Hi, Its been more than 17 days, I have not received the refund for the money debited on 18th Jan for a failed transaction.Whoever is picking up the call in[protected] OR[protected] is either cant speak English or not talking intentionally. Dear Sir, I am the Regular passenger who is travelling from B.C. Road to Mangalore [ Dakshina kannada District ] . After Reduce in Diesel rate still some of Conductors are collecting same earlier rate, i.e. Rs. 24.00 . But some Conductors are collecting Rs. 22.00, some of them are collecting Rs. 23.00 . Please look in to this immediately . Other than this, Some of Conductors [ Buses flying from Sakaleshapur to Mangalore, Chikmaglore to Mangalore ] are collecting Rs. 29 and above for the same distance.     I tried to book 4 tickets from Bangalore to Udupi in club Class for 22nd Feb, 2015, on 28/01/2015. But due to transaction failure, an amount of Rs3039.00 was debited to my account in Union Bank of India, and I did not get confirmed ticket. The OB number is OB14584270. So I request you to kindly arrange to refund the same to my account.

      I have booked return ticket Trissur - bangalore - trissur on 13/01/15 through ksrtc.in website. During the booking money from my account deducted but the ticket was not issued. I requested for refund through e mail, but there was no reply or refund. after 14 days they replied me like this Respected Sir/Madam, We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken accordingly after due verification. You are requested to check your bank account in case of refund after 7 business days. For other issues regarding non receipt of refund amount kindly call[protected] OR[protected] during office hours.           Dear sir/madam this regarding rude behavior and speech of bus Conductor .i am a daily traveler between Shiggaon and Hubli in ksrtc bus.the service is good. But today morning ie on 29/01/2015 when i boarded the bus conductor not asking even pass or ticket then directly his telling I want say I have pass without he asking anything where his sitting his seat and he behaved rudely and said who r u to ask, then he saying go compliant to anybody no one do nothing .so many senior people said him conductor doing wrong but he didn’t his behave rude

            Dear KSRTC, This is to inform that today i.e 28th Jan'15 we had booked for 1+1 Sleeper coach in KSRTC sleeper from Bangalore to Agumbe for the departure from Bangalore at time 10:10 pm. Ticket & Bus details are as follows... PNR : J48185473 Journey date : 28.01.2015 Trip code : 2203BNGAGB Bus no : KA-40 F 1068 Crew (Driver) Depot1 : [protected] We requested with Conductor, Duty TC, Duty Incharge, Administrator officer whose mobile number is [protected] for the acceptance of online ticket for which all the above mentioned people rejected the ticket for not having id proof for the senior aged 2 citizens who was expecting bribe from us for allowing them for travelling instead of providing us alternate solutions.Finally we have taken the tickets for the same passengers for the journey. We had a very bad hectic experience from KSRTC... Kindly refund the complete ticket amount immediately without any delay...

            Sir, We are in receipt of your mail. Details have been examined .Passenger should carry hard copy or softcopy of E-ticket along with the ID proof specified by the corporation . If the passenger fails to produce the specified Identity Proof during the journey, the ticket will be treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as "Travelling without Ticket". Since you had paid twice for same seat it is requested to send copy of the ticket purchased with the conductor for further processing, without that we are unable to admit your request for refund.               Hi, I'm Rajesh, I had booked the ticket from Karur to Mysore on 26th Jan. But they didn't stop the bus to pick me. I was waiting in the pick-up point (Karur) almost 2 hrs. The Crew picked my call after so much attempt and said they have already left from karur and asked me to come in the next bus. Since it was holiday (Jan 26), I didn;t get any bus properly and all the buses went without stoping, since heavy rush, there was no space even to stand in the bus in all the buses. I booked the ticket since i had the very important meeting in next day morning 3:30am (My office working hrs 3:30am -12:10pm), but couldn't make it out. Fianlly I'd arranged the cab for 3500 Rs and reached the Mysore at 6:30am. But, Missed my important meeting in my office for which i booked the ticket in KSRTC. I got fever next day itself, because of standing in fog and in mosquitoes almost a whole day. Full of stresses and tension. I've proof of all the calls i made to them and they didn't reply and all. I can't simply leave this. I've planned to go to consumer court or ready to go anywhere to complaint about this, if i don't get immediate answer for this.                 Dear Sir,

                This is Kiran P L, I had booked ticket from Kollur to Bangalore on 18th Jan 2015 on ksrtc website . Five tickets were booked initially on the e-Ticket . But two tickets were cancelled on 15th Jan 2015 . I had received the acknowledgment for Partial Cancellation Acknowlegment in email and refund amount will be credited within 7 days .

                PNR number : J47468496
                Refund Amount : 971.00

                I had called up the customer care[protected] which routed to Accounts department[protected] . The phone call was unanswered in the Accounts department and I had not received the credit in my bank account.

