[Resolved]  non delivery of courier — Courier not delivered[protected]

Address: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500020

The consignment delivered to fedex office tempe, az usa on[protected]. Till to-day they have not delivered and since 28th july, it is in hyderabad at local fedex facility.

While contacting their customer care they casually telling not relevant answers. Around ten times i made call to customer care and no one give a clear picture on status.
Since last one week not able talk to any of their local office and no body is responding properly and some phone numbers they are giving are not working. I have given my mobile no. N number of persons to call if they have any problem in locating the address.
Such a kind of poor /irresponsible service i never came across. Pls intervene and solve the issue.
