Shriram Financial Products Solutions — money fraud through bank transaction

The following person called me on last year 29-oct-18 as from sriram office to close my father's insurance policy, and he asked to transfer the money rs.3700 for closing the policy. After we are trying more than 3 months he was not responding our calls and his mobile is now in out of coverage.