                Please help to get the refund amount ASAP

                    Respected Sir, I am a daily commuter in Huskur gate-Electronic city.Today (21st Jan 2015) I had a bad experience from the conductor because of not having change .The bus fare is 5 INR on that route .I gave the conductor 50 rupees since I didn't have any change with me. He started to insult me in front of other passengers.I tried to convince him that I don't have 5 rupees change. He was not even bothered to accept the fact and I knew that he have enough change to give the balance as he was holding the notes in his hand. He was saying me to get out of the bus at Veerasandra signal.I managed to get fare from a unknown co-passenger. It was a really shocking experience and a misbehaviour toward girls. Bus no is KA 57 F 1227 time is around 6PM route-Chandapura-Majestic. Please instruct your employees to behave properly

                        Dear sir/madam this regarding rude behavior and speech of bus driver.i am a daily traveler between tumkur and jalahalli cross in ksrtc bus.the service is good.but today morning ie on 21/01/2015 when i boarded the bus conductor said no stops will be given between nelamangala and 8th mile. the bus number is KA-06 F 917 coming from tumkur to bangalore belongs to Tumkur Depo-1. but a stop was given to a staff PERSON at nelamangala depo near arishinakunte.when i asked why you are giving stops when you said no stops will be given the driver of the bus behaved rudely and said who r u to ask, i will send you out of the bus and i will not move the bus i will stop the bus here only and started shouting and misbehaving.SO I KINDLY REQUEST IN YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS TO INSTRUCT THE DRIVER TO BEHAVE PROPERLY WITH THE PASSENGERS AND DO THEIR DUTY.HOPING FOR THE NECESSARY ACTION FROM YOUR END.                           I have booked my Ticket online on 18th & 19th December 2014 from Bangalore to Cuddalore. Money got deducted and ticket not confirmed. I have written mail on 19th December 2014 and remainder mail on 26th December 2014 to [protected]@ksrtc.org. Received reply on 6th Jan 2015 “You are requested to check your bank account in case of refund after 7 business days”. But I did not get any response / refund. Again I sent remainder mail on 19th January 2015 to [protected]@ksrtc.org and I communicated Accounts Section of KSRTC through following telephone nos. 22221321, 22221325. No one is ready to attend phone and if attend call is disconnects later. Total three OB Numbers are as follows: OB14084276, OB14084603, OB14085197 and email ID: [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Request you to refund the deducted amount Rs. 1263 at earliest possible time.

                              I tried booking one ticket on ksrtc on 17/12/2014. The transaction got failed and didn't get the ticket. But money debited from my account. I sent mail to ksrtc with the details and got reply saying it will be credited in seven working days. Its now more than a month. I tried calling many times, most of the time it will get connected and nobody will pickup in the office( money will be deducted from the mobile as well) . Even if some one pickup, they will cut the call if we says in English. Today Also i gave a call, and one lady asked me to fwd the OB ref number to here mobile. After that ther is no response and she is not picking the call as well. I was using ksrtc for the last 4 yrs and and I dont want to use it again if the behavior is like this. Kindly help is possible.                                 I am Monisha Purushothaman working in a reputed MNC in Mysore. I usually travel from Mysore to Coimbatore almost all the weekends as my parents are in Coimbatore. Last friday on Jan 16th I had reserved the tickets to travel to Coimbatore at 6.45 pm bus.My PNR number was J47837899 and the trip code is 1845MYSMRI . I had to get down in Anoor bus stop where my family resides, but the conductor behaved so rudely insisting that he will not stop the bus at any request stops and will stop only at the service destination which has been mentioned in the ticket while reservation.There is no provision to book the tickets to Anoor as it is only request stop hence I booked the ticket to Coimbatore.I even mentioned to the conductor that at that midnight it is not safe for me to travel back to Anoor from Coimbatore as it was around 12.30 to 1.00pm and nobody is there to pick me in Coimbatore as my parents was there in Anoor at that time, still he rudely spoke back to us stating that he will not stop at request stops for the reserved passengers and it is the KSRTC rules.Considering the safety and convenience of the female passengers ask the drivers and conductors to behave properly to the passengers.It is a kind request as a passenger to the KSRTC.

                                  Dear Sir, I have cancelled a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad in KSRTC. Cancellation policy says that 10 % of amount will be charged if cancellation is done 3 days before journey. I have cancelled it 15 days before the journey. However, 23% has been charged. I have been refunded Rs 1297 out of Rs 1686 which is 23%, ie Rs 389 for cancellation, that too 15 days in advance.This is not as per your stated policy. Please help

                                    I booked a seat in your bus bearing no: KA 0954639 which goes from Bangalore to kannur on 17/01/2015 at 11.00 pm from satellite bus stand. According to the booking the seat allotted for me is seat no-3 as per the request made I was occupying the said seat immediately the conductor who was in charge of the bus created an issue by stating that the said seat is allotted to him and no one has the right to site there. When I show the ticket to the conductor as the said seat was allotted to me as per request with out listening to that he kept his belongings(Blankets) in the said seat and compel me to occupy some other seat. Since I am undergoing a treatment for my knee I have to keep my leg straight. So at the time of booking I prefer the said seat for my convenience. Since the said seat was allotted for me as per my request. So it is the duty of the person who is in charge of the bus to permit me to occupy the said seat.If the said seat is allotted to the conductor who is in charge of the bus the same seat should not be allotted to any of the passenger. Since I am a usual customer I used to go up and down from Kerala to Karnataka . I face the said difficulty two times earlier also.So I request you to enquire the same and do the needful.
