Regarding delivery

Placed an order for 3* 5 in 1 rice bowl and popcorn chicken and asked for delivery to an address... They responded saying.. Order has been placed and delivery would take time around 30 -40 minutes... We just waited and then we received the call saying for delivery you need to make an order above 1500... So we cant deliver this order.

What's happening... There's nothing mentioned for delivery conditions or terms that order bill...

Sauce

The plastic Sauce pouches that u give are useless, u need some bodybuilders or some very strong guy to open the pouches I think if that is rectified then KFC will be much more bigger and much more profitable, it took me almost 10min to open up the pouches, I think instead of pouches u should keep the sauce at one place, so whosoever wants can push a button n can take how much ever he/she wants...

Service and food quality

Hii.. Last night I visited to kfc patna. But there were so many problems I faced .. I feel the waste of money completely. I am very upset with your employer at kfc gandhimaidan

Complaint against poor services

Late delivery

Excuse given was of multiple orders from other customers. This is really unfair that I am getting an order I did not want and you are not able to refund. Also the burger given was cold. multiple transactions done from my debit card

Hello Team, I had an incident here in Hyderabad, Inorbit mall KFC outlet. here my card was used twice for similar transaction. I contacted them and one of the managers here with the name "Mr. Ashish Jha" and was rest assured about if the same is not reverted with in 15 days of the transaction they would help me return my money. Later on contacting him on several occasions i was given an excuse as to he is not there in the outlet...

debit/credit cards

Venue: Jalandhar (Punjab) G.T road (near Haveli) Problem/Issue: Credit Debit card does not work. What I get from staff is that the network provider didn't showed up. If debit/credit cards are not working in the area, how do you guys earn? I mean debit/credit cards are the basic mode of payment after cash and if someone shows up with a card instead of cash, you guys are simply going to say NO. This ain't customers fault that your debit/credit...

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience with my recent food order placed through your website.

Order Details:

Order Date & Time: 04/06/2025 at 8:10 PM

Estimated Delivery Time: 8:50 PM

Despite receiving confirmation and waiting well beyond the expected delivery window, my order was not delivered. I attempted to contact your store manager, Mr. Subhodh ([protected]), multiple times (more than five calls), but he did not answer or return my calls. Eventually, he responded only at 10:00 PM, claiming that the order had already been handed over to the delivery partner. By that time, my family and I had already finished dinner.

This level of customer service is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on KFC’s commitment to customer satisfaction. The lack of communication, accountability, and delay in response was both frustrating and disrespectful.

I am requesting the following:

Clarification on what happened to my order.

A full refund for the undelivered order.

An official apology for the inconvenience and rude behavior encountered.

Due to this experience, my family and I have decided not to order from KFC in the future.

Please treat this matter with urgency and respond at your earliest convenience.

    I placed an online order from the KFC Tilak Nagar outlet on 4th June 2025 via the KFC App. While I correctly entered my written delivery address as Tagore Garden, the KFC app automatically assigned the map location to Pacific Mall, which is incorrect and not my intended address.

    As soon as I noticed this, I contacted the KFC Tilak Nagar outlet. They connected me with the delivery executive, to whom I politely explained the situation and requested delivery to the correct address. However, the delivery executive refused to deliver the order, even though Tagore Garden is quite close to Pacific Mall.

    As a result, I did not receive the food I had paid for.

    I also attempted to raise this issue via the KFC India customer support website (https://feedback.kfcindia.co.in), but the site was not working properly. It showed errors and would not allow me to submit the complaint form, making it impossible to report the issue through the official channel.

    This incident has caused me inconvenience and reflects poorly on KFC’s delivery system and customer support services. The root cause was a technical glitch in the app, not a customer error.



    I request the following:
    1. Immediate cancellation of the order
    2. Full refund of the amount paid
    3. Rectification of the app’s location error
    4. Better support and flexibility in handling such genuine cases

    ✅ Full Refund
    ✅ Technical fix in the KFC App
    ✅ Improved customer service response

      I placed an order for a bucket meal on 7th May from your outlet at:

      KFC RBD Mahagun Mall, Vaishali
      Shop No. FC-7, Third Floor, Mahagun Metro Mall,
      Plot No. VC3, Sector-3, Vaishali

      However, due to an issue with the delivery person, the order was not delivered. I was advised by the restaurant staff to cancel the order, and I was informed that the refund would be processed within 2 days.

      As of today, 12th May, I have not received the refund.

      Kindly look into this matter and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

        My wife had placed online order via website from her cellphone on Sunday, 18th May 2025 around 8:30 PM IST.
        Online UPI payment was done however order was NOT successfully placed. Amount got deducted from my account for amount Rs. 694.25.

        When we spoke to centralized customer care executive, complain was registered under my wife name [Renuka Sharma].
        We were being told that someone from the concerned team will get back to us or amount would be reversed however nothing has happened so far.

        We even visited KFC outlet in Kopar Khairane, Navi-Mumbai and store person confirmed no orders were received from and I was asked to place another order.

        I am reachable on my cellphone number mentioned below if you need any further details from my end.

        I would sincerely request you to please initiate the reversal process for online UPI payment made whose details are as below.

          I am filing this complaint regarding a payment issue at your Seelanaickenpatti, Salem branch. On April 4, 2025, I placed a food order using the self-ordering machine at the branch and completed the transaction through UPI. The amount of ₹903.00 was successfully debited, but the order was not fulfilled.

          The branch receptionist acknowledged the issue on the same day and assured that a query had been raised regarding the failed order. However, even after 16 days, there has been no refund or communication from the branch or the customer service team.

            I tried ordering via the KFC website and tried to pay via UPI . The money got debited but the order did not show up in the app nor came up with the restaurant.
            So I tried re ordering but the same happened again . So my money got debited 2 times without any order confirmation.
