Indian Army Fraud Case — fraud on for phone purchase

We found advertise about phone on olx. We found the person was legal as per he shared his document to us. He said us to transfer money after receiving product so we started trudting him. But after sharing details he told us to transfer 1150 to paytm for delivery. We paid that by paytm account. After that they charged us to pay more amount as 4100 via paytm. We declined to pay firstly but as we are in contact we transferred that amount. After that they said us that we made mistake about this transaction they told us to pay 4100 in two parts again. And the n they had taken 8200 more to deliver product. They they charged us more 9100 charge for late delivery fees. After that payment person who is going to deliver the product having problem in his vehicle. He told us to deliver product by tomorrow morning at 9:00 am. But in the morning deliver boy number ([protected]) was switched off. After this we talked to mr. Vikas patel ([protected]) about this. He told us to deliver product by 11. But after 11 they charged more 11000 as a night charge for late delivery as we said that that was not our mistake. They said us we are just doing our duty. If you don't pay this amount you are not going to get the product. We are in contact with them about this and we heard that they people are just talking all this things at sitting at home.
