Room No. 101 Swami Samarth Apartment — I didn't get my cashback which I redeemed to my account

I had got 151 rupees of cashback which i had redeemed to my bank account but i never received it. They claim to have sent it to my bank which they are not. I had purshased gift card from which i had got total cashback of 151. Then i just used that redeem option that can send the cashback to the bank. But i never received it at all.. Its been 3-4 months
