    Today 2nd June 2023 I placed an order in KFC and I paid the money online through the website.I paid the money but I got no message for order confirmation and my order was not placed . Please help me.

        I have visited KFC perambur outlet on 24/05/2023. I placed a self order through my debit card the payment is successful but order is not placed. Even the receipt for the transaction is printed. And then we placed another order through staf[censored]sing money.
        The following message has been sent through WhatsApp. Oops! Something went wrong. Refund of Rs. 818.0 for your KFC order has been initiated & will reflect in 7-10 days. For issues, contact your bank using reference no.[protected].
        Its been six days still no refund initiate refund ASAP.
        KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I have visited kfc perambur branch on 24/05/2023 in the payment section money has debited but the order not placed. even the receipt for my card payment has come but order has not placed. then we place another order using money. The following message has sent to my WhatsApp.

            On 17.5.23 food was ordered and amount paid rs 818. Due to technical issue from the KFC server. Order confirmation came later order cancelled and message was received that refund will happen in 7-10 days. After 12 days since the amount had been deducted. No message on refund received.Amount didn't refund till now

                I order 5 piece peri peri leg, it also included a non veg zinger that was free, it cost me a total of Rs 583, I chose UPI as a mode of payment, it asked me to enter my UPI id, as soon as I entered, a payment request by KFC was made on Google pay, I completed the payment but the order was never made, I check the app, the website, but there was no order made .

                I tried contacting them, I made a call on the given number, a pre recorded voice said press 1 to check order details, I pressed 1, then it asked me to enter the phone number through which the order was made, I entered the phone number, it said that no orders are there on the given phone number, I tried contacting them again, it further said press 2 for any compliants, I pressed 2, the voice asked me to wait until they connect me to the costumer care executive, I waited for a few minutes (3-4 mins.) But the call was never connected, I tried the same process again, this time I waited for over 10 mins. but again did not get any response . I tried the same process a couple of more times, but the call was never connected . After this, I sent them a feedback, but I haven't received any reply from them yet, it's already been a couple of hours

                I demand full refund of my money, Horrible service from such a famous company!

                Stop playing with people's money!, 500 Rs. May not be anything for some people but for students like me, we cannot ignore being scammed for 500 Rs.

                  On[protected] in Kankarbagh Patna Bihar I ordered Ultimate Saving Bucket for dine-in and get all the chicken pieces in 3rd class quality the pieces was not properly cleaned and was full of blood and were smelling very bad, this is happened for the second time. This is very pathetic service I am getting consecutively. Very disappointed from KFC, they not serve fresh and well cleaned chickens pieces. How can someone eat a piece full of blood.                     Hello team,
                    I have eaten at various KFC outlets, they always provide the printed bill when I decline to provide my mobile number. At Selaiyur(600073) KFC, I ordered a Zinger box, I was asked for my mobile number and I declined to offer my mobile number because I dont have one currently and I dont want to give other people's number. The employee responded to me that I wont be getting a printed bill and an E-bill. They did have paper and printing machine, which they printed a token for me to collect the order(attached, I have blurred name of employee so they wont get scapegoated, get back to me if you want the full image to proceed with the complaint), so they do have the option but they wont give me a bill just because I didn't give them my number.
                    This seems like a dubious attempt to collect my personal data and not giving me a proper bill, thus forcing me to provide my mobile number.
                    I used to see boards saying free food if no bill, but I thought a bill was a basic courtesy. Please refund my amount of 1 classic Zinger meal, I dont want to be part of your data collection schemes anymore. I cant even imagine how people without phones or without smartphones, can use your restaurant.

                      Hi, I visited a store yesterday at Jaipur WTP, the cashier was so rude, no mask, mo hygein standard followed by any of the employees, I want to order hot and crispy but cashier told not available, so I asked to drop but he didn't and later dropped at the fryer for delivery or other customers, standing with one leg up that was so rude to me, the I oder 5 leg piece bucket But i got stirpe with two dips not pepsi as it was part of the meal, and when I ate the chicken it was so pathetic black from inside, and when I asked for the manager he was also non interactive, and my payment also failed and didn't get the money yet, As i worked for yum international so I know the standard of the yum but these people are not following any single thing which related to food hygienic standard,

                        I placed an order with KFC website and the order was confirmed with order number K596W13434. I never received my order. I also called customer support several times but they cut my call after listening to the issue. Please refund the amount back to the original mode of payment.                           I went to celebrate my daughter’s board pass party along with my family, sorry to say but my full family experience was pathetic, the guy named Rishi took my order at 8:58 and we were waiting for the food till 9:35, after that I received 25% food and all uncompleted and cold, when I raised the issue, Aman was the duty manager there and he said we have short of staff that’s why we take time and food not cooked properly, he said before 2 days I was appointed at this branch and all staff members are fresher.. this is our fault to come in that branch, and this type of answer they asked me is not acceptable at any Big Brand spl like KFC or Mc Donald type of chain… my order was 1308/- ([protected];Date & Time05/17/23 8:48:31 ) this is my invoice no pls check my order also but my family was very unhappy spl my daughter.. food was not good, service was pathetic no responsible answer given from Duty Manager. I[censored] ask me will share u the pic also.. I m regular customer for All international food chain but this type of experience I had for the first time in my life . My request is you don’t take harsh step on them but pls take serious action on it. Because people know the KFC only… i[censored] want to call me pls call my no [protected] will share u the bill and photos also..

                            Hello sir,
                            I am Yash. At 16th April, i went to “The Capital Mall”.
                            There I saw KFC shop. So, i went there and order large bucket biriyani and chicken lagpice of Rs.400 + 40 GST = 440₹, then i wait quea then i ordered my order and makes payment with phone of Rs.440₹ but unfortunately my internet was slow because of that i got time out. But my money Debited from my account. So, i told to the KFC's employe that payment is done
                            Do he replied “don't worry, your money will refund within 24 hours”
                            But yet the money is not refunded

                                Dated:[protected] at 7.00pm I ordered meal through KFC website, After one and half hour order was not delivered to me, I called service centre and delivery rider they told me that your order cannot be delivered to you, and further told that Branch has informed you about the status, but they never called me I was calling again and again for my delivery but was no response after two hours Branch (Gajuwaka - AVK college buildings) called me for the first time to tell we cannot deliver your order. My 5 years old kid is waiting for food at my home, if there was any problem in delivery they have called me earlier. I was very disappointed with kfc delivery service. However after this incident I Lost faith in kfc service. Moreover, I want you to make Inquiry in this and update me with your actions taken in this regard. Furthermore, I talked with the following call centre representatives of KFC: Kowshik, Manikanta and 1 other.
