U have the worst customer service department after waiting for 20mins I couldn't get a singel customer service executive to help me it keeps saying all the coustomer serivice exexecutive r busy so please either emprve your ccustomer service department or close it it was my big mistake that I brought your product

My account still not update else today i have to recharge extra of 230rs. because dishtv was shut down, i think you have recharge wrong account.my dish is of videocond2h but it shows reliance connection. my customer id id[protected] !       The company officials have deducted money (Rs. 350/-) from our Big TV DTH account, due to which services were suspended on account of low balance since Dec 23 2014. In-spite of registering complaints with the technical team since the last 15 days, no action has been taken by the authorities concerned to refund the amount. Every time when I call on the customer care no.[protected], I am being told that the complaint is being processed and that the refund would be effected within 1 hour. Tired of listening to their false commitments, I have decided to terminate the connection and now I have booked a new connection. I wish that, such irresponsible service providers who seem to be thriving on the money robbed from their customers like what happened to me, should be penalised and denied any more business in this competitive market.             Hi Team, I am having problem with my Set Top Box (It's need to be replace) I have complained on Dec 28th 2014 and they told it will be resolved within 48 hours Now its 102 hours and I am only getting some silly excuses from them Its really frustrating to go under this mental pain and live without any solution Please help us.                     Registered a complaint on 25th morning as it showed an error and no channels were working. Its 27th morning and no technician has come to attend the problem. Every time i called the customer care, i was asked to wait. They asked for 48 hours time but its over 48hrs and no one has showed up.

                      Sir, My big tv account no. is[protected] which I had recharged for Rs1260.When I called uf customer care to activate my account I was told that one day service charge was dwducted from my account. Iwill have to recharge that amount then only will my account be activated. What I dont understand is why am I being charged for one day services when I have not availed of that service.I should be charged only when my account is activated not before that. Irequest you to please look into the matter and refund back my money into my account.This is unnecessary harrasing of customers.They should plainly ask for one day extra charges so that MrAmbani can become more richer by taking public money wrongfully.Why harass us of recharging again and again.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, Compliments of the season. On 23rd of Dec '14 the set up box was working but message stated ERROR 4004 ( due to weather conditions) At that moment called the call center number provided [protected]. After holding for 25 mins got through, the agent spoke in Hindi when the language chosen in English. Was advised to keep the set up box on and keep changing channels, the transmission should come on. Since the channels did not work, kept calling frantically but in vain, did not get through till mid night. Next morning finally got through again to Hindi spoken agent, my complaint was noted and first told about the charges, least interested to listen, sounds too busy and over loaded, but reassured that would be intimated with a call within 48 hrs. Until last night 25.12.14 we had not heard from BIG TV so decided to remind them. Till midnight past could not get through the phone line and gave up. There was no call waiting time neither. Early this morning finally got through at 7am - 7.25am, extremely rudely spoken once again in Hindi I was told about my complaint registered time and its not 48 hrs. ( Which was 45mins to and hour away from 48hrs from the time our complaint registered ). And my call was transferred to the shift supervisor, who equally sounded sleepy, rude, impolite (Listening Skill zero, had to request to listen firstly). And was told that an email has been sent to concern department on urgent basis. Sadly, BIG TV has not even sent an SMS to intimate their existing clients and only concern about their gains and fees. The agents telephonic skills are ZERO. Now, we still await the set top box to be checked, and await more surprises where and how BIG TV can extract their best. Best Regards, ID :[protected]

                          MY SMART CARD NO:[protected] i live in vizag due to hud hud cyclone my dth dish was dis-Mandela on October 12-2014 i waited for the company service but no response from their end so i launched complaint to the customer care on November 3-2014 complaint no:[protected] but surprisingly no one attended the complaint but they charged 175rupees on November 16-2014, i called up the customer care and addressed the issue they said they will resolve the issue with free of cost but no action was seen from the company, again i have launched another complaint on 15 December 2014 they have said that the issue will be closed in 2 days with free of cost but till date issue was not resolved or niter response is nill from any of the company or customer care.

                            I was facing problem with my tv connection two month back that relay is not coming properly like how a cd gets struck. Service man came he changed everything and assured that no prob would be there henceforth. Now again I am facing the same prob I raised complaint on 11th Dec 2014 service man came and he happily made statement that "Electronic goods will not last for more than two months and laughed and told wait for one week and if prob remains the same again call costumer care" ( id:[protected] I again called on 16th and 18th Dec senior named "purandhar and Srikant spoke and assured that service wud be given within 48 hrs of time made a request to them that I don't want same technician to visit my home. I got call from same person he laughed at me and said I will only come . Being so frustrated i again called up on [protected] and spoke to senior "Rajesh" and told him all senario he assured me that for 15 days refund will be given to my account for not being able to view channel and service person will visit within 6 pm today. But as usual no service provided.. pathetic service provider.

