    I have purchased a Penta T-Pad Model no. WS707C @ Rs 6999/- thru'' Home Shop18 on 30.8.14. The invoice no.: TARA/14-15/179623 dated 30.8.14. The Sl.no. of product is WS707C[protected]. Since the purchase of the product, I m facing the following problems: 1) Google play Store is not working and 2) Conversation during the call is faintly audible. I have been calling up "Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd." customer care no. for help for last 2 months but all in vain. The Custmr Care Exec told to visit the local service centre. The address of local Service Centre of Pantel Technologies in kolkata: ''Venture Technology, 26/B Hindustan Park, Shop#95, Kolkata & Contact person: Mr Tuhin Acharya (mob# [protected])''. When I called Mr Tuhin, he without checking my Tablet refused to help unless I deposited my Penta T-Pad to him for 3 months. I was surprised that without seeing my set how can he decide what was wrong with it. I told him that the Customer Care has told me to visit his service Centre. Then he told me to come. When I visited the service Centre, Mr Tuhin bluntly & rudely refused to help. He told that most of the sets are defective in this Penta T Pad Model#WS707C. He unnecessary called us & harassed us. This Service Centre of Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is very rude/misbehaved & un-cooperative/useless to customers. It has just harassed a Senior citizen like me by calling to the service centre & denying to help. What is the use of such service centres which refuse to provide service although my product is is warranty period. I have been calling up the helpline nos. of Pantel technologies Pvt Ltd for last 2 months & all d calls cost me STD charges. Only my time, energy & money for calls got wasted. Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is harassing its customer by selling a calling Tablet Model#WS707C which is not properly audible for making calls & Pantel is providing poor after sales service. Pantel did not provide any solution for the poor audibility in its product. And for no reason I am suffering for the last 3 months b'coz of purchasing this defective product. Request yr help.     Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is only pretending to solve the issue. From 21st
    Nov’14-28th Nov’14, the kind of pain & harassment we have faced
    by the Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team (Mr. Pankaj & Ms. Rakhi Singh)
    cannot be explained in words. Our all painstaking efforts, follow-ups, phone calls, mails and
    requests from the day Pantel
    Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team had assured to replace the faulty device till today
    has been wasted.

    I am a Seniour
    Citizen & my age is above 70 years. The current situation is that my stress
    level has risen a lot due to Pantel Team’s rude behaviour after a phone call
    which Mr. Pankaj Kumar from Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. had made to me yesterday.
    He spoke very rudely to me & put all the blames to me. Yesterday, Mr Pankaj
    insisted me to give a false declaration of Rs. 99/-as the valuation of my
    Calling Tablet (actual price 6999/-) to the Pickup service. He very rudely
    spoke to me & kept blaming me for unnecessary calling & disturbing him.
    I was shocked by this type of rude behaviour from Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
    Team. He was charging me as it was my fault that I had posted the complaint.
    The heated discussion was very stressful for me.

    Pantel
    Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s after-sales service is pathetic. I am in lots of stress
    & harassment since I have purchased the product of Pantel Technologies Pvt.
    Ltd. in August’14. I had gone to its Service Centre in Kolkata where they had refused
    to provide any service & was very rude. After that, I had put up my complaint
    in the website. Since then, my pain & stress had doubled. The Pantel
    Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team had been pretending to replace the faulty device since
    21st Nov’14-28th Nov’14 but each day they are harassing
    me by sometimes changing their address of delivery, sometimes changing the
    pickup code & ultimately they have forced me to give a false declaration of
    the valuation of the product as Rs. 99/- whereas the original price of the
    product Penta T-Pad is Rs. 6999/-. It
    seems that the Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team is forcing me to give a false
    declaration which seems to be unethical
    & they are trying to make my issue more complicated. I have totally lost my
    faith on Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. & after a long 8 days of Device Replacement
    Saga created by Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd., it seems to me that there is no
    guarantee that Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will send me a new device instead
    of my faulty device as they had assured before.

    For me buying a
    product from Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a total waste of money, lot of pain and
    mental stress.

    The problem was not resolved. We have decided that we will never buy products of Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in future and never recommend anybody to buy this product. We have felt it is a waste of money and the pathetic after sales service has given us enough pain and waste of time and tremedous stress. We have totally lost trust on Pantel Technologies Private Ltd.

