No signs of delivery. No rep called or came in to deliver the food. I have been calling their managers since last 3 weeks. They promised a refund in a week, however, its been more than 2 weeks since they processed the refund.

    I ordered from the kfc app on 14th july...and i selected upi payment for that...so after the payment, the balance got deducted but in the app the order did mot confirm and the whole app got refreshed...i had to order again with a different phone...then it happened..please look into this matter

    I am expecting a refund from kfc

      I placed an order on 7th July 2023 on kfc India app and my money got deducted without completing the order properly. I have been confirmed by 2 kfc customer service executive that my money has been deducted and but with technical glitch the order could not have been completed and I was assured that my money will be refunded within 7 days . Its been 7 days and I even talked with one kfc help desk executive with assurances about the refund . Its 546/- so it’s not a joke so without one day if I don’t get my refund I will case a file about kfc at consumer forum cause I have proper evidence and will go any extent. Stop playing with people’s money.

          Dear KFC Management,

          I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against KFC regarding a severe case of food poisoning that my family and I experienced after consuming food from your Enigma Shopping complex Rwalpora, Sanat Nagar, Sri Nagar Branch on 11/07, 2023 at 4.34 PM. This unfortunate incident not only jeopardized our health but also ruined our planned holiday in Kashmir, as we had to be hospitalized and were unable to continue our travel.

          I would like to bring to your attention the following details of our experience:

          Hygiene Concerns: Upon entering the premises of the KFC branch, we noticed several instances where the hygiene standards were not being adequately maintained. The dining area appeared unclean, with tables and chairs visibly dirty, additionally the house flies flying on dining tables and lacking proper cleanliness and maintenance. Such lapses in hygiene are unacceptable and pose a significant risk to the health and well-being of customers.

          Food Poisoning: After consuming our meals, my family and I started experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning, including nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The symptoms worsened over time, leading us to seek immediate medical attention at Mubarak Hospital, in Sri Nagar. The medical professionals confirmed that our illness was a direct result of consuming contaminated food.

          Hospitalization and Holiday Disruption: Due to the severity of our condition, we were admitted to the hospital and required treatment and observation. This unforeseen hospitalization completely disrupted our holiday plans in Kashmir. Not only did we miss out on valuable time together as a family, but we also incurred substantial financial losses due to unused hotel reservations, transportation expenses, and other pre-booked activities.

          Inaccessible Contact Information: To discuss the matter and seek resolution, we attempted to contact Mr. Naresh Dutta, whose contact information was listed on Google. However, we were unable to reach him as his contact number appears to be switched off. This lack of accessible contact information further adds to our frustration and the feeling of being ignored by KFC.

          I would like to request the following actions to address this issue:

          Thorough Investigation: Conduct a thorough investigation into the incident, focusing on the hygiene practices at the above-mentioned branch and the potential cause of the food contamination.

          Accountability and Corrective Measures: Hold responsible parties accountable for the lapse in hygiene standards and implement necessary corrective measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. This may include retraining staff, implementing stricter hygiene protocols, and regularly monitoring and auditing branch cleanliness.

          Compensation: Provide appropriate compensation for the physical and emotional distress caused by the food poisoning incident, as well as the financial losses incurred due to the disruption of our holiday plans.

          Improved Customer Support: Ensure that accurate and accessible contact information for customer support and complaint resolution is readily available to avoid situations where customers are unable to seek assistance.

          I urge you to treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and acknowledge receipt of this complaint in writing via email.

          I trust that KFC will take immediate action to rectify the situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I hope that we can reach a mutually satisfactory resolution and restore our confidence in the quality and safety of KFC's food and services.

          i bought kfc from baratiya city mall bangalore on dec 7 th and after having it my family got affected by food poisoning. Please take action against the kfc baratiya city mall bangalore branch as it will affect your whole name to be destroyed.

              Hi This is gomathi k where as on 12 July 2023 I had ordered 10 peri peri leg PC And 1 popcorn regular total cost of the cost including taxes 1154 was paid. But I didnt received the ordered item. which was different order I received. Which as 10 peices of brest chicken which cost only 750rs. Regular popcorn chicken was not received. Really if they don't have stock they had to call us and take confirmation. But they didn't am not the dustbin to throw out what you people have. The Complaint number which was given in your website as customer care no. Not even one no is working. This is what you people serve us. Horrible I didn't expect this from you kfc people.

                  I am writing this to you with my utmost frustration that my refund claim is still pending even after 7 days as said by the customer executive.
                  I ordered some food(1x Classic Zinger Box Meal) for the amount of Rs.299.05 on July 03 2023(Monday) in KFC android app. Due to Insufficient service by Coimbatore, Singanallur Store, I cancelled my order by calling customer executive(Due to no option I see in KFC app).
                  Calling customer executives everyday and checking the status is no use for sorting out the issues. They keep on saying the same info that they said the previous day. I feel that KFC is cheating customers.

                  No platform to check the customer's refund status. Helpless to get my amount refunded.

                      I recently visited KFC at Aashima Mall in Bhopal, with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. It is with regret that I must share my disappointment in the unpleasant odor that permeated the restaurant. The smell was so repulsive that it resembled the stench of decomposing matter, which made it almost unbearable to stay inside the establishment. I even found myself on the verge of vomiting and eventually had to leave.

                      When I approached the employees to express my concerns about the offensive smell, I was met with disbelief as they claimed to be unable to detect any foul odor. This response was both disheartening and concerning, as it indicated a lack of awareness or acknowledgment of the issue at hand.

                      Aside from the overwhelming smell, I must admit that the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also questionable. The dining area appeared untidy, with dirty tables and floors, giving the impression of poor maintenance. This further added to the overall disappointment of my visit.

                      It is important for restaurants to maintain a pleasant and hygienic environment to ensure a positive dining experience for their customers. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular KFC fell far short of these expectations.

                        Order No. K141K83283
                        On[protected]; 8:52 PM, I placed an order through KFC Online Order and Food Delivery for Android app. After multiple attempts, the order got confirmed but instead of Delivery the order was confirmed as Takeaway.
                        I immediately called up the customer care number and explained the issue to them. I was told since the order type cannot be changed to Delivery, they will cancel the order and a refund will be issued for the paid amount within 7-10 days. The order was thus cancelled on[protected]; 9:02 PM
                        The refund for the same is yet to be processed and in spite of repeated attempts to call the customer care and emails there have been no response from KFC India

                          My self Subin Jacob resiiding at Cochin India, visited your KFC outlet at Central Mall Cochin, after seeing today’s Sunday offer advt on a leading newspaper today . But KFC staffs and manager at the location rejected my request saying they don’t have any idea about the offer and humiliated me infrront of other customers,

                                  I got a text message from KFC regarding my order and invoice url link which I haven't ordered. And I accidentally opened that link I'm afraid it may be a some kind of fraud.After about an hour I got another message saying "Thank you for recent visit at KFC 91KSF271" and with an url link for feedback.

                                      Balance got deducted but refund is not processed till now

                                      I ordered on[protected] where my balance got deducted but order was not placed so I thought to order again and I ordered one more time where order got placed. But the balance deducted from first order is not refunded till now and no any response. So I consult KFC store where they said it will be refunded within two days but till now no any refund is initiated....
