Letv Le1s — Complaint

I also bought Letv1s in the month of Feb 2016 and its screen got broken on slightly slipped on ground. i dropped the damaged phone to their Customer Service Krishna Electronics Thane on 22 June for repaired. They has collected Rs. 5350/- immediately from me and asked me to wait for 15 days. Severally called to customer service and service center but no use. Both customer service and service center staffs are unprofessional and uneducated. I have sent emails to them but till date they have not reverted to me. 5 times i visited to service center but always they told phone is under repaired. When we took this seriously, their service center and customer care told us you will get replacement of the same. But regret to say this company is cheating Indian Customers by way of giving false commitment. Ultimately we got call from service center on 12.08.2016 to collect the phone. when we went there the same phone (repaired) handed over to us after around 50 days. We asked for written explanation on delay but they refused to give anything in writing. Talked to custom service they told its takes time due to non availability of spares. Don't believe if they use Gorilla glass how it can be brake easily.

Please do not buy any phone of Letv as they are unprofessional in service and cheating Indian customers.
