I paid my postpaid bill in sundarapuram reliance mobile store of 700 rs they didn't give my any bill and now they have closed the store i contacted customer care and they have no answer for it my no is [protected]

My 700 rs is with reliance and they are not waiver of money nor process my port request

If i go out roaming the tower is empty in phone

    On 22/12/2015 i purchased a dongle mdn [protected] after viewing their
    Website about download speed which was shown as 3.1 mbps and their
    Salesman mr. Amar came to my home with the dongle and assured that
    The speed of download will be 3.1 mbps. I paid him rs. 1500 for the dongle
    And three months advance rent and he installed the dongle in my laptop
    And went away assuring that the dongle will be activated soon and the speed
    Of download will definitely be 3.1 mpbs or more.
    The dongle was activated the same night but the speed of download was
    Always below 1.0 mbps and the speed never improved despite numerous
    Complaints to netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com.
    Now i am asking them two questions as below from them.
    Question no. 1:- is this justified to sell the dongle for rs. 1500 displaying the
    Speed of download in your website as 3.1 mbps and confirmation of the
    Speed by your salesman mr. Amar at my home??
    Question no. 2:- is this justified to charge monthly rent/bill for download
    Speed of 3.1 mbps while the real speed was only 32% of 3.1 mbps??
    I purchased the dongle for direct steaming telecast from sonylive which
    Requires minimum speed of 3.0 speed and so my money was wasted.
    I have sent them more than 325 reminders to answer my two questions
    But they are not responding.

    Fraudulent sale of dongle to me for Rs. 1500 on 22/12/2015 by Reliance Co.
    No response to my Email reminders exceeding four humdred till today.
    I am 75 year old and my hearing power is poor.I am suffering from severe arthritis and I reside in 2nd floor and so
    I can't go out of home .Two bandmasters have their shops in front of my home with the result that I can't listen to
    my tv even at full volume owing to practice by bandmasters.This is the reason for my purchasing the dongle so
    that I may view my favorite programs at my opportune time from SONYLIVE or other telecasting sites. For this
    download speed of 3.1 is required and Reliance website displayed this and their Salesman Mr. AMAR who came
    to deliver the dongle to my home also twice confirmed this speed. But the I could never get the speed of download
    above 1.0 mbps with the result that the dongle was useless to me from 22/12/2015.Thus this was a Fraudulent
    sale to me for Rs. 1500. I have sent them more than 350 Emails but they are responding.They can reply on my

      I surrendered reliance data card in the year 2015 and made complete payment of rs. 2451 in the month of april 2016. The services were formally discontinued by reliance. Still, i am getting the message and a legal notice through e-mail to make the full payment of rs. 2451 to avoid legal procedures. Daily these people are sending mesages that i have failed to make teh payment after several reminders. I even send them the receipt of last payment through e-mail but still i am getting these messages. This is completely unacceptable to harass genuine customers and not updating and checking your records for the same. Even the payment service center several times accepted that payment is already made by you and we have the record of the same. Need help to resolve this issue

          Dear team,
          My name is bhargavi, i had a post paid connection with reliance bearing the number[protected].
          The connection had problem from the beginning and the executive had sold it by giving all the details of false offers, anyways had asked this service to be terminated.
          But even after completing the final settlement of bill payment, i keep getting these calls and messages from reliance to pay the bill else would have to face legal action.
          Please look into the matter as i have already forwarded the bill payment mail to reliance almost 3-4 times.
          Reliance customer care numbers too doesn't work.

              I call number [protected] and talk 36 seconds only and reliance communication charges for this call 15 rupees.
              When i call customer care at 198 then they tell me you call a international call then we charges 15 rupees.
              And i say tell me which international number i call then they said disconnect the call and they put my call on hold.
              I call again but not responding anyone.

                2 July 2017 I recharge with rs 93 for getting 1gb/day for 28 days but I only received 1 GB and nowdays data balance is 0
                I called customer care but they don't response
                What can I do now plz and me
                But my main balance rs. 52 deducted after balance 0 net not working. Again i recharge rs. 10/ but some time used internet again balance deduct & 0 balance. 12th april 2017 again recharge rs. 20/ main balance but this balance also deducted. After balance 0 internet also not work.
                Executive not resolved my problem. And not refunded my amount.

