Honor India — faulty mobile honor 7s sold by honor brand

On 17th sep 2018 i have purchased honor 7s mobile from honor app order no : [protected] i received on 18th sep 2018, on 19th of this month while configuring first use i found getting lines on display when mobile is on and received damage display.

And i register a complaint on 19th over toll free number and dropped mail also on hihonor.[protected]@huwaei.com with all the documents what they asked me over telephonic conversation and i have received acknowledment also over mail reference:-sr[protected].

Till date there is no replay nor received solution from honor india team.

When i call to toll free [protected] they give rude answer by mr. Vishnu sharma, senior executive and mr. Rahul sharma and they will speak in rude manner with customer.

Like wise soo many people were suffering who has purchased over this type of app based purchase. Request you to take action so that this type of companies do not fall raboury indians pockets.

Honor 7S a product from Huawei has very wrost service and wrost support. They were selling faulty units over online from there own app hihonor app. Bluffing Indian people by labeling Make in India where as selling Chinese products.