        Hi, I have purchased Penta T-PAD ws 802c from Snap deal which is partner seller of PantelTechnologies. Purchased Date: June 28th 2013 Now i ahd a problem with my tab which is in non working condition. I called to snap deal and explained my problem. They simply said they will take responsibility only for 7 days of purchase and now i have to contact Pantel service centre. I called to Panter customer care and asked them for the service. Pantel people told me that now they don;t have any dealing with Snap deal and now they are not their partners. So warranty is not applicable and i ahve to pay for the service. Then why did they sold their products through snap deal that time? and gave me warranty. What happens to the customers who purchased the product? Please provide justice to me. Details of the product.           I bought a BSNL Pantel Tablet WS 707C (IMEI No: [protected], s/n:[protected] dated[protected] which showed up with some problems in the month of October’13 when several lines emerged on the display of the tablet. I finally searched for the service centre details of Pantel and since I am resident of jadavpur, I went to Jadavpur Service Centre (Phoenix International, Saiket Parui, B 40 RAJA S C MALLICK ROAD OPPOSITE OF BATA FOOTWARE OR LIC BUILDING, BESIDE KPC MEDICAL COLLEGE (main gate) Kolkata, West Bengal, Phone No: [protected] /[protected]) on 1st November, '13 and they provided me with the job card (Job Sheet No. : PENSER0088978) and said that it will take around 15 days to get it back as they need to send it to Pantel main service center at Noida. I called several times at Noida and on 13th Nov’13 came to know that the service center has at last received the tablet and it might take around 15 furthur days to get it fixed. When I called them 15 days back, they came with some excuses like the required parts are not available and there is no such rule to replace the product since I asked for getting it replaced. So, they asked for 10 more days. After 10 days, on 20th December when I called them back I came to know that my product is still in servising and they could not ensure me the exact date that I’d get my Tablet back in my hand.

          Finally, on 20th January around 11 0’ clock in the morning I got a call from Mr. Saikat Parui from Jadavpur Service Centre informed that my product had been sent there & I was asked to collect that. I reached in the afternoon on mentioned date and informed that it had not been fixed entirely. The scratching problem on screen had been fixed but touch panel had no sign of work as it should and I was further asked to let the tablet keep their place for 15 more days. On the fast week of February I called main service centre at Noida but I was informed the it was not sent to them. On the very next call to Jadavpur I was informed that I had been kept their without any noticable progress due to the strike of courier service (FedEx Courier Service) but when I called back to Noida they totally denied this kind of information to be true. Few days ahead I was provided a new job sheet number (121728). Since then I haven’t got any proper response from neither of their service centre.

          In this meantime I have used my product only for two months since I have bought it. So, if my warranty period is over before the product is fixed, who is supposed to be suffered due to this harassment !

          So, my earnest request to you to take steps on my problems of being harrased consistently. I either want my product back and fixed or I want my entire money back. I look forward your kind response.

            i had purchased a new mobile BSNL PENTA PS 501. On very first day I noticed that device's wi-fi MAC ADDRESS is changing by itself every time. The wi-fi MAC ADDRESS is unique for every device and changing is a crime by rule. I have filed complains to PENTAL TECHNOLOGIES, followed all process of complain. MY COMPLAIN ID is 41733. But even After 20 day of filing complain i got no response from them. The customer care of pental technologies is worst and never pick up call. i have wasted around rs 200 by calling them and staying on line. The service center also provided no solution and they said we have informed the problem to pental technologies and we have received no response. Service Center Told they need 6 month for repair of device. Due to the problem in the device I cannot use Internet services.

