Khopdi Apparels — refund/ exchange not processed

Item was delivered in a faulty condition. Item was sent back, that too customer bearing additional cost. The concerned authority is not accepting the case and denied the exchange/ refund. This is the case of fraud and pure negligence. Action should be taken against such authorities and refund has to be given.
