worst warranty and customer care .

I bought my Penta android tablet on 3rd June 2013. However, it was malfunctioning a little bit (play store was not opening) so I used the very same ROM given on the Pantel website to upgrade it after which the touch screen stopped working. I sent it for repair at the Allahabad service centre in civil lines who told me it would be sent to Noida centre for repair and I would get it back in about 20-25 days....
