Dear sir,
Shockingly, i have found that rs.8.30 has been deducted from my a/c balance rs.11.43 in name of internet usage. I have recharged rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days on 23rd june 2017. This is so shocking & ridiculous. Further your your 198 toll-free number never working and your customer care representatives never take request from loyal customers.

Kindly look into the matter and refund my above deducted amount quickly.

As updated you earlier on date.12.07.2017 regarding detail discussion and assurance given to resolve the matter by Your Customer Service team as under, She assure to resolve as under :-
1) to refund deducted Rs.8.30 from main balance Rs.11.43 in the name of internet usage.
2) to make 198 toll-free number working.
3) 1GB 2G Data is to be credited within 00.01am to 00.10 am hrs of Day instead of late morning ( 04.00 am) So I can take benefit of 1GB / Day ( 00.01 am Hr to 23.59 pm Hr ) (every day ) 2G data for 365 days without fear of deducting main account balance in name of internet usages.
I regret that all this matter are yet not resolved till date.

    As per above complaint no. Till now i have not received any solution from your end.

    My mobile no. Is barred from beginning to till date and bills are generating continue please stop the bill generation with any service use.

    As per your dealer/vendor provided plan rs. 399/month - all over india out going / incoming and unld data free.

    New sim purchase 20/05/2017
    Activated on 21/05/2017
    Deactivated on 22/05/2017 to 31/05/2017
    Again activated 01/06/2017
    Again deactivated 06/06/2017 to till now.
    Bill generated more than rs. 700 without using any service.
    Advance security deposit rs. 300

    Till now i have not received any bills.

    Can you give me any resulation or not.

    Even i have faced similar issue. I have been following up with customer care for more than 3 months now. Until now the issue is not resolved. They are asking me to pay the bill for which i had already paid.
    And the customer care response is really very poor.
    My relience number [protected] on recharge 1100 rs date 15/6/2017.but recharge not done.and my mobile number any message and no balance show on my mobile. Please help and refund my amount. Reliance customer care says your recharge done.but dont have any benefits in recharge.
    Yestarday my balance is 55 rs but today my balance is o rs why my balance is cut in my number please refund the amount that u cut a 50 rs amount

        Hi, i have purchased a date card by paying rs1500/- after 1 yrs they have stopped providing the 3g services even after discontinuing of service they were sending me montly bill without internet service for which i have raised many complaint. And every time customer service executive tell we will reverse the bill amount and now every day i am getting a call for paying the due amount those people say we are calling from delhi high court using verger language and even u did not get services u need to pay the amount. Please let me know why should i pay the amount for which i did not get any services.

        from last 4 days early morning by 10.30 AM I am getting call from mobile no, [protected] saying calling for Delhi district court your name in included in the fraud list even though after the disconnection of 3G services whatever bill has been send you need to pay or I will be charged penalty for Rs.30000/- and the person is using very verger language.Please confirm are those people really call on behalf of reliance or its a fraud call for money estroction

          I filed complaint[protected] that i was not able to access internet post rechage of 786rs which should give me 1 gb per day until 180 days. Customer care said that 3g service is not available at my location and i paid 786 for 180 day 1 gb per day.. So because 3g is not availble relience should refund my money.. Customers care cut the call without talking.. They just dont talk. Very poor service.

          I bought a new reliance 4g LTE sim yesterday with a aadhar card it doesn't activate till now

          Such a dumb network reliance is..they dont even connect call to customer care..and the problem is as soon as i get recharged they activate the VAS pack themselves and cut the main balance..and im becoming a major victim of this..dont u find this ridiculous??             I called to customer care. The lady named afreen begum who was working in hyderabad call centers. She doesn't know how to behave with customers so rudely speaking and misbehaving. How you people are hiring such guys in customer care. I asked to refund my 33 rs which you people have deducted. She straight away denied. So refund my money orelse i will take legal action against your executive afreen begum. You people are running a big company to cheat and deduct money from customer. Shame on you. Otherwise arrange call from a person who can give proper customer service. I am facing these problems since 6 yrs but never complained against any executive but this time such a pathetic service provided by your executive afreen begum.

Suddenly no outgoing and oncoming calls as well as outgoing sms could not be made. No sms was issued that validity will be expired.                 My problem is automatic activation of vas and debited about rs.20.
                Today i received a message (10 july 2017).

                "you have been successfully subscribed to anchalvideowsub service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to 155223 (Toll free)." as written in message.

                Here i am shocked that i didn't activate any vas but this message says you are subscribed and money also got debited.
                Its too ridiculus service of reliance.
                Refund my balance quickly and also deactivate because i am never activated such a vas service and i dont want it.

                Once again, VAS activated automatically on [protected]. Again this VAS activation debited Rs.20 from my main account, I am not understanding why this ridiculous thing happening. Why you are not fixing this bug from your system.

                VAS activation message detail is

                " you have been successfully subscribed to BWOODMANIAsub21 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to 155223 (Toll free)."

                can you please stop this non-sense automatic VAS activation forever and refund my Money of Rs.20.

                  I recharged my reliance gsm prepaid sim via paytm. It shows "1gb per day for 180 days in rs 786 for 2g, 3g, 4g customers" on offer category on my number on 6th july 2017. I recharged it, than this plan worked only that day. After 12pm my mobile data stop working. I try to contact reliance care but there numbers are busy. Two times call connected to their customer officer but there was no sound from there side. And they also deducted main balance to call them. Please help me.

