Pallavan Garama Bank (Indian Bank) — refund

Dear sir, my name is r. Selvam, i haven't received refund for my orders from amazon but amazon has already processed the refund and provide me with refund reference number is[protected].09.2018) amount of 1850 is not yet received. I have already reported complaint to my pallavan garama bank (Indian bank sponsored by) branch manager, b. Agraharam[protected].10.2018) but the bank is not taking any action.
