Mahasagar Travels Limited — change of bus in illegal manner and rude and threatening behaviour from the staff

Changed my bus even after my bus ticket was confirmed in a bus number given by redbus and changed my bus due to some other person... Staff behavior very rude uttering bad words and treating me to beat me and kill me and behaving in very harsh manner... Current bus number gj03bv5500... Very bad service from redbus and corrupt people in mahasagar, don't know how to handle customer instead threatening them.
