I am using this prepaid no. [protected] and i am tired of losing all my money whenever i recharge. From the last 5 months my balance has been deducted saying that i have subscribed to some # services. I have a simple nokia phone not even a smart phone how can you simply activate services on your own and send a text that the services has been activated. You take all the money and then i have to unsubscribe them 100 times. This is so pathetic. Reliance is now stealing and making money. This needs to be solved and i see alot of complaints regarding same problem that i am facing. Please go through the account details and put all the money back. Even your customer service providers are pathetic.

    Had a very bad exp with rel cust care executives. Faced so much prob with rel sim from the date of purchase now for close rel services then again faced so much difficulty to close this connection, trying customer care to help me but never get proper response, even i paid 1928 rs & informed to cust care several times to close my no. Still my rel bill is generated every month.

      Yesterday my account balance showed a balance amount of rs.12.94p at my credit and today at 22.33 hrs i received a sms that dear customer you have been subscribed for full2music pack. You willbe charged rs.5.00 per day. To unsubscribe sms 2694 to 155223 (Tollfree).

      I could not understand that why such services are activated at your own?
      I already requested i am not interested in any of the vas services.

      In past you have been subscribing unauthorisedly and again unsubscribing.

      Please credit back my account by the amount so charged.

        I got a msg "you have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs services for 4 day " after that my mobile balance run out and not able to make any call to customer care because of company. I called them through 198 but call not connected to the company server. My mobile no. [protected] from the balance deducted. I want my balance back from the company. Why they charged me without having any VAS service.

          Reliance has been deducting money from my main balance (Ph. No. [protected] ) by forced subscription of value added services. I have not subscribed to any service. Over 222 rupees have been deducted in less than month. I tried calling customer care and complaining about it but the problem still persists. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this. Despite repeatedly unsubscribing to VAS which have been forced on me, it keeps happening over and over.
          Please look into the matter and refund my balance. Also make certain such things don't happen again.

            I am not able to contact to customer care executive of your company...
            Worst service is provided on 198, call is disconnected automatically on it..
            I recharged my mobile number [protected] by INR 154 for internet plan of 1 month 1GB/day after checking the offer on *129# & conforming it on 198 then after 5 days my internet plan is over... I want to contact to customer care executive but it couldn't happen bcoz 198 disconnects my call automatically...
            I am fully disappointed with reliance n if there is no solution for my problem just say it then I will port my number to some other network..

              Have raised the request for closed reliance no. Due to network issue on 14.4.2017 with request no.is[protected]. That time I have cleared my all dues.but still it's not close the card and generate new bill. I am not ready to pay the bill.

                My Reliance Broad Band & Land Line not working Since June -2016 My Reliance Sub. Id. is[protected]. I have done many complains to cutomer care of Reliance but no any solution provided by Reliance. REliance & you may Check it From Log of Reliance that my Connection was not in working Since June -2016 . No any Representative/Engineer visit the side and also close my complain in their office before providing any solutution to me. We had not received any call or resolution from reliance services office till date. When I complain in the customer care no customer care executive file my complain properly & not give fruitfull solution to me & call was disconnected from their hand also not file my complain as i told them.
                You are also requested to register my complain regarding refund for bill as i paid in past 13 month & also for lumpsum amout for my mental harresment GIVE SOLUTION IMMEDIATELY.

                  Again the poor services of reliance communications. I have availed the plan of 299 which includes unlimited calling and 3GB 3G data. the bill should not exceed more than 350. its the third month the bill has been exceeded above 500. i have got the waiver of previous bills but again the same problems the VAS packs acivates automatically. i got the msgs that U HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBSCRIBED THE VAS PACKS. i have to deactivate the vas packs from the insta care app..get the charges waived.if next time i will get the same problem..i will further move on my complaint to TRAI.

                      I am using [protected] prepaid connection in Tamil Nadu since 2012 onward and i am using nokia basic mobile and i am getting flash massages frequently when i am operating my mobile by using ok button it is directly activating some subscriptions due to this money deducting frequently so kindly stop sending flash massages to this number [protected].

                        This is to inform you that I am having internet issue after one month of activating to postpaid.I have called manytimes and and no resolutions came till now and blocked my number.
                        Advance payment -390rs
                        1st bill- 506
                        2nd bill - 468 rs
                        And the plan was for 299

                          This is to inform that on my reliance communication prepaid number [protected], automatic balance reduction of rs 5 is happening recurrently.

                          Based on the same i have lost rs 50 in terms of 5 rs denomination 10 times.

