I had order from my kfc ahmedabad alpha one mall and paid through upi it has been 2 hrs and counting and still there is no track of my order the application is still showing ordered delivered but have not recieved anything till now called the customer care but its only taking my call forwarding and no executive is recieving the call
The kfc guy called me and said he has delivered the order and given to the shadofx guy who deivers the parcel and he has taken the order and the tracker on the application is not showing any movement it means have been fraud by the kfc guy or the delivery guy
Please look in to the matter as your earliest because this is the second time I have been experiencing this type of approach from the kfc.

    I had done an order for 490₹ at KFC Dharamshala, Himachal through Google pay. I completed the payment successfully but the cashier said they had not received the payment. They told me I'd get a refund soon but had no idea about how. Additionally through their talks it looked like they had accidentally pressed the cancel button and didn't know how to proceed now. (I may be incorrect about the last sentence)

        I ordered a Wednesday Strips Bucket @ Rs 405 using KFC app (Gpay). But, I haven't received it even after 1.5 hrs.
        It is still showing "We're getting your order ready". KFC also gave the OTP, but the order was never delivered.

        Solution - I want my Rs 405 back....

          I ordered food from KFC online website - Coimbatore(Thudiyalur) on 04th october 2023 by 7.45pm. But i dint receive the food or any update from them. I received message as delivered after 8 minutes of placing the order. I tried to contact via call and mail. but no responde in KFC.I dint get any refund as well.

          Resolution - Refund of payment (316 Indian rupees)

            And your order will be delivered within 7 min and a link was attached with this share feedback and your e-invoice"
            I didn't order anything and But i got the message please solve this query i think its spam and misuse of my phone number by someone...

            I ordered from KFC through Zomato (Order No [protected]) in which 01 Large Popcorn was missing so I contacted them but they can’t do anything without a validation from the concerned Restaurant. But KFC didn’t pick their or my call for an hour and closed by 11pm. Now my refund is stuck.

              I have placed an KFC order around 11:00 am on 1st October, 2023 at Guwahati, Wireless Branch. I have paid the order through upi. My amount was deducted but the order did not got placed.

                I ordered from Kelambakkam Chennai outlet. I received meat which was bit old flesh and taste was bland it was just chicken with no taste and the texture of the chicken was very rough it got shrink. There was no kfc’s signature crisps on the chicken outer surface!!
                This is my second time receiving bad order from same outlet. I’m so disappointed. Last time I left it but again it happened so this time I need my refund.

                    I have made an order from KFC app on the 10th of September 2023 and paid 969 via Paytm app. However the order number was not created and customer care executive stated that refund would be made within 72 hours. It’s been 7 days and till date I have not received my refund.
                    Today on 15th I made another call to customer care but was told that i will receive a call soon for the same but no one called. Very stressed and unhappy with such lousy service provided
                    I am sending a screenshot of the payment made which has been debited from my account and after SEVEN days I am yet to receive my refund.

                      I had made an order from KFC App at Gangtok Branch, Vajra World on the 10th of September 2023. Total amount of 969 was debited from my account but the order number was not created. Upon calling customer care, they told me that the money would be refunded within 48-72 hours. Today it has been 7 days and I am yet to receive my refund. The customer care only puts up my complaint and states that I will receive a call soon but they didn’t call back as well. I had paid through Paytm app and have also attached a copy of the payment made in favour of KFC. Requesting for swift action as KFC executives have failed to give any relief.

                        I ordered KFC from swiggy under order number[protected] which was for wednesday bucket and medium popcorn chicken.

                        Both, the Wednesday bucket chicken and the popcorn chicken was overcooked, refried and delivered cold to me. Plus, the size of the Wednesday bucket pcs was abnormally small. The crust was tasteless and burnt.

                        I raised the issue on the feedback website but did not get any resolution or contact.
                        When I called the [protected] customer care number and was given asssurance of a callback which I never got. Calling the same number again, I was given 3 more contacts to reach out to but none of them are answering the call.

                            I tried to order some food from KFC Kannur from the store itself on 4th September 2023 and the machine showed the total amount payable and I made the payment with gpay and the payment was successful. But the order was not placed. When I asked the staffs of the store they told me that sometimes it happens and the amount will be refunded to the source within 7 days. But I haven't received any refund till now. I want my money back.

                                I went to kfc near Salem new bus . I ordered some snacks and a water bottle. The water bottle price was too hight it's 50rs MRP for 1litre... Government said that all shop and etc should Salem a 1litre water maximum price at 20rs...these are the digital India 😂😡and pls lots of people struggling for a water and foods pls provide some low price and good food at low price...take immediate action on aquavess ...kfc Salem near new bus stand
