. no one is going to hear.

                Hi,
                My name is Vineet Sinha and I have taken policy HDFC young star which was expired in Feb'11 and a payment of Rs.18000 made for the renewal of this policy in Mar'11 through IVR with the help of Mr. Mayank Agarwal (Paschim Vihar Branch).

                Till yet I did not receive any receipt regarding payment and I am continuosly doing follow with HDFC Satandar Life (Paschim Viahr) but they failed to send the receipt for the same.

                Without any receipt how I'll come to know whether payment is received by bank or not but the payment is reflecting in my Mar'11 credit card statement. I can not pay blindly the amount appearing in my Credit Card and I am still waiting for the receipt, it is very irresponsible work from HDFC Satandar Life. So many charges levied on credit card and now I am helpless to pay so much amount as a Fine Charges and Late Payment fees.

                In this case they are liable to pay the amount I have to pay as Finance Charges and Late Fees etc.

                I am doing follow up with them since Mar'11 and now I think it is better to make a complaint against them as they are not bother what is happening with customers.

                Please it is my humble request to take action against them,just because of them I am so tensed and not able to pay the payment. Earlier I was paying my all payments on time even you can check, now they are responsible for this irresponsile work and the problem I am facing.

                  MY NAME IS SHRUTHI........... My mother NAGARATHNA.C.R had done an investment policy(HDFC CREST) three montha back...after one a month collecting the cheque yhey told that my mom has to undergo medicals, i took her to the medcals after a month i only enquired about the inveatment no one turned up.. again they told that ECG has to be done and told to attend the medcals and we had not received any letter from HDFC they told us to go to the hospital and after going to the hospital they said the letter is must for an medcals..... i recevied letter after 10 days i took my mom to ECG and the repot was normal it has been 15 days we finished all medcals i am not getting any response from them... i was in touch with Mr.MANJUNATH([protected]) who was taking care about the investment and now he is least bothered to reply.. they wont receive the call they say it is 99% over and wont say anything properly.. this is not the way to behave with the customers i need immidiate response for this 50000 is not an less amount... and it's been 3 MONTHS collecting the money.... i am not at all happy with this.... I want to know what has happened to it and if at all it is cancelled i want the money to be settled soon i have put 4 days lave along with my mother to complete all your formalities and medicals... i need an immidiate response...

                    Hello,

                    This policy has been force-fully sent to me by the HDFC tele-sales team. They had informed me that the policy instruction manual and papers will be first sent to my address, and thereafter I will receive a confirmation call for activating the policy. Accordingly, I had already requested for a cancellation, however, my HDFC credit card statement [HDFC CC No: [protected]] reflects a payment due of INR 24,000/-. I had called up my HDFC CreditCard department, however, they are saying that they have not received any cancellation request from the HDFC LIFE department. Please understand that I am in a financial crisis and I cannot bear the burden of Rs. 24,000 every year. The policy details and the sales-agent details are mentioned below.

                      Proposal 37245 on life of Akshay kapoor denied in sept.2002 but payment
                      still pending after 9 years.

                      Dear Sirs,
                      It has been unpleasant to say that the insurance company is least worried
                      over the payment to be made to the client,inspite of visiting their Agra
                      office and reminding them through email.

                      Even, the insurance ombudsman,UP circle,when asked to take the drastic
                      action against the insurance co.,responded that it is beyond their
                      jurisdiction as per their letter dt.16.12.2003. They wrote that the
                      insurance company has sent me the cheque no. 480665 dt. 30.09.02 for
                      Rs.2913/-

                      On the contrary ,no cheques had been sent to us.And that the insurance co.
                      is misguiding and utilising the amount for their own benefit.
                      Now, it is my request to you to take the matter with higher authorities and
                      get me compensated with the principal amount alonwith interest there upon
                      besides damages.

                      Dear Azmat,

                      I am sorry to say that without reading the subject matter, you passed the comments.
                      My dear friend, What the subject matter was- that the proposal declined after a good lapse of time but the initial payment has not been returned till date after a lapse of more than 9 years inspite of visiting their branch and through email and even taking the matter to ombudsman but nothing positive resulted.

                      It appears that they are least affected by the consumer grievance and their hard earned money.
                      And moreover they are least bothering the government agencies from taking any drastik action.

                      What I want to tell you that they have to make the payment for not only the principal amount collected by them but also the compound interest @24 % P.A. as and when it has to be paid.

                      As regards changing the logo of the company, it is relevant what the logo I have given, looking at the overall perforfance of the HDFC standard Life/ HDFC LIFE and the harassment they caused and still continuing.

