I have an 3 Loan account holder in your bank since last 3 - 4 years and clear the 2 Loan a/c's in last 2 months. I had Several emails and calls to Branch Manager (Mr. Anup) to provide the NOC but he couldn't and gave the excesses. I want to bring this to your kind attention that your Brand Manager does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ They do not provide us right guidance (mention your reason) whenever we need it from their end.
I request you to take appropriate action and warn them to provide us services that we deserve.
