Myself manish from kanpur and my mobile number is [protected]. Presently i am in firozabad (Up west).
My problem is automatic activation of vas and debited about rs.20.
Today i received a message (10 july 2017).

"you have been successfully subscribed to anchalvideowsub service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to 155223 (Toll free)." as written in message.

Here i am shocked...

I recharged my reliance gsm prepaid sim via paytm. It shows "1gb per day for 180 days in rs 786 for 2g, 3g, 4g customers" on offer category on my number on 6th july 2017. I recharged it, than this plan worked only that day. After 12pm my mobile data stop working. I try to contact reliance care but there numbers are busy. Two times call connected to their customer officer but there was no sound from there side. And they also deducted main...

This complaint is with respect to the ridiculous services by reliance communications. I have requested for a termination of the broadband connection in december 2014. I called customer care as in many times to close the connection. They said, the connection would be terminated with in few days.

Post which, i got a legal notice from iqbal, legal department of relliance in march, 2015. They say that i didnt...

On 17.06.2017 at 12.42 p. M i received a text message from my idea postpaid number [protected] regarding that my mobile number is selected in reliance postpaid @399 (Unlimited etc) & lots more @rs.300/-...
One person stated to be an executive from creative group of companies came to my office and obtained my ids and [protected] mobile number has been allotted from your esteemed service provider.
Now i received a message...

On my request for porting my number ([protected]) I was telephonic ally given plan but charged higher plan which wasn't conveyed to me .
while requesting repeatedly to charge as older or new offered plan, it turn towards deaf ears and was forced to pay as only alternate.
On request to close my account they said unable until i visit to Reliance store pay in ADVANCE and request in CC and have to pay for higher plan till accepted...

On 14th of june and now on 10 july a subscription was being subscribed namely askshtfrmtdms of rs 45 to my prepaid mobile reliance number:+91-[protected] for which i have not subscribed for. I spoke to reliance customer care no 198 but no feedback is being received. Some days ago the same problem with other subscription happened for which the company has refunded the said amount. Now its has become a daily routine to mentally harsh the customer.br...

On 1st july, i recharged my no. Of 60rs, because i want to activate callertune. I called customer care, but due to some reasons they can't able to activate callertune. After few minutes the msg come that (You have been successfully subscribed to shotforbiscsub60 service for 29 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4036 to 155223 (Toll free) and account balance showed a balance 0. Then i again call to customer care...

I purchased a sim (Having number[protected] mobile no [removed] reliance 5-6 year ago.in september 2015 when i try to used it after long time then i got information from customer care sim called was barred and can not used it any more. When i asked to reissue the sim not re issue because call was barred, the matter was close from my side but some time ago put sim in mobile i try to call its working when i talked to customer care...

My number [protected] is terminated without my consent even after i paid my bill of rs. 145.

I switched from idea to reliance service provider recently for the number [protected]. My first month bill for the period 09-mar-2017 to 21-mar-2017 is rs. 144.19. I paid my bill of rs. 145 (Bill amount 144) for the reliance number [protected] on 01-apr-2017 through reliance website online payment using net banking....

For your kind information i had paid bill of my number [protected] on[protected], but till date my services has not been started. When i am doing calls to customer care from another reliance number, it is disconnecing again and again. I am facing too much problem. Which was changed from aircel because of maximum my colleague were having reliance no. I found that service conditions of reliance is very very poor, only urged for making bill payment nothing else. Six months before i visited abroad after converting international roaming, unfortunately i couldn't find any links with the number from ca. After returning back to india i have tried to call again found sim registration...

The reliance's mobile tower is situated very near to residential area. The tower antennas are directly pointing to residential apartments. To stop hazardous radiations leading to effect on health this tower should be removed from residential area.

I am using this prepaid no. [protected] and i am tired of losing all my money whenever i recharge. From the last 5 months my balance has been deducted saying that i have subscribed to some # services. I have a simple nokia phone not even a smart phone how can you simply activate services on your own and send a text that the services has been activated. You take all the money and then i have to unsubscribe them 100 times. This is so pathetic....

Had a very bad exp with rel cust care executives. Faced so much prob with rel sim from the date of purchase now for close rel services then again faced so much difficulty to close this connection, trying customer care to help me but never get proper response, even i paid 1928 rs & informed to cust care several times to close my no. Still my rel bill is generated every month....

Yesterday my account balance showed a balance amount of rs.12.94p at my credit and today at 22.33 hrs i received a sms that dear customer you have been subscribed for full2music pack. You willbe charged rs.5.00 per day. To unsubscribe sms 2694 to 155223 (Tollfree).

I could not understand that why such services are activated at your own?
I already requested i am not interested in any of the vas services.

I called them through 198 but call not connected to the company server. My mobile no. [protected] from the balance deducted. I want my balance back from the company. Why they charged me without having any VAS service.

Reliance has been deducting money from my main balance (Ph. No. [protected] ) by forced subscription of value added services. I have not subscribed to any service. Over 222 rupees have been deducted in less than month. I tried calling customer care and complaining about it but the problem still persists. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this. Despite repeatedly unsubscribing to VAS which have been forced on me, it keeps happening over...

Worst service is provided on 198, call is disconnected automatically on it..
I recharged my mobile number [protected] by INR 154 for internet plan of 1 month 1GB/day after checking the offer on *129# & conforming it on 198 then after 5 days my internet plan is over... I want to contact to customer care executive but it couldn't happen bcoz 198 disconnects...

Have raised the request for closed reliance no. Due to network issue on 14.4.2017 with request no.is[protected]. That time I have cleared my all dues.but still it's not close the card and generate new bill. I am not ready to pay the bill.

My current location is khamgaon district Buldahana . Here is no reliance network no reliance Customer care center....
