I have prepaid idea connection no. is[protected] since last so many years. when i have took idea sim card it was my mothers name .so document was given of my mother at that time . now my mother has no longer , & recently when idea demands cross varification documents , i have given death certi of mother & also new id proof of mine . now whats happen , they have closed my outgoing call service of my mobile & continue incoming service without any sms or email or letter . when i am trying to contact they call me due to negative documents they have stopped my outgoing service .

also when i purchased there are life time card . now they change from liftime to till 2018 .

there are so many problems with idea . congestion , poor service , chargable customer call helpline etc

    this is not only for me there is lots of people of suffering this type of problem

        I have taken 2 postpaid connections recently. One for my mobile ([protected]) and the other one for my Data Card ([protected]). The verification of my mobile number was held successfully. But the issue came with my data card connection. The issue was my data card connection was made as CUG ADD ON connection, which should not be done. Then I received a call from IDEA for verification on 23rd July 2011. Because of some official work I was unavailable on that day. Then I got a message from Idea to call on 12345 and reschedule the Verification process. I did the same on Monday, 25th July 2011, and scheduled the verification on Tuesday 26th July 2011.

        On Monday 25th July 2011, the outgoing service of my mobile number was de-activated because NO VERFICATION WAS DONE. On the day of rescheduled verification, the IDEA person did not came. I waited for Wednesday also and again registered for the same. Still my verification has not been done yet.

        Now,
        1. Why my data card connection made as CUG ADD ON connection, when I didn’t asked for it?
        2. If my data card connection’s verification is not done then why my MOBILE connections outgoing services deactivated?
        3. I had waited for 3 days from 25th July 2011 to 27th July 2011, still my outgoing service is not activated. If by evening 4:00 p.m. my outgoing services are not activated then I am not going to continue with the IDEA Services and also will not pay any charges for any outstanding amount.
        4. Today I received one message from IDEA that “Your communication ID[protected] has been registered and will be serviced shortly”. Why after so much suffering my service has been registered too lately??????


        I’ll be waiting for the response ASAP.

          everyday balance is reducing by 2 rs and saying that your fashion mms subscription is auto renewed by reducing your balance by 2 rs.

          i made many calls to customer care but still no action is being taken.
          they say we will deactivate this with in 24 hours, your balnce will not be reduced hence forth

          I wanted to deactivate this value added service i did not wanted at all.

            I have applied for my mobile number portability from virgin to idea nearly a month ago. i have already submitted all the required documents and bought the idea sim. Despite of repeated attempts of inquiry from costumer care executive of both service providers nothing has been done. None of them is providing any reason for this delay. I have been unnecessarily harassed from last one month. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate measures. My virgin mobile number is [protected].

            I am Ganesh.My mobile number is [protected].I changed my mobile network from Virgin Mobile(CDMA) to Relaince(CDMA) on20/02/2010 through mobile number portability.From past two day i am not able to use this number.It is say the number is invalid.When i was calling the reliance/virgin customer care they are telling everytime server is down.I am facing so much problem from past todays. Whereas i am not using any type of service of idea company, many times i try to contact this company customer care but can't contact to them, please solve my complaint, thanks

                From last 2 weeks I continuously received message from Idea for 'Incomplete documents Submission'.
                I can't give new documents at Idea Center due to unknown owner.

                  Last month i made a Rs 46 recharge which was a Friends and Family offer. Since i made my calls to the 3 respective nos @ 20ps/sec.
                  3 days later i made a 149 recharge which was a night offer. since that my call charge became 1 rs. i contacted the customer care several times and they told me to do this and that. Later, i.e after some 6 days when i called they said no 2 offers could be enjoyed together. then when i enquired abt my 46 rupee recharge they disconnected. pls take action atleast to preven such an incident in future

                  made an online recharge through Idea web on 23-11-10 somewhere 1:38 pm and the code 84329506 after that i got a message from ID - IdeaWeb @ 1:44 pm msg("Dear customer, thank you for making a payment of Rs50.00 on the idea celluar website. it is being updated in your account"); after 1:55pm got a message from my bank regarding the debited the amount from my account and RefNo:[protected]. but still now the amount is not added on my mobile balance. my mobile number is [protected]

                    I, Milind Shinde, working for Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd., am facing an issue with the 2 new IDEA corporate connections taken by me on 21st July 2011.

                    While availing this Corporate plan (T 655 - 149 Rental), I was told that my inter-calling between the 2 corporate connections will be free however now both the calls are barred. When I interacted with the IDEA customer care, they told me that my unbilled amount has exceeded my credit limit for both the connections. When I told them that we just do inter-calling and don’t do any other outside calls, then they informed me that the inter-calling charges will be considered in the unbilled amount and at the end of billing cycle, the corporate plan amount will be discounted and inter-calling charges will be free.

                    But now the concern is that every morning my both the connections are barred from calling and I have to raise a request at IDEA customer care daily to activate both the lines. I need a permanent solution to this issue, if you can please guide me on this matter, it will be appreciated.

