I am Monisha Purushothaman working in a reputed MNC in Mysore. I usually travel from Mysore to Coimbatore almost all the weekends as my parents are in Coimbatore. Last friday on Jan 16th I had reserved the tickets to travel to Coimbatore at 6.45 pm bus.My PNR number was J47837899 and the trip code is 1845MYSMRI . I had to get down in Anoor bus stop where my family resides, but the conductor behaved so rudely insisting that he will not stop the bus at any request stops and will stop only at the service destination which has been mentioned in the ticket while reservation.There is no provision to book the tickets to Anoor as it is only request stop hence I booked the ticket to Coimbatore.I even mentioned to the conductor that at that midnight it is not safe for me to travel back to Anoor from Coimbatore as it was around 12.30 to 1.00pm and nobody is there to pick me in Coimbatore as my parents was there in Anoor at that time, still he rudely spoke back to us stating that he will not stop at request stops for the reserved passengers and it is the KSRTC rules.Considering the safety and convenience of the female passengers ask the drivers and conductors to behave properly to the passengers.It is a kind request as a passenger to the KSRTC.

    Dear Sir, I have cancelled a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad in KSRTC. Cancellation policy says that 10 % of amount will be charged if cancellation is done 3 days before journey. I have cancelled it 15 days before the journey. However, 23% has been charged. I have been refunded Rs 1297 out of Rs 1686 which is 23%, ie Rs 389 for cancellation, that too 15 days in advance.This is not as per your stated policy. Please help

      I booked a seat in your bus bearing no: KA 0954639 which goes from Bangalore to kannur on 17/01/2015 at 11.00 pm from satellite bus stand. According to the booking the seat allotted for me is seat no-3 as per the request made I was occupying the said seat immediately the conductor who was in charge of the bus created an issue by stating that the said seat is allotted to him and no one has the right to site there. When I show the ticket to the conductor as the said seat was allotted to me as per request with out listening to that he kept his belongings(Blankets) in the said seat and compel me to occupy some other seat. Since I am undergoing a treatment for my knee I have to keep my leg straight. So at the time of booking I prefer the said seat for my convenience. Since the said seat was allotted for me as per my request. So it is the duty of the person who is in charge of the bus to permit me to occupy the said seat.If the said seat is allotted to the conductor who is in charge of the bus the same seat should not be allotted to any of the passenger. Since I am a usual customer I used to go up and down from Kerala to Karnataka . I face the said difficulty two times earlier also.So I request you to enquire the same and do the needful.           I am Sakthi Priyadarshini working with a leading software MNC in Mysore. I belong to coimbatore basically and got to travel to coimbatore every weekend to see my parents and my house is located near othakalmandapam on the pollachi road of Coimbatore. I usually travel in the KSRTC bus with the same departure timing of 18:45 from Mysore with the trip code 1845MYSMRI and get down at the Othakalmandapam bus-stop, which is in between coimbatore and Pollachi, to arrive at a suitable place to be picked up by my father. And as a matter of fact, many female working professionals like me used to get down at the same stop. Today(16.1.2015) I got into the usual bus with Bus number : KA-4936 and started from mysore. We(the usual passengers getting down at Othakalmandapam) enquired the conductor about the bus-stops. Surprisingly, he denoted that he cannot stop the bus at Othakalmandapam stop only for few people. We are not few and this is not the first timer we are travelling in the bus for us. But the conductor reluctantly and more formidably refused to stop the bus at that bus-stop and insisted that the bus can be stopped only at the major bus-stations like coimbatore and Othakalmandapam. This is so rude towards the safety and security of the female passengers like us and needs importantly special attention towards the way big organisations liek KSRTC works towards progress. Bus services are meant to help the majority of passengers to get to home or their respective destinations without much trouble. Adding fuel to fire, the bus reaches coimbatore and pollachi by an unusual time around midnight which is least secure for especially female passengers like us. This should be condemned and proper action/instruction has to be given to the conductors educating them on the security constraints like this in case of woman protection.

            We have our complaint towards conductors who are not willing to give tickets after taking the full amount . After asking so many times that we need a ticket, they will say you sit, no worries and won't provide a ticket . One of such complaint happened today when we boarded bus from silk board to electronics city toll gate around 1:30 pm - 16th Jan-2015- Bus 356 CW - Bus no.KA-57-F-945. He did not gave ticket to ALL THOSE PASSENGERS WHO TOLD that they will be getting down at electronics city toll gate. This kind of behaviour if often observed in Bangalore state transport buses. We would request you to have strict checks for such behaviours .