                  Reliance has activated vas bwoodmaniasub21 twicw on my number without even subscribing for it.

                  Here i am shocked that i didn't activate any vas but this message says you are subscribed and money also got debited.
                  I think reliance is trying its best in looting its customers by doing such activities. Instead they should focus on improving their network services. It will help you in earning good faith of customer.

                  Refund my balance quickly and also deactivate because i am never activated such a vas service and i dont want it never in my life.

                  Though you resolved my problem for the first time, but again you have activated unnecessary services on my number [protected] and deducted my balance as soon as I recharged my number. Are you always seeking for balance? I am fed up of this company and #### OFF with your ######## services. Give me my money back. Enough is enough. Don't compensate your Reliance JIO losses with our money.. ...You thieves and most corrupt people. Don't you get any sense on seeing so many registered complaints? Why don't you take training from your counterpart companies on how to keep your customers happy. Don't forget customers should be treated properly, else you are the one who will be at loss by loosing your credibility.

                    For past about 3 months i am wrongly charged rs 21/- by your organisation for vas activation. Till date i am charged about 7 times.
                    The vas services are: bw00dmaniasub21 & anchalvideowsub. I even don't know their functions.
                    This is unlawful and not justified to a loyal customer. I have never activated any service to my number.
                    Every time i had to visit the nearest outlet and for 3-4 times i haven't got the refund. Even the customercare has stopped responding to my emails.

                    I want to know if this is a practice by your organisation?

                        I had taken reliance broadband connection and i am postpaid user but now as i relocate from that place, i don't need the connection anymore. Therefore i had called reliance customer care many times for cutting the reliance broadband postpaid connection but they are not responding. I tried a lot to cut this connection but this connection is available till now
                        I had given the payment till date. It has been months and they are not cutting our connection. So now i am not responsible for this connection and i will not pay anything now.

                            Hi,
                            This complaint is with respect to the ridiculous sms sent to my contact number by reliance communications. This is regarding some bill payment due which they asked me to pay by today for a hsd which i used years back and now it is closed more than year back.

                            History:
                            If i remember i used a reliance dongle couple of years back. I had to cancel and close this service because of so much network issues i faced. I called their "poor responding and poor responsible" customer care so many times for this issue (They said no network coverage at my area and their technical team working on network connectivity at this place... But i used it before also i think at least a year) and finally they promised me to wave off one month bill unfortunately which never happened and i paid the all bills on time.
                            Finally, i requested for the closure of the account and customer care assured that the account will be closed in few days and no payment dues are pending from my side... I think this happened in early 2015.
                            Note: i tried contacting and emailing all the nodal officers for this case.

                            All of sudden, last year i think jan/feb 2016 i received a call from a advocate saying i have not paid few bills for which they have taken this action without any prior communication to me... I tried to explain the case to him but finally i thought of just paying what ever is there and get ride of this (Because it was my maternity period and i knew it was waste my time and energy calling customer care/escalate it etc).
                            So after paying everything, i requested for the closure again, not sure why this was not closed before. This time i noted down the request number for close/cancelling the account... I think this time it happened because i enquired it again and again from customer care by calling couple of times that my dongle is not existing in my name any more and it is closed with out any issues and dues, i noted few request numbers also... I felt a big relief after this.

                            And again a sms for a bill to avoid legal action??? Yesterday.
                            I tried calling customer care and getting the details on the dongle number and the number is invalid now and no info available for customer care people also and they said this may be because the number got cancelled... And they say to go to reliance store and check.
                            When a account is closed it is true that they would have checked all dues before the final action right?

                            This is so frustrating, and i am totally disappointed with the customer service of reliance.
                            Please see this case as i can see many customers have already raised complaints against the similar issue.

                            Got one more massage from Reliance legal team saying that they are going to file 406 and 415 ipc. But they are supposed to talk to me first right?
                            Why no proper support from this site I got or from the Reliance team for my issue.

                            Can I file a harassment case for this ?

                            Here I would like to note that I had already got a call from a advocate last year and paid bcoz just wanted to avoid unnecessary tension on the amount they asked my pay last time... After payment I called the advocate and he clarified me that all paid and case also closed...and also account also closed...

                            May I know when can I expect any reply from Reliance Communication Customer Care/Legal team for my complaint. I am keep on getting sms from Reliance to repay to avoid legal action etc...

