The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Ticket Pe Ticket Free Offer

The Ticket Pe Ticket Free offer is a publicity gimmick of Ezeego1 & SpiceJet.

"Book a SpiceJet ticket with Ezeego1 and get a SpiceJet Ticket Free. However, Taxes & Surcharges as applicable to be paid."

And guess what the (airfare) ticket charges are -- Rs. 99/-. So effectively you get Rs. 99/- off per passenger.

Please read the Frequently Asked Questions on the Ezeego1 site...

FLIGHT CANCELLATION

I had booked a flight SG-513 from Cochin to Mumbai on Spicejet for 7th June.
I had booked this ticket in April and have not received any message from Spicejet about the cancellation of the flight till date. I checked with the customer care just a while ago, and they said that there
was some work going on in Cochin airport which is clashing with the Spicejets timings and hence they had to cancel the flights. But there are...

I was holding a booking with Spicejet from Delhi to Jammu on 21st April 7.20 AM. The flight was cancelled and I came to know of this only once IO reached the Airport. I had come to India from Dubai on a planned trip which was spoilt by the AIrline. I am attaching below the replies which they have provided. I hope I can get a suitable compensation from them for all the troubles they created for me.

Playing with life of people

Hi,

I was on return flight from Varanasi to Mumbai via Delhi on 30th April 2008. I had with me my complete familty inclusive of my 57 yrs old heart patient mother and 1.7 years old son. The carrier on which we boarded was having problems with 1 of the AC. To our surprise this airline was flying this aircraft for complete day with this problem. On top of it, airlines was not courteous enough to inform this to passengers boarding...

Ruthless Behaviour

Hi All...I had chosen Spicejet for my travel from bangalore to Hyderabad on 14th April 2008. To my surprise and just at the last minute, the staff informed us that the Flight has been cancelled. Thats fine...but when I contacted the ground staff for alternatives, they just asked me to take next day's flight, which was not acceptable for most of the passengers including me as I had to travel on that day at any cost. We were not able to...

Refund of Taxes and Fees from ticket price

I did not fly due to a personal reasons and was unable to inform Spicejet 2 hrs prior to the flight time for a reschedulement as per their requirement for which they charge an amount.

I called the airline call center requesting them for a refund...