                  My internet plan start working on 10 july after 7pm. But now my concern is that why its not work in zero balance. This pack works till midnight after that it deduct main balance . Even if i activate any internet plan i get no notification before expire of that pack . And one last question where i get the details of terms and conditions before activating any internet plan.                     Hi,

                    This complaint is with respect to the ridiculous services by reliance communications. I have requested for a termination of the broadband connection in december 2014. I called customer care as in many times to close the connection. They said, the connection would be terminated with in few days.

                    Post which, i got a legal notice from iqbal, legal department of relliance in march, 2015. They say that i didnt pay the bill. Although i have requested for termination multiple times, i have got multiple legal notices as to pay the bill, although i have shifted to a new house multiple times. I tried contacting and emailing all the nodal officers, as into get into their notice about this issue, but there is no response from them as well.

                    Recently, i got a legal notice from relliance again, saying that i have to clear the bills. This is so frustrating, and i am totally disappointed with the customer service of reliance. Please take some required action on this, as i can see many customers have already launched complaints against this.

                        On 17.06.2017 at 12.42 p. M i received a text message from my idea postpaid number [protected] regarding that my mobile number is selected in reliance postpaid @399 (Unlimited etc) & lots more @rs.300/-...
                        One person stated to be an executive from creative group of companies came to my office and obtained my ids and [protected] mobile number has been allotted from your esteemed service provider.
                        Now i received a message with bill details amounting to rs. 560/- with its due date is 22.07.2017.
                        It is pertinent to mention here that my name and e-mail id were wrongly mentioned in the bill so generated in lieu to the mobile number. It is further submitted that when the executive of your officials convinced me regarding the unlimited calls and other usage for only rs.300/- then how this amount of rs.560/- were generated. It seems that the officials were convinced me by providing false information by achieving their own gain and defraud me by obtaining my hard earned money to the wrongful loss.
                        Your requested to investigate and expecting a quick response.
                        It needless to mention here that i am not constrained to make the payment of demand, till and unless my grievances were resolved from your esteemed organisation. The non response to my present complaint, please treat this a notice of demand for which i reserve my right to sue in appropriate court of law or forum or authorities.

                          On my request for porting my number ([protected]) I was telephonic ally given plan but charged higher plan which wasn't conveyed to me .
                          while requesting repeatedly to charge as older or new offered plan, it turn towards deaf ears and was forced to pay as only alternate.
                          On request to close my account they said unable until i visit to Reliance store pay in ADVANCE and request in CC and have to pay for higher plan till accepted by Company.
                          I have been constantly threatened by calling, SMS and mails to face Legal Action for not paying for wrong billing.

                            On 14th of june and now on 10 july a subscription was being subscribed namely askshtfrmtdms of rs 45 to my prepaid mobile reliance number:+91-[protected] for which i have not subscribed for. I spoke to reliance customer care no 198 but no feedback is being received. Some days ago the same problem with other subscription happened for which the company has refunded the said amount. Now its has become a daily routine to mentally harsh the customer.
                            Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
                            And m from very poor family, kindly return my total amount i. E. 45 (On 14th june 2017)+15 (On 10th july 2017)

                              On 1st july, i recharged my no. Of 60rs, because i want to activate callertune. I called customer care, but due to some reasons they can't able to activate callertune. After few minutes the msg come that (You have been successfully subscribed to shotforbiscsub60 service for 29 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4036 to 155223 (Toll free) and account balance showed a balance 0. Then i again call to customer care and they debited the amount. Next day again i received sms that (You have been successfully subscribed to adpaystrmgwlysubs service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 3673 to 155223 (Toll free). After that the acc balance is again 0. I could not understand that why such services are activated at your own?
                              I already requested i am not interested in any of the vas service. It was such a bad experience with you.

                                  My number [protected] is terminated without my consent even after i paid my bill of rs. 145.

                                  History below.
                                  I switched from idea to reliance service provider recently for the number [protected]. My first month bill for the period 09-mar-2017 to 21-mar-2017 is rs. 144.19. I paid my bill of rs. 145 (Bill amount 144) for the reliance number [protected] on 01-apr-2017 through reliance website online payment using net banking. Enclosed the payment successful status from reliance website and the payment debit evidence from my standard chartered bank account statement.

                                  And the next month bill arrived for the period 22-mar-2017 to 21-apr-2017 as rs 488.00 which is including the last month bill of rs.144.19 which i already paid.

                                  I contacted customer care, tried to visit the reliance store, raised compliant to customer care wrote many email but they could not resolve my issue and asked me to pay the bill without clearing the issue and they even barred my number from receiving any incoming calls and making any outgoing calls.

                                  I even tried to visit the store twice which is mentioned their website (Address: 42/2, new:13, razzak garden main road, arumbakkam, chennai -600106).

                                  The store was closed when i visited on 22-may-2017 around 7.30pm (Where as the notice pasted outside the shop mentioned the timing as 10am to 8pm).

                                  When i visited again on 23-may-2017 around 7pm, the shop was not even operational. They were doing some paintings.

                                  I visited the reliance store again on 29-june-2017 which is located in razak garden to get the update on my complaints raised on payment issue to customer care, but the representative there is not able to give me any update and his response was really annoying. I tried all my level best to settle this.

                                  After that i received one more bill for the period 22-apr-2017 to 21-may-2017 even though i did not use my phone (As they had barred my number)

                                  Solution required:
                                  1. The bill i paid has to be reflected in the system.
                                  2. The bill generated when my number [protected] was barred by reliance for non payment has to be withdrawn.
                                  3. Release my number [protected] for usage again.

                                  There is no update from Reliance communications until now. The issue still not resolved even after several follow up with the customer care. And i keep getting messages regarding legal action against the payment for which i had paid already.