                      I am Idea Prepaid user. My mobile no. is [protected]. Today on 26/07/2011 at 10.25 a.m., I made a call to land line number in Mumbai while I was in Roaming. Actually it's very surprising that, there is roaming in Mumbai for Maharashtra prepaid users. I spoke for 74 seconds and after completing call, I got message that, last call charges Rs. 62. And on the same day in the evening at 4.50p.m., I made a call to Hyderabad land line number. I spoke for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. After completing call I got message, last call charges Rs.127.
                      I am very much surprised when Idea charged this much amount which is far more than International Call.
                      When I spoke to customer care in Mumbai, the concerned person told me that, your number belongs to Maharashtra circle,so call to Maharashtra Circle Customer Care. As per his message when I had a word with Maharashtra Circle Customer care, he informed me that you made a call from Mumbai so have a word with Mumbai Customer Care.

                      Still this is not resolved. IDEA is earning money from subscribers by this IDEA.
                      I am following with Customer Care to get the above issue resolved and get my balance back. After communicating with Customer Care Representative, I got message from [protected](Idea number), and asked me to repond to this toll free number. I replied to this number and Idea deducted sms charges for responding to IDEA Toll Free number.

                      Again my query raised on 26.07.2011 regarding incorrect charging is not resolved yet. IDEA people keep saying it will be resolved soon. But when will it be resolved, they don't have answer to this Question.
                      I got Idea SMS saying that my concern has been resolved successfully with the charge being reversed. SR No.1-[protected]. I got this sms on4 August at 6.s5 p.m.
                      But still the amount is not reversed. I called customer care for thrice a time for this. But they could not say anything other than, this information is not updated in the system.
                      Please do the needful to reverse this amount as soon as possible.
                      As soon as we complete the call, the call charges are deducted. Same is when we send the sms.
                      But how much time is required to reverse the incorrect charges?.

                          I had applied for mobile number portability from IDEA to VODAFONE on 2nd july but somehow IDEA rejected it. I again applied fresh on 7th july and that also got rejected. I again applied on 20th july and haven't recieved any confirmation/rejection yet. On calling customer care their is no resolution of the query as they said they have no IDEA(perhaps that's why the name) about your request.
                          Rejecting my Porting Request

                          I am using Idea no [protected] (Hyderabad) for the last 4 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from IDEA to Airtel.

                          And i went to Airtel show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.

                          But I received a message saying 'Request rejected by Donor due to thre are subsisting contractual obligations from the subscriber agreement'. Actually in my case there is no contactual obligation with IDEA because mine was an individual normal prepaid connection. they are simply delaying my complaint saying somany lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here Idea is denying that right for me.

                          I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.

                          I contacted my Idea customer care about this issue no one has respondig. Could you please help me in this regard.

                          i like to bring my concern in your notic that on 19th of march i had got my no. registerd for mobile portibility from idea to tata indicam. As per the norms and conditions i was told to wait for 5 days to avil the services. but later my request was rejected by idea on the bases of any legal issue and after calling them many times, so far they did not tell my what legal issue they had have with me. now this is my humble request to you to take appropriate action aganist them and to sort out my problem.

                            I have purchased one IDEA 3G data card on 21.07.2011.from VRITI
                            INFOCOM PVT.LTD.as per the offer I have got in my mail which includes
                            free GOA voucher.But till date it is not activated nor I have got my
                            free voucher.

                            IDEA DATA CARD — non activation

                            I HAD BOUGHT AN IDEA NETSETTER 3G DATACARD FROM IDEA RESELLER VRITI INFOCOMM on 20th july, receipt no. 21320 for 1699 rupees. my card is yet to get activated although it was functional for one day, i have been talking to various executives, latest in the list is some Mr Pankaj and some Mr gorav . i m told that my verification is negative, earlier i was told my id prooof was not clear. the man who delivered the datacard to me . took pament as well as my photo and DL photocopy. he did not fine anything wrong in it. had he told me i would have given a new photostat copy.
                            I mean to saay that the company is not giving me the required services and coming out with silly excuses one after the another.

                              I bought one Post Paid Mobile Sim Connection from IDEA Office, Gohana on 20th July'2011. The no. i bought was premium no. for which i paid Rs.600/- in addition to connection charges. But on next day when no. activates was ordinary one. then i complaint to IDEA but i have not received any response from their side.So please look into this.

                                I have requested for Port change of the following mobile no's from IDEA to AIRTEL.

                                IDEA has accepted the request and the no's has been activated in AIRTEL.I have taken the SIM cards from AIRTEL and has been using the no's in AIRTEL for the past 20days and stopped using IDEA SIM cards.On 05.07.2011 when i have hecked up with IDEACELLULAR LTD, 39-7-1.SURYA KRISHNA TOWERS,M.G.ROAD,LABBIPET,VIJAYAWADA both the no's were not de-activated and they have raised requests for de-activation.RECEIVED a call from AIRTEL today requesting me to submit latest and final bill paid in IDEA.I was shocked to hear that still the no's are not de-activated and they asked me to pay the rent for the no's which i have not used.I request somebody to guide me to get this problem resolved.

