I ordered a Zinger box meal worth ₹381 twice which evaluates to ₹762 via the KFC app. The money got deducted but the order was not placed. Soon after I received 2 emails from KFC stating a refund transaction id and a reference number. I tried contacting KFC customer service via the mentioned email and also the phone number but there has been no reply and neither has the money been credited in my account.

I ordered Wednesday bucket and it's comes with 4 dips and I also ordered 2 extra dips but i received total 5 dips in place of 6 dips this is happening for the second time, 1st time I face same issue in previous month and also this month and I ordered from kfc kohefiza, bhopal through zomato platform.
This is really disgusting for any customer which face that issue frequently.

On 1:23 PM, 3rd may 2023 I have placed order via kfc app through paytm UPI ref no:[protected]. Rupees 593.01 money got debited from account but order not placed .I have attached screenshot .

I ordered kfc on 17th april through your app pickup instead of delivery so i had to issue a refund of my order which i paid through google pay. It has been WEEKS and I have still not gotten my refund even after continuous calls towards your CUSTOMER CARE as well as a representative who is very uncooperative. His number is +91 [protected] . I WANT MY REFUND ASAP.

I am manish m. I am working in kfc as a team member . I quite the job for some reason .I informed ARM of the store while leaving the job and my complaint is based on salary due i spoked with ARM about salary he was like I wont give the salary if the company gives also .it won't reaches you. He spoked very rudely and indecent.

I tried to place a delivery order on 19th april through kfc website using my paytm account. The payment got debited from my bank account but no order was placed. The employee at the store when contacted said that the money would be refunded within 7 days. It has been 10 days and I am yet to recieve the refund.

Order placed on app but due to technical glitch as informed by kfc customer care they did not receive the order.kfc lake mall called n asked for paymnt details to be watsapped.i did that as well but how many times to keep following up for rs 481.no or delayed response on watsap, no initiative taken from kfc either.pathetic harassing experience

I had visited the GOPALAN SIGNATURE MALL beninganahalli Bangalore on 26th of April 2023 went to kfc ordered the chicken and the payment was successful and when the bill was raised showing "SESSION EXPIRED" also as the person working there for the solution they told to make payment and the amount which was deducted from my account will be refunded within 30 mins and still it's more than 24 hours still the refund has not been done how mean i had to make another payment for the meal which was ordered. Kindly requesting to refund the money as soon as possible.

I have placed an order for peri peri chicken stripes, zinger doubles and dips on KFC ONLINE WEBSITE, i was given the expected delivery time within an hour, I have waited for whole 2 hours before calling the customer care service about the order status, for which he mentioned that I was to expect the call from the delivery agent within 5 mins, but there was none, tried calling customer care service again, but to no avail. Hi i ordered burgers and recieved burgers in such a bad condition that there were no sauce in the burgers ...this was not the 1st time I had received the burgers in such a bad condition...
I should get full refund of my order and moreover I will never ever go to kfc again .

Whenever I eat kfc chicken my legs itching continuously and forms pimples on legs

I order on 19th march. order is not received. i tried to call customer care 8 time no one help to get me refund. they just saying 10 days and after 10 days nothing happens.

On 9th April 2023 I bought food for rupees 583 from KFC church Street, Banglore outlet. I paid using my credit card . But the service boy told me to do it again due to technical issues and the amount will be refunded within 3 days . But still I haven't received the money back .

I've ordered a food from KFC app from the mobile number [protected] on the date 11th April 2023 at 9:35 PM with order number K578W09073 for which I've paid the money from google pay with UPI payment id[protected] of rupees 771.01. I've received a message that my order will be delivered on 11th April 2023 at 10:20 PM. We've waited till 11:00 PM on the same day, but we didn't received our order. Instead of that we've received a message at 10:57 PM on the same day saying that our order has been delivered which we didn't received. I have the evidence for this which is a CCTV footage recorded on 11th April 2023 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM. When I enquired about this issue, I've found that the order is placed from KFC RC Puram Branch, Hyderabad. Then I went to that branch and enquired about my issue. After checking, the management said that they didn't received any order from us on 11th April 2023 which is very mysterious. Without any order registration, how can I get the message about my order placement, OTP for verification of my order and order delivery. How can my money be deducted from my account without order registration ? This is a very serious issue which led me to starve for the whole night. I'll go to next level if this issue is not resolved
