I have booked 2.5 BHK flat in HDIL Whispering Tower during November 2010. I have made payment of 20% of total cost. Area was 1315 sq ft. Even after paying 20%, builder is not ready to with agreement for sale. There was no progress till about 33 months. Now I have received demand letter for payment against completion of II nd plinth level. There are many changes with respect to conditions given to me while booking. a) Area increased to 1470 from 1315 sq.ft due to flower bed area now included in the flat area. b) Schedule of payment changed completely. c) CAR park cost was 4, 50, 000 when booked the flat but now builder is asking two compulsory parking at Rs 10, 00, 000 in cash. I have requested them to expedite signing agreement for sale that will help us in securing loan. Pl guide me what options consumer have options legally to deal with HDIL. regards, BHAVIN KHONA

In Whispering Towers only 6 agreements were registered and I am one of them. Builder now demanding money as per new DCR rules. I am looking for those 5 customers whose agreements are registered in 2010 to 2012. Please send me their email contacts or phone no.s so we can fight together. NRI and my friend also purchase on same wing B, he did the registration
last month, he told me on the registration agreement there is written
that project will complete on 2018, and no late penalty from HDIL, I
have made payment of
20% of total cost. Area was 1185 sq ft,

There was no progress till about 6 months. Now I have received demand
letter for payment against

completion of 2nd floor, please guide me if i want to cancel this flat,
on the booking contract its written 1% cancellation charge of total cost
of Flat, have any options legally to deal with HDIL

Hi there, i booked a 3 BHK flat back in 2011 in Whispering towers as well...same like u all i have fallen pray to HDIL as well...i have already paid about 35% of cost...but HDIL is no ready to do the registration untill i pay them parking amount of Rs.14 lakhs in cash...at the time of booking we were told that parking amount would be Rs.10 lakhs which we will have to pay at the time of possession of flat. But now they have changed there minds and are asking the monies now itself. There have been lot of discussion/ arguments with the site manager but they are stubborn about their new demands. Thier staff is of no help at all...i found out that HDIL has done similar malpractices with other people as well...after lot of emails and phone calls i thought of contacting the CM but have not received any response from them...plzzzzzzzz advise if someone has a solution...i can be contacted on [protected]...Thanks Chandan
hi i too have booked a flat in Whispering Tower in the wing in 2015 and was told that the project would be completed by 2018. Then last year they forced me to complete the registration. After this we were shocked to hear that there was a stay order on this project. When i tried to contact the people concerned on their mobiles, everyone had left this office. Last June i had visited the place and met one person by the name of Manish Chavan and Viral Gandhi. Unfortunately Mr Manish Chavan never responds to phone calls or whatsup messages and of Mr. Viral Gandhi there is no trace. Can some one please update the buyers/investors on the progress of this project or then where do we go with our complaints.

out of 417 oweners hardly 40/60 came together. Pls join the group if not joined earler.
I think only bhavin in the group . Let us fight together with common goal, atleast our future children/grand childred will use it.

Hi All,

I have also bought s 2bdrm apartment in the E wing. I have so far paid approx. 60% of the property value. I have already done the stamp duty registration for the apartment and even bought the parking. All money was paid through cheques. Infact last when I checked the building was standing about 20odd storeys but since the last 2years it’s been stuck and no construction, no updates or no feedback from the developer or people on the ground.

I am wondering if something can be done through Maha RERA.

Would appreciate if anybody has any inputs.