                                  I am customer of idea 2g prepaid net setter since dec 2010. i have been recharging my no ( [protected]) of Rs 199 per month since i got this. but yesterday morning i wanted to recharge my 2g idea prepaid net setter with 199.but when retailer was trying to recharge the message of "invalid recharge" is showing on his cell.

                                  then i called customer care where i talked to Mrs GAGAN. she told me that 199 plan has been removed now you can recharge your no with 399 plan with unlimited usage of internet.after listening this information i recharged my no with 399..now i want to confirm that is it right information that 199 plan is removed and 399 plan is unlimited which i recharged yesterday

                                  I am student and I purchased this device of idea just because of 199 plan of 1GB per month.but now 399 plan is too hard to recharge my number.

                                    I had two numbers of Idea { +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] } and i requested on 11-june-2011 to deactivate all the features of the sim with full settlement of the bill.

                                    but still the invoice are generated and i am very disappointed with it and This is in breach of our contract as laid down by the law. kindly check the attachment which i requested.

                                      I,TRILOKI NATH is having a idea cellular prepaid connection no.-[protected].Today i recieve a message from IZ-IDEACL stated that " your subscription to jokes portal pack weekely is activated @ Rs 12 for 7 days. To DEACTIVATE SMS UNSUB ONJOKW to 55456." at 14:12;45.
                                      I called the customer care he told today one call came to you from ourside to activate this service on ur no. and u have replied for that therefore this service has been activated on ur no. I told him that i have not recieved any call from idea ..he says that u have recieved a call.
                                      But it`s true that i have not recieved any call from IDEA.
                                      PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL ...

                                        I'm being deducted Rs.5 or Rs.10 almost everyday for the past two months from my prepaid balance by IDEA. I'm calling the IDEA customer care everyday and requesting to cancel any subscription if still there. They say that a complaint has already been lodged. I have even received many messages from IDEA that all WAP and GPRS subscriptions have been cancelled. But all my efforts have been useless. Even now the deductions are happening. I have lost more than 200 Rs in the past month.

                                        This is the message I keep receiving for WAP de-activation:
                                        " Dear customer, Your request for GPRS-MMS deactivation has been processed successfully 12Hrs 0 Min Hrs. SR No.[protected] Thank You." I have been receiving such messages for the past two months.
                                        Every time I register a complain, I get these messages. Still, no action has been taken by these fraudsters. The same day I get these messages 20 Rs. more has been deducted.

                                        Please help me get a refund from this FRAUD company.

                                        Idea Cellular — useless fraud company

                                        i bought a connection MOBILE NO.- [protected] of idea from kalka in haryana ,while giving connection the dealer took all necessary documents and started the connection automatically the company started caller tune service and deducted money from my account and also has started some more services which i dont even know how to use , now in a week the connection has been closed down due to some bloody document that i have to deposit that too without informing me on my secondary no.which i have clearly given on the application form of the new connection.

                                        1. IF THEY CANT INFORM OF THE DISCONNECTION WHY DID THEY TAKE SECONDARY NO.
                                        2. WHY WERENT THE COMPLETE DOCUMENTS TAKEN BY THE DEALER
                                        3. WHY WAS THE CONNECTION STARTED WITHOUT COMPLETE DOCUMENTS

                                        THIS SHOWS HOW UTTERLY SHAMELESS THIS COMPANY IS I BETTER TAKE A NEW CONNECTION FROM SOME OTHER COMPANY THAN GOING BACK TO THEIR OFFICE AND REQUESTING THEM TO START THE CONNECTION AGAIN..!

                                        Hi,
                                        Idea cellular is just earning money by doing fraud with innocent customer. No one take step against such companies thats why such companies like idea keep cheating their customer.
                                        I am also a victim of their fraud. They have activated "Idea live arti service" without my consent and they deduct 2 Rs. daily for that. Its not the first time they did this. They have activated many such services earilar too and every time i have to complain them and asked for deativation of such services.
                                        I realy get pity on Indian law system where cusotmer's never get justice and everytime they get hunted by such companies again and again.
                                        Shame on law, shame on such companies. I have lost my trust from law's so i wish god could help us and punish them brutally.

                                        Thanks for considering my request.
                                        I have mailed you separately the entire details. But my concern is that your sorry wont refund our money. Doing fraud and not returning any money that you got by making fool to lakhs of people is not forgivable.
                                        There are lots of people who realy dont know what to do in such cases. I dont want justice for me only, iwant justice for lakhs of people.
                                        THe solution is that you stop activating any service without the consent of the consumer people.
                                        I am damn sure that you can't do that and your any excuse wont be acceptable to us.
                                        Still i am hoping for a calm and fresh morning where all will be living honestly just like thousand of innocent people.
