invoice received for order that was not placed

I got the below SMS and an invoice attached for the order that I never placed, in the invoice I see it is for secunderabd but I live in bengaluru. When called the number 33994444they give me excuses that this is an error and they can't do anything about it, my question how did someone get my number and the bill is a dine in bill then why sent to me. I am a food critic and a food blogger.
As we all know the standard of food in kfc and the cheerful service provided by the cashier, it was very disappointing to experience bad quality of food and very unprofessional not friendly service not once but couple of times. refund of money on cancel order

Rude behavior from hr pratiksha (Malad)

My wife (Vaishali More) had a total experience of 5 years in KFC as a Shift Manager and due to some personal reasons she had to leave her job. Then she applied for her PF and gratuity at Malad Hr office. But the staff there is not interested in helping out to her and every time she has to call them. Delay in Delivery

Ordered 4 chicken zinger burgers and 6 pieces Hot and Crispy bucket from KFC at 17:59 for home delivery from Crown Interiorz Mall, Faridabad, Haryana. Inspite of repeated calls to the store for delay in delivery, received my order exactly 2 hours later, i.e. at 21:59. Although the food was served hot, my patience was tested.