              Last year I had purchased Penta Tablet WS707C till now in warranty period.3 Months Ago there is Problem in my Tablet. so I made a complaint to customer care and submitted the Tablet to the Service Center at Rohtak(Haryana) on 11 September 2013.and they Said that your Tablet is refer to the delhi penta care after that I call there approx 30-35 times.after that they gave me penta Customer care no.[protected] and told me to call this no. and give your jobsheet no. 76766. When I call to customer care they told me that we are out of Parts so please Wait . But Wait Never Ends.But till now nobody Solve the problem.They Have my TAblet approx 2 months.but the company policy is only max/ 20 days for service.                 First I got the issue about touch screen on my Bsnl penta is709c tablet, i submitted my product at Ahmadabad service center on 22nd july, which I got on 2nd august AFTER 40 DAYS, and still in damaged condition, no repairing was done on that, and on that day I re-submitted that , and still today I doesn't get any feed back, they have worst technical team and worst customer service team, which uses abusive language also, sir please help me, one of them said me that , "We will not give your tablet back do what ever you want" sir please help me to get out of this, its my mistake that i bought my tab from this dammit company. please help me i will be highly oblidge to you,.

                  This company is cheating its customers. I bought this Penta IS701C tablet few months ago. First there was a internet problem. 3G dongles were not working. I sent them back and got a replacement. Still the same problem. I somehow searched the internet and fixed the problem myself. But apart from that there's one serious flaw in this tab which they do not seem to care about. This tab's specification says 512MB RAM but it has 268MB only. I complained this to there customer care and the don't seem to bother about it. I want my money back or a replacement with exactly 512MB RAM. Please help me.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I bought my Penta android tablet on 3rd June 2013. However, it was malfunctioning a little bit (play store was not opening) so I used the very same ROM given on the Pantel website to upgrade it after which the touch screen stopped working. I sent it for repair at the Allahabad service centre in civil lines who told me it would be sent to Noida centre for repair and I would get it back in about 20-25 days. They sent it on 14th June 2013 and it was delivered by Fedex courier on 15th (I checked with the courier service it was delivered). When I called the centre on 27th June 2013 they said they had not received it yet and no matter how many times I called them again and again they said they had no information about it. Please look into the matter as they are repeatedly ignoring my mails i`v been sending them. I would be grateful if I could just get it back even unrepaired at least they should replace it if they cant repair their own product. Its been 12th July 2013 and still no news about it.

                      I had buy Pantel company's Tab WS708c 26.4.13, I had try to use tab but in starting there was manufacturing problem so i had firstly get tab to service center (JALANDHAR SHREE COMMUNICATIONS PHONE ZONE( SHOP 5 GS BAJWA COMPLEX OPP FRIENDS BAKERY NAKODAR ROAD ) there they repair it and said there was a software problem but even then TAB hadn't work so on 10.6.13( Service center slip no 393 ) i SUBMIT MY TAB and received my slip, there i assure i will receive it earlier and they will call me. its 8.7.13 today i call to SERVICE CENTER JALANDHAR they tell me main Office number Noida i call there( MY TOKEN NO. 56472 )i had ask for my cell they reply me they are not able to tell me exact time because they have NO SPARE PARTS when it will be deliver to me.ITS 26.4.13 to 8.6.13 i feel tired plz solve my poblum, I want my Mobile back or pay my amount with intrust if justice lives :(

                        I am just purchased an bsnl penta tablet on 20/02/2013 from online store of mirchimart.com. i am uploading a copy of retail invoice. from the date of purchase i am not used it for a month i found a fault on my tablet that its otg not working and i go to the service centre at satyam mobile & computersshop 65,66,ashoka estate,raisen road,govindpura,m.p. bhopal 462001.
                        and they ask me to come after 3 days but when i go after 3 days they ask me that the product is send to the head office located in delhi and after 30 days my tablet will come to me. after that my charger will not work and for that i go to the service centre and they ask me to come in seven days and when i go after 7 days they ask to come to the next week. and after 2 weeks my tablet's otg will remain not working and for that i go to the service centre.
                        and they take my tablet and send it to the head office at 15 apr 2013 . till today's date my tablet is not in my hand and i want to claim against that company.

                          Sir,my name is satyendra verma, my mob no is [protected]. i have put up complain against "pental technologies"my job sheet no is penser29691 and my customer product ids is 17158. i have put up complain 2 week before but there are no respons from pental technologies. i have submitted my table 55 days ago for servicing but i have not received yet. company has no imformation of my tablet.always pental customer care executive give different type of reply. somtime they told it wil send next 2 to 3 day and some time told that your tablet is not receive in company yet.plese help to find out and return my tablet from pental technologies.And take action against this type of froud company.

