Mobile Corner/ Williams Mobile Clinic — micromax tablet

Ive bought a tablet (Micromax) from mobile corner amounting inr 8100 on 9th, nov, 2017 with 1 year warranty. After 2 months the tablet was mal-functioned and cannot be used and we went to mobile corner and they suggested me to bring the product to williams mobile clinic which is the repairing shop for all micromax product and the tablet was given to them for reparing on 9th february, 2018. They are saying that the tablet had to be sent to big city for battery replacement and we are asked to get back in the month of april for the tablet. But till today 29th jan, 2019 the product was with them and they keep on saying its coming next month and the product was not received by us till today 29th, jan, 2019.

Kindly help me to get my tablet back or refund my cash and i would be very thankful.