                      Is this company has uplifted our head-Sar Utha ke Jio?

                        Dear Sirs,

                        I was stunned to note ,when my father told me about the conditions printed on the policies, as to be very much averse to the interest of the policy holder whereby the entire amount paid by the policy holders as premium ,will go to the pocket of HDFC Life and that the person will be robbed off basically of all his savings.

                        In case of eventuality,if a person goes for surrender of the policy,he will not get any amount from the first year premium and that for the rest of period ,he will get 50% of the premium and thus he will loss his 27% of the basic amount paid to the insurance company,HDFC life, what to say about the bonus or the interest factor. And when the answer to this querry was sought from the branch, they could not say anything except that we had to apply for surrender value,we will get the response from their Mumbai office.

                        In my case,

                        This way, I have to shell out Rs. 7898/-from the basic amount ,which is almost 23% loss,incurred in taking the HDFC standard life policy, what to say about the bonus or the interest factor.

                        Is it fair on the part of the HDFC standard life insurance co. or the Government and its regulatory agency to oversee such a situation.

                        Further no norms are there as to what percentage of deduction or how to arrive at such an amount of surrender value. Its only upto the insurance co like HDFC standard life or HDFC life to pay or arrive at the amount whatsoever they like.

                        It would be fair on their part to put the slogan SAR KALAM KARA KE MARO instead of SAR UTHA KE JIYO

                        Moreover, I applied for surrender value on 28.03.2011 but came to know about it on 21.04.2011, a month later. I submitted the documents immdtly on receipt.

                        But the payment is still awaited, whereas the LIC makes the payment within 3 to 4 days.





                        Even the other policies of my brothers and sister has been surrendered so that we may be saved from the paws of HDFC LIFE.

                        What more to write? I will take the matter to the press, even to the consumer forums and the regulatory authority og Government.

                          I, the undersigned, a policy holder under your concern bearing the Policy No.[protected] dated on 31.01.10, beg to state that a written application to know the details regarding the
                          (1) Mr. Champak Bhattarya assured me 7% – 8% Allocation in the 1st year (Supreme Subidha). But in the deed it shows 30%.
                          (2) He assured me of a special benefit and a covetous gift worth Rs. – 3,500 – 4,000/- against the policy of Rs. – 30,000/- yearly premium which he does not implement so far.
                          (3) He does not receive my phone call inspite of repeated efforts.
                          Along with this I begged for taking necessary steps against such deceptive and faulty consultations given by Mr. Champak Bhattachrya, Sales Manager, Contai Branch.
                          But no response to the said matter is availed still now. It is a matter of sorrow.

                            My name is Sheetal Rao and I am a working professional.

                            This is to bring to everyone’s notice the incompetence of the HDFC staff, and the harassment that I have been facing for the last 1.5 months. It is ridiculous how they manage to run behind you when they need to sell you a policy but are least bothered when it comes to extending services.

                            I hold a pension policy from HDFC (Policy No[protected] for which I have been paying a premium for the of Rs.20000/- for the last few years. Since I was unaware that the premium would be deducted via ECS, I ended up paying the Premium twice - once online (on 9th Jan) and later via ECS deduction (on 10th Jan). I was sent a refund cheque (Cheque Number -798293 dated 20th Jan for Rs.20000/-). I erroneously hand-wrote my account number on the cheque while depositing it in the bank, due to which the cheque was rejected and sent back to me.

                            I submitted the cheque in the HDFC Standard life Office in Dhole Patil Road, Pune on 19th February 2011, and was assured that a fresh cheque would be sent back to be in 15 days. I have since been following up with the Customer Service[protected], and have called them 7 times (some of the dates that I have recorded are 28th Feb, 14th March, 24th March, thrice on 28th March and 9th April) in the last 1.5 months. They state that the cheque has been received but none have an update or a record of what happened thereafter. I’ve been week after week given assurances that the cheque would be sent across, on multiple occasions been informed that someone would reach out to me – but neither have a heard back from anyone from HDFC, nor have I received the cheque till date.

                            The last I spoke with the Customer Care, I threatened to lodge a complaint post which I was asked to get in touch with the Branch[protected] directly. I spoke with a lady named Priyanka who assured me that she’d check and get back in 2 hours. As usual, she never did. I called her again in the afternoon and she mentioned that she had passed on a request to process the cheque and I would receive the same the following Tuesday (5th April). It’s 9th April – still no news- and no word from anyone from HDFC.
                            As a last resort, am putting this up on consumer forums to highlight the callousness of HDFC officials. I will call them again on Monday – since they apparently have a half day at the offices today – and hence people are too busy to entertain their customers on Weekends. I’m hoping that this should do, what all my calls could not. Is anyone from HDFC hearing??