                            My name is satyendra verma. my mob no is-[protected], my pental Customer id is PNOFF0017158, and my jobsheet no is PENSER29691. i have submitted my tablet on 23/02/2013 for servicing on "global istitution" now today date is 15/04/2013 and i am going transfer from this place on 25/04/2013.now i have no option to get back my tablet other than consumer court help. always costomer care executive give different reply. some body told me that your tablet has been repaired and it wil dispatch on fist week of april. but today they told that your tablet did not receive yet. it will receive in next 2 to 3 days and we return in next 12 days so you can get ofter 28 april but i am going tranfer fram this place on 25 april. i have submitted my table about 2 month ago. ofter two month this is company response.I want to file complain in consumer court against this company. plese tell me the procedure to put case and give the adress of consumer court ernakulam kochi. ...........thank you

                            BSNL — froad company

                            i was using one bsnl postpaid vanity number and had paid 5000+usual amount to get the number. after six months my number got disconneted and after verifying from the bsnl office they told me that this connection does not belong to me as i was receiving the copy of bill every month on my mailing address with my complete name and address and also i was paying my bill through cellone portal site. after insisting them to get my number be activated again or i will be forced to go to the law they replied just be quite or i will throw you out of this building and will arrest you by saying he is a millitant and is threatning me.
                            these people should be banged...

                            BSNL — defrauding the consumer

                            i had applied for a postpaid to prepaid conversion of the bsnl mobile that i was using. i was originally given a wrong sim card for the same, then only after i checked it was made known that the mapping of my old no. to the sim given could not be done. then i was asked to get a fresh sim card and was assured that the mapping would be done in 3 working days. after 10 days the same no. has been alloted to someone else. i have lost the number i have been having for more than 5 years and also wasted money on 2 sim cards and also wasted many hours of my precious time.

                              Hello sir, my name is satyendra verma. my mob no is [protected].i have submitted my tablet for servicing in servicing center of pental technologies "global insititution" 50 days before but stil i have not got my tablet. when i call in company then they say that your tablet will send in 2 to 3 days from last 15 days.but they don't send my tablet. i have submittet my table on 23 feb 2013 stil i have not got my table. my company registration no is "17158" my product job sheet no is "penser29691".

                                my name is satyendra verma. i have submitted my tablet for servicing in servicing center "GLOBAL INSTITUTION,fourth floor,north plaza,north railway station road coachin-18 mobile no is[protected]"" for servicing defect was camera not working. my tablet was with in warranaty period. i have submitted my tablet on 23 february 2013. still i have not got my tablet. service center told me that your table sent in company for servicing. and company told me that company not received your tablet yet.company customer care no is [protected]. my company product resistration no is 17158. and job sheet no is PENSER0029691.I have submitted my tablet 38 days before but still no location of my tablet where is it. plese help for found my tablet.

                                    A Penta t pad is703c ( SN:[protected] is purchased through shopclues on 25/9/12 ; order no.:-1614658. From the beginning there was a software problem which i noticed to PANTEL Services.They said to send the item to their address

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I purchased tab IS701R in august 2012 , till to date it is not working properly,
                                      two times take to service center in vellore, tamilnadu,
                                      all ways hanging or rebooting.
                                      it is waste of my money ,

                                      Wi-Fi not working
                                      Wi-Fi switching off and on its own
                                      Battery status not accurate
                                      Memory card not read by the device
                                      Device internal memory shows zero bytes
                                      BSNL and Penta logo appears and nothing happens (Device Hanging)
                                      Device stuck on Android logo
                                      Tablet not taking touch inputs correctly
                                      Forgot password

                                      And these problems are the reason peoples don't like to use Penta TPAD or the reason that it Penta TPAD is justa waste of money for peoples..>>if you give upgrade to next good model ,People feel happy ...

                                        MY booking id. is:PENT0097894. i have received my tablet in the month of may. but i haven't received the Sim card to which they charged rs. 250 extra.
                                        When i asked to them through their customer care service, they said the company would refund the money through cheque but i haven't received it yet.
                                        when i do call to their customer care no., it always show they are busy. Actually they pick up a call one time and then they block or save the phone no. so we cannot contact them.And i have to try from other land line no. so they pick up the phone. please help me out.
