Reliance has activated vas bwoodmaniasub21 twicw on my number without even subscribing for it.

Here i am shocked that i didn't activate any vas but this message says you are subscribed and money also got debited.
I think reliance is trying its best in looting its customers by doing such activities. Instead they should focus on improving...

For past about 3 months i am wrongly charged rs 21/- by your organisation for vas activation. Till date i am charged about 7 times.
The vas services are: bw00dmaniasub21 & anchalvideowsub. I even don't know their functions.
This is unlawful and not justified to a loyal customer. I have never activated any service to my number.
Every time i had to visit the nearest outlet and for 3-4 times i haven't got the refund. Even...

I had a connection with reliance broadband id[protected], which i cancelled after one month because of bad service later on there was an amount due which they are suppose to give me back rs 482/- now more than 1 year passed they did not give??? They say they have send the cheque to reliance local outlet but the local out let have no clue.in short these people eats peoples money and enjoy saying they are corporate shame on reliance communication...

I had taken reliance broadband connection and i am postpaid user but now as i relocate from that place, i don't need the connection anymore. Therefore i had called reliance customer care many times for cutting the reliance broadband postpaid connection but they are not responding. I tried a lot to cut this connection but this connection is available till now
I had given the payment till date. It has been months and they are not cutting...

I have submitted an request to terminate my account. They told termination process will be completed within 9 days. Today its more than 13 days and my account is still active and they are charging me for the services. I tried to call customer care but after listening to my complaint they hang up the call. I don't understand whom with i talk now regarding this process....

This complaint is with respect to the ridiculous sms sent to my contact number by reliance communications. This is regarding some bill payment due which they asked me to pay by today for a hsd which i used years back and now it is closed more than year back.

If i remember i used a reliance dongle couple of years back. I had to cancel and close this service because of so much network issues i faced....

Resulting effect is that customer have to face late payment or trouble to get reach in contact to customer care. Many times late fine is being charged in next bill an i must have to pay this though it is a fault of company side they do no want to resolve this. Sometimes it is reversed but their actual intention is to compel us to force pay. Sometimes this type of matter go out from our knowledge and a great problem we have to face....

Reliance mobile tower in chandkheda dist gandhinagar ahmedabad 382424 pincode ioc road chandkheda situated. There is no reply from prahladnagar ahmedabad office. I have complained many times before about loosing my balance due to unknown subscribe/ activation of services, whenever i recharge my phone i get a message fro company about various services is activated. Shockingly, i have found that rs.8.30 has been deducted from my a/c balance rs.11.43 in name of internet usage. I have recharged rs.365 for 1gb / day 2g data validity 365 days on 23rd june 2017. This is so shocking & ridiculous. Further your your 198 toll-free number never working and your customer care representatives never take request from loyal customers.

Kindly look into the matter...

Hi, i have purchased a date card by paying rs1500/- after 1 yrs they have stopped providing the 3g services even after discontinuing of service they were sending me montly bill without internet service for which i have raised many complaint. And every time customer service executive tell we will reverse the bill amount and now every day i am getting a call for paying the due amount those people say we are calling from delhi high court using...

I filed complaint[protected] that i was not able to access internet post rechage of 786rs which should give me 1 gb per day until 180 days. Customer care said that 3g service is not available at my location and i paid 786 for 180 day 1 gb per day.. So because 3g is not availble relience should refund my money.. Customers care cut the call without talking.. They just dont talk. Very poor service....

I called to customer care. The lady named afreen begum who was working in hyderabad call centers. She doesn't know how to behave with customers so rudely speaking and misbehaving. How you people are hiring such guys in customer care. I asked to refund my 33 rs which you people have deducted. She straight away denied. So refund my money orelse i will take legal action against your executive afreen begum. You people are running a big company...

My no. Is [protected] and it was issued at jabalpur on may 2009. Now my sim card validity is expired on 07.07.2017. Now i reside in siliguri west bengal. Suddenly no outgoing and oncoming calls as well as outgoing sms could not be made. No sms was issued that validity will be expired. Further no guidance regarding way of revalidation was intimated to me. Kindly suggest measures to extend my sim validity....
