Getting sanction for concern medicine (Including oral kimo) then discharge on dated 04/01/19.

Before discharge paying 20% of bill amount.

After some days message from that the claim denial.

Today, all the medicine used based on primary approval.

I need full approval of same, which once approved. Why after some days it's denial?