                                  My name is Seemeen.
                                  I had policy called Suvidha Plus from HDFC life Insuramce.
                                  I had surrender my policy on 13th august and til date they had not issue me a cheque. However as per there rule i should receive cheque within 10 days.
                                  Everytime i had follwed up to HDFC people.They never shown intrest whethe customer's need. after 15 days when i enquired they said its courier to your address on 27th of August you wil get within a week after courier. I waited for a week, but still i have not mreceived teh cheque. Then again I had enquired in customer care on 7th of september, they said its deliverde to you and you have received it. I was very shocked that i had not received cheque then who has taken. Then i told them that i have not received. They checcked and confirm that its delives to sombpdyelse and we are sory for that. But just saying a sorry will not solve your proble. How people workng in such a Brand can be so irresponsible. They said they will recall and send it back to me. But there was another issue. They had printed wrong name on the cheque. Again i had complaint on 17th of september 2010. And they said i wil get it maximum within 7 working days. But still till date i.e. on 29th of september 2010 i have not received cheque. Whole day i tried to call in branch but these peole they even dont pick up the call. When i had complaint in customer care about this senario they said that might be they are busy so thats why they dont pick up the cal.
                                  How sily and its very rediculous.
                                  I can say one thing for HDFC Life Insurance" Naam Bade Aur Darshan Khote"
                                  Very bitter experience for me atleast. The prpose why i had surrender the policy finaly not resolved. I wanted that amount as i was in need. But thse people thay dont have mnners how to speak with customer.
                                  One thing i can say, if you want to take policy hen they will give you call several time in a day, but when it comes to refund the money they are just Bullshettt!!!

                                    My name is Swagata and I lived in Guwahati,Assam before I moved to USA in 2000.During my visit to India in Feb 2010,I went to HDFC Kolkata and one employee named Kaushik Basu missold me a HDFC savings assurance plan.What was explained to me is completely different from what the policy is.I was told to put a high first year premium so that the sum assured would be high at the end of 10 years and I could go for a very minimal premiun from the second year onwards.I did not know that his main intention behind this was to get a huge commission of around 50%.I signed up for 4 lakhs /annum premium.Moreover, he asked me to put my India address which I did and put my Guwahati ,assam addess since he knew that I would get the policy papers way after cancellation time for the policy has passed.Ever since I received the papers,I have been trying to cancel the policy but of no use.They are selling policy with deceptive tactics.Please stop such policies being sold in the market.


                                    Now after loding a complaint with IRDS,it was forwarded to HDFC bank for investigation.Why would the agent who missold me the policy want to give up his commission.So they decided not to refund the money.If I cannot get my money back,I can atleast warn other to STAY WAY FROM HDFC BANK.I may be contacted at [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    MONEY WAS NOT PAID BACK AS PER THE COMMITMENT. I HAVE INVESTED RS.7500/- TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE. AS PER CONTRACT THEY WOULD REFUND ME RS21000/- I TEN MONTHS. BUT WE WILL NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM TILL NOW. PLEASE DO THE COMPANY ADVICE TO REFUND THE MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
                                    also cheated same like this. this HDFC bank Relationship Managers in the begning talking very sweet and they cut our throat nicely. they are getting huge amount of commission. this is one type of corruption in the bank. you can file your complaint to [protected]@hdfcbank.com
                                    but it will not help you because the are purposely supporting to their officers. we have to fight in cunsumer court and IRDA (insurance regulatory and development authority). and we have to do it together all people who cheated by HDFC bank and HDFC standard life insurance company. now do not open any account in private banks like HDFC.ICICI, HSBC. best to open account in Govt. banks.

                                    I am also victim of such fraud. A fraud agent called me up by representing himself as HDFC bank executive and sold me 2 policies with so many false commitments. When I realized that I am trapped and complaint to HDFC LIFE in written and online so many times they didn't responded well. The grievance department staff misbehaved in phone when I call to inquire about status of my complaint and at the end they closed the case by saying it wasn't missell. They are supporting frauds or may be corrupted and taking bribe from those frauds to sell their policies, They talk really sweetly when wana take money by selling policies and then show their devil side when you got trapped. If there is anything we can get justice or file major complaint against the fraud agents and corrupted HDFC life insurance company, kindly let me know as I would like to fight harder for justice to save many more people getting trapped by such fraud money eater insurance companies.
