[Resolved] Commanding officer — Videocon d2h making
My D2h id is 7452898. I have recharged D2H last year on 2 Jun 2012. for one year package which includes additional 2 months grace period so total 14 months with recharge of one year pack but VIDEOCON D2H has stopped services on 21 May 2013 and asking to recharge before 70 days of pending service. I called to customer care on 21 may at 1100 and they told me we will resolve the by 1308 hrs on the same day and asked for file the complaint. compliant no[protected]. But nothing has happened i called up customer care again at 1450 hrs. this time they were telling we will resolve your issue in 12 Hours. Customer care is not prompt not asking more and more period not sure whether services are going to start within 2 hours. They are looting peoples giving false offers. wasting lot of time of customers for calling again and again. Need urgent action required. wasting time and money of the common people.