                          This is enough, somebody from rcom pls provide refund of my amount and solve my problem permanently otherwise using number portability to other service provider will be my only option left.

                            I have recharged my number 50 rs one week back. I got 40 rs talk time. In that I used 20 rs talk time only. But remaining balance they have deducted. For which cause they had duducted balanceI don't know. I have tried numerous times to contact customer care executive on either *333 or 198.but I was said that we couldnot connect this time.                               With recharge Rs.93.

                              According to this offer I should get the internet benefit of 1GB/Day for 1 month.

                              But reliance expired my pack in one week.. instead for one month..

                              I need my pack to be for 1 month..
                              not 1 week..

                              I tried a lot to contact to Customer Care Executive on 198 and *333 but they are not responding.

                              Please provide the necessary action by reliance..

                                I was a reliance broadband user & my subscriber id was[protected]. The connection was under the name hitesh kalbhor. I wanted to terminate my broadband internet connection, so i requested the same to reliance customer care. They told me that i will have to pay the last due bill for month of may 2017 and then only my termination request will be processed. So i paid the bill and made the request again to terminate my connection. I received a confirmation call about termination of my connection to which i confirmed. And i also got a call asking me when can a reliance representative come to collect the modem from me. But no one came to collect it and i got a mail asking me to pay the bill for june 2017. I even told them over a follow up call that i am not a customer anymore to which they said ok you won't get calls about bill aanymor and i don't get any follow up calls now. But they are torturing me with frequent mails for follow up of june bill. I replied many times saying i am not a customer anymore but they don't reply to my mails properly and they don't ever call me about it either. The mail i received today said pay the bill to avoid 'further process'. The pune billing/collections departments just don't check data of their unsubscribed customers and they just keep sending mails asking me to pay the next bill. I am really frustrated with this now. Such type of customer service is not expected from a company like reliance. Please help me and sort this out.

                                No! The problem has still not been resolved! I got no solution for my problem from your customer service associate and she disconnected the call! I have the mails of acceptance letter for my termination request from Reliance. It says my termination request has been accepted and the rental for the services will stop from 3rd June 2017. It said '3rd June', so I thought the bill for June 2017 must be my last bill and I paid it thinking this will solve the problem. But I was wrong. Now that I have paid for June, today I received mail and message asking to pay for JULY 2017! This is madness! The mails are being sent by "balaji.[protected]@pratikit.co.in" and very rude language is used. I have attached a screenshot of the acceptance letter sent to me by Reliance which clearly shows my subscriber ID. Please take required action and resolve this problem. Reliance is not updating their user data with pratikit group which is sending me mails for bills. That is why it is causing us this headache. This kind of service is not expected from a company like Reliance. Solve this problem aas soon as possible!

                                  I will 08 july 2017 morning recharge for ratecutter 33 rupees. Mesage local and std 15paise. But one minute call cost for one rupees charges for any network pls seeing this offer. Pls allowed for all calls 15paise for charge. Vality for 60 days. Pls care for my mobile no.[protected].                                     Iam neeraja lankadasula from hyderabad telangana.i want to complaint about signal problem iam having mobile number [protected] this number is reliance cdma number first then few months back reliance communications converted all cdma numbers to reliance 4g then iam having signal for few days after convertion but from 2 months onwards iam not having signal it was showing emergency calls most of the time i have visited reliance outlets many times but no result and from one week onwards they were closing outlets before 4pm but outlet timings was from 10am to 8pm what is the reason i dont know and i need that number that number it was very important for me as i have given that number for my all bank accounts, aadhaar, voter id etc and i need that number i cant change my number please help me and resolve my problem as early as possible

                                        I ported my sim to reliance communications and took the 299 jalsa plan and took an advance rental plan of Rs. 1032 and paid the same amount to the company agent who came to my home to take the documents. After a month I got a bill for Rs. 472 for june month. I called the customer care and they said there is no advance rental plan activated on your number.After a cumbersome struggle of 1 week i got a confirmation that my plan will be activated on 7th July 2017.
                                        In between this this my outgoing calls were barred without any intimation saying that my documents have not been verified which were already submitted by me during the sim delivery. I dont know the agent who visited my home for taking all the documents neither did he give me any receipt of any kind despite me asking for the same.
                                        On 7th July 2017 my outgoing and incoming services are barred again. When i called the customer care they said that I havent paid the advance rental amount that is Rs. 1032 which I have already paid to the agent at the time of taking the sim.

                                        Please I want my services to be resumed as soon as possible and want this problem resolved