                            Since i had same prob in may month the service person came and changed a part named "LMP" in may month and assured that it would lasts for years. Again i had same pron in span of 5 months again this "Lmp" was changed and again i have been charged 250rs for the part which is changed and service charge for 175 for viaiting my home. But still i hav been told to recharge my account again inspite of me having 1 year pack subcribed. I called up relaince and made complaint to reverse 175rs for service not provided and to refund the amt from 8/12/2014 to 23/12 /14 for harassing the customer for recharging again and again inapite of having 1 year pack my complaint id:[protected] I spoke with senior anita and she promised that refund would be given to account max by 72 hrs which ia 26/12/14 and my tv would start working from today. But as expected still my complaint is nt resolved and it's been 20 days still my tv isn't working for for no fault of mine. I hav been following up customer care right from 8th Dec 14. Full money making policy first taking entire year money from cuatomer then when problwm arise no service given. Today again i spoke with senior rohit he again gave me complaint id:[protected] and promised that within saturday refund would be given and my tv will start working. I don't understand a customer is repeatedly calling you a simple complaint according to a corporate rule shud be resolved max within 72 hrs if nt it's a seniors duty to call back and keep cuatomer updated abt it but in case of relaince I only experience that they keep begging money from customer itself. I request you to tak a strong action towards this fraud company and give justice to t customer who are loyal . I am extremely frustrated and irritated by pathetic service of "Relaince". Request you to pls help me being my money back from this fraud company

                              I registered my complaint for non availability of digital service on 17-12-14. Complaint No is[protected]. Inspite of repeated requests nobody has bothered to attend to complaint. This is worst customer care service and I with great disgust appeal that reliance should stop all services as its owners have no time to inspect the worst services that they are o0ffering. The customer care is artificial and is seems has no intentions of providing services.

                                Hi, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the Reliance digital tv services provided to me. Smart card no:[protected] It was never expected that being Reliance the giant conglomerate is doing business in completely unprofessional way and poor customer service and relations. To start with, on October 12, 2014 my resident city Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh was struck with natural calmity Hudhud Cyclone. With the effect, my roof top dish was misaligned and hence i am unable to view/use tv services. Immediately (after 3 days as soon as I got telephone signals) I have complained via customer care regarding the damage and requested them to rectify, till then stop my services. Complaint 1: Stop my services till the repair - to avoid deduction of amount. After one month (Nov, 2014) I received messages saying my account is suspended of lack of funds in the account. How can a service provider can deduct all the money for the service which I did not (can not) use? Complaint 2: I have called million of times to customer care number to rectify the problem but no one has answered. Because of that in a day (daily) I tend to lose 2 hours in call hold till customer service executive to respond (in vein, no one answered). Fortunately after 45 days, I received a call from Reliance itself, asking the complaint. I explained them and raised a service request. After few days the service request was resolved at your end without taking any action and not even a feedback was asked. Service request no.[protected] [protected] [protected] I again recharged my account with Rs. 350/-. I request you to please stop deduct this amount as well till the repair is done. It's been 2 months after repeated complaints still the problem exists and no action was taken. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. I would like this problem to be resolved effectively without any delay in further. I expect a letter of explanation as well as a substantial refund of money in my account. Unless this is forthcoming, I shall have to take matters a step further. Please contact me at the below address & phone no. Your prompt action will be appreciated.                                 Just now received a phone call allegedly claimed from representative from Reliance Digital TV. As he in his words, assured me that the complaint will be resolved in 2 hours and repair guy will be at my door step in 2 hrs. For an instance i believed him. Immediately, he informed that to take up further an amount Rs.20/- need to be paid via Credit/Debit card only. I told him, as many times Reliance customer representative many times conveyed do not hand over cash to anyone. So I told him, that you can deduct from my account itself instead of Credit card.
                                He hesitated and I got doubt. He told that to repair to be done Rs.20/- I need to pay by card. As soon as I got doubt i asked his name and why he is calling from mobile phone. Not surprisingly, he hung up the phone.

                                Guys be aware of this frauds!!

                                  No sun network for the past two days. Want to know when services shall resume. It shows services shall resume shortly no idea how is it. it is already 2 days Toll free number for customer service is a waste. Called 10 times no response. each call waited for 10 minutes but is no use

                                        i am a subscriber of your digital service bearing no[protected].. I have recharged on 30/4/2014 for rupees 2960 yearly...last month service was disconnected.. ( after 6 months).. I called customer care they asked me to recharge so assit me... I recharged for rupee 300... and i have registered a complain about this ( number[protected] today again service was disconnected.. I made 7 calls.. No one was ready to slove my problem.. after listening to my complain they just disconnect my call... At last i spoke to Mr. rohit almost one hour but was pathetic and had no answer... I just asked one logic question.. I am your customer for past 7 years.. you have given a responsiblity. check details in your sytem I have recharged yearly pack now how can u disconnect my service.. I got a wondering answer... i dont have an option or else i would have replied your question.. and he said its your fault. I am wondering in what sense I made a mistake. I gave a clear cut answer either slove problem or take ur settop box.. cause you dont have any regrets losing a 7 year old customer..