                            Some contacts for me to know why this bill is sent for me and what amount is this etc.

                            At least department who sending me the sms is not trying to contact me and explain why the bill generated after closure of the account and that to after one and half years I think...I expect a proper explanation call from them if they are correct.

                            Or whom to contact for this if you guys are taking more time.

                              I am using reliance no:[protected], this is second instance where my subscription plan is changed without my prior consent. This time when i went to pay my outstanding pill, i was inform to pay inr 1000, since some plan has been activated. When question who has activated this, i was informed, its a fault from reliance end, please pay the outstanding bill and we will adjust it later. My concern is, how can telecom servicer provider can activate any subscription plan without prior customer knowledge. This evening my outgoing has been suspended for no reason. Request you to please look into this and confirm what's the resolution to ensure this is not repeated in the future and request you to activate my calls

                                Resulting effect is that customer have to face late payment or trouble to get reach in contact to customer care. Many times late fine is being charged in next bill an i must have to pay this though it is a fault of company side they do no want to resolve this. Sometimes it is reversed but their actual intention is to compel us to force pay. Sometimes this type of matter go out from our knowledge and a great problem we have to face.

                                Today on 6/7/2017 they activate the "BWOODMANIASub21" service for 5 days.
                                i dont ask for it. and they deduct my balance also for that please reslove this issue asap.

                                  Reliance mobile tower in chandkheda dist gandhinagar ahmedabad 382424 pincode ioc road chandkheda situated. There is no reply from prahladnagar ahmedabad office. Inspite of more than 10 times regd ad post sent but no reply. We are helpless against jambo company. Plz help us in the matter. We have monitory loss. Niether they vacant our land nor they increase rent. Only 6000rs. Rent for 314 sq. Yards. They have not given document and lease deed original. Plz help us

                                    I have complained many times before about loosing my balance due to unknown subscribe/ activation of services, whenever i recharge my phone i get a message fro company about various services is activated. I have no idea why this happened. I tried many times to call customer care but every time either network is busy or the call just ends. Again with the same problem another problem has occurred. I am loosing my talk time balance whenever i use wifi. I had recharged my phone few days before only of rs 160 but when i used wifi. My balance reached to zero. This has happened to me several times. I request you to please do the needful.

                                        My reliance no is [protected]. मैं 2 जुलाई को 786, 3g प्लान recharge किया था। but अभी तक मेरा internet नही चलता है। मैं 3 बार customer care को फोन किया पर कोई solution नही हुआ। reliance technical department से कॉल आया वो setting कराए पर कोई solution नही हुआ ।

                                        मैं 1st time 5 july 2017 कोई complain किया जिसका complain no[protected] है। इसमें technical department ने फोन की setting कराई but internet नही चला। फिर technical person बोली कि फिर से नया complain लो। मैं 2nd complain लिया।

                                        2nd complain no is[protected] on 8th july इस complain में फिर से technical department से call आया उसने नही कुछ चेक किया नही कुछ setting कराई। वो बोलती हैं की आपके फोन में problem है आप customer care को फोन कर के ठीक कराए।

                                        3rd complain no is[protected] on 11 july 2017 इस call में मै senior person (Mr. Ankur)से बात किया। वो बोलते हैं की 72 hour wait कर लीजिए। problem solve हो जाएगा। मैं उनको बोल की मेरा बहुत time बर्बाद हो गया है आप या तो कोई another plan activate कर दीजिए या main balance में return कर दीजिये। वो बोलते है की ये नही हो सकता

                                        मैं reliance store पर भी गया था, वहां पर कोई नही था। मैं पता किया तो पता चला कि office खुलता है पर कोई नही रहता। मै बगल के दुकान से फोन no लिये और बात किया तो mr rajan फोन उठाये, वो बोलते हैं की reliance हमे कोई pay नही करता तो हम क्यो office में रहे। वो बोले कि कोई help नही कर सकता।

                                        मैं अपना सिम को dongal में डाल कर भी check किया था और another 3g फोन में डाला था पर इंटरनेट का symbol तक नही आता है। sir, आप से request है की अगर मेरे internet का ये pack नही चलेगा तो please कोई और plan activate कर दे या main balance में balance देने का कृपा प्रदान करे।