                Hello, I booed a ticket on DEC 19th with KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB14099910. I was informed the refund for failed transaction would happen within 7 working days, which never happened. I called KSRTC and they informed they would raise a complaint to refund the money. Complaint number: 11402. Please suggest is there any way i can get my money back.

Kindly note the details I used for booking.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I got call from [protected] as KSRTC refundable department we verified your KSRTC complaints form but thing is he called me and said as we are calling from KSRTC ticket refundable department and asking my ATM card no., expiry date and back side of 3 digit code if am asking about his Question and name he saying as we will connect your account to refundable department.even not saying his name my account number and IFSC code is enough to refund the money why he asking all of my ATM card details.???? Finally he saying your not having sufficient balance so we cant refund your money...how he know my account is not having balance...if balance is not there it is not necessary balance to send refundable ticket money.. i asked loudly automatically he disconnected my call...one more time i entering his number..[protected]...please take action on this number if it is wrong call...why because he using KSRTC name... i have interested to mention my name because every one seeing complaint form giving wrong calls...

                      I was booked ticket from Hyderabad to Bellary on date 12.01.15. .My mail id [protected]@yahoo.com i have done total process without any errors.0B14390061 Amount was Rs.476/- and second OB14397130 Amount was Rs.476/-.Deducted in my standard charted bank account .but ticket was not confirmed without any confirmation.then i was imediately called custmer care [protected] and explained my problem but he was told srever down thats, y ticket not confirmed.raise complaint the complaint.and he telling within 7 working days total amount will be refund my standard charted bank account.                         Hello, I had tried booking a ticket on KSRTC website and due to some technical error the money was deducted but the ticket was not generated. I had sent an email on 18th itself and sent another email on Jan 5th yet have not received the refund. I've been trying to call on the number provided by the call center for the accounts department but nobody answers that. The customer care dept has taken down the complaint and marked it as resolved without resolving it. It has been more than 20 days since the transaction was done. Request you to look into the matter and refund the money at the earliest. Regards Mayank

I would like to put request/complaint with you that I have left my bag in KSRTC bus itself and got down in TUMKUR main bus stand. I got down bus in between 7.30 PM to 8.00 PM. Any chance, your cleaning staff/any other staff found this, please intimate me. Since I have few important documents in that bag. Morevover I do have my private company identity card in that bag, you can forward that it to by finding that given address.                             Money is deducted twice in KSRTC online booking

                            Hi, My name is Pradeep Kumar and I wish to file a complaint against KSRTC. I had to travel to Cochin on 2nd Jan 2015. So, I logged into the KSRTC website and booked the to and fro tickets. Though the money was debited from the account, as there were no seats available, no reservation happened. And I traveled by another bus service. However, an amount of Rs. 2250/- deducted by the KSRTC against reservation has not been refunded to the account till now. If called to the helpline, they either just ignore the call and do not respond properly. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. You can contact me at [protected].

                              Hi! I booked a ticket on 4.12.2014 on the KSRTC website and the transaction was a failure. KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB13939556 I have mailed [protected]@ksrtc.org and haven't received any response from the team. An amount of Rs2992 has been deducted from my account! I've tried reaching the following phone numbers for more than 10 days now at all given office hours. Nobody picks up the phone! Please look into this at the earliest and please process my request ASAP. On 17/12/2014 I was trying to book online KSRTC ticket from Udupi to Panaji (2230MNGPNJ, Seat # 29, 30), but due to system failure transaction, it was failed, however, my account was debited with Rs. 1142/-. I have dropped mails to "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and also tried reaching the Accounts Dept of KSRTC[protected] Ext. 283, 22220386 and 22221325, but no response (most of the times, the phone is picked up and kept aside !!!), but no luck. Below are the details:- - Reference No OB79825 (Complaint # 11330) - Date of transaction 17/12/2014 - shet.[protected]@gmail.com (Guest User) Its been more than 3 weeks (The official TAT is 7 days), however, I am yet to receive the refunds.                                       I was booked ticket from Bangalore shantinagar to Vijayawada with login user id: cheshma.[protected]@gmail.com on 01.01.2015 and also i have done total process without any error but money Rs 996 was deducted from my BOB account and ticket was not booked without any confirmation, immedietly i was called to customer care and explained about my problem but they told server down if server and money will return 7 days, ok i believed them and again booked the ticket same as above but again money Rs 996 deducted from my account and ticket was not booked, customer care told that call to IT department. Please send the money 996+996= 1992 to my BOB account. i hope you can send my 1992 without fail.
