SpiceJet is the worst airlines that i have ever travelled.Recently I had to fly from Delhi to Hyderabad on 17th Aug-SG239 and when I checked-in I was informed the flight timing has been changed and all this without any prior information.The actual flight timing was 1955 but got pushed to 2135.I had a bus catch from hyderabad at 1130 and have to travel to another destination.But, because of this delay, I had to miss my bus and was highly frustrated.This was not the only instance.Previously, the flight which I was about to travel from delhi to chandigarh was cancelled an hour before for no reason.So, I recommend all to go for other airlines even if the fare is quite high or you will also end up facing the bitter service of spice jet.

    It was a horrible experience travelling by Spice Jet. I had booked my return tickets through Easy go trip from Delhi to Pune. During my return today when i reached Pune Airport for SG-208 flight 7:25AM i was told your flight is scheduled for evening 4:00 PM. There was no one to cooperate and understand the problem and harassment caused to me due to this surprise change in my flight schedule. Just a blame game going on it is not our fault, Please contact Easy go trip Agency. I was having an email as well as print copy of the ticket for SG-208 7:25 AM flight. I was feeling cheated by Spice Jet as well as Easy go trip because If spice jet is giving rights to issue tickets to the agency why should customer get pissed of for such things whereas my tickets says morning flight for SG-208 7:25 AM and when you reach Airport early morning they give surprise saying your ticket is for evening 4:00 PM. They should have charged back to Easygo trip for their mistake why customer getting penalised.

      Recently I travelled From Kochi to Bangalore in Spicejet flight. Flight was very small and congested; the seating arrangement was not up-to the standards. Seats are very uncomfortable to sit. The flight fare is reasonable but they charge extra for comfortable seat. Then what is the use of giving reasonable fare without giving good service. If they want to charge extra for seat, they can add it in fare only. Why can’t they do it..? If they think the passenger are foolish, this is just their stupidity. Considering the reasonable fare, passenger can travel in Spice jet flight first time, but after travelled, they can know what reasonable fare is. The next time definitely the passenger will think to use Spice jet flights.

        I, Jagjeet Singh register a complaint that amount was debited from my account on 22 july 2014 by doing ticket book online, amount debited was Rs. 4675...from visakhapatnam to jammu problem is that it wanted credit card for payment submit but i had debit card But i submit payment and ticket was not done due to this debit card ... Then after i booked same ticket by internet banking and it was done But the amount that was debited from my account is not refund till today I had also registered complaint against the same on 30 july..my complaint register no. is CR/310236/2014 I have also given my transaction no. of that POS transaction asno. is[protected] Plz dear SIR/MADAM refund my amount...           Hi, I boarded the flight SG524 yesterday from Bangalore to Kolkata, The flight was supposed start at 6PM but it was announced earlier that it will be delayed by 15 mins and start at 6.15pm. This happened at 5pm. And then suddently at 5.45 PM it was announced that the flight is further delayed by 90 mins and will start at 7.30 PM. After having said this the flight still didnt leave the airport untill 8.00pm. Which is a total delay of 2 hours and there was absolutely no prior announcement of the same. I had a train to catch at 11.40 pm in Kolkata and I missed the train due to your flights delay. I faced a very tough time here in Kolkata as I had to spend the entire night in the waiting room while it was heavily raining outside. I also am not getting a refund for the tickets as the railway TDR rules have changed and in spite of that I now need to make a break journey to my final destination. I dont think just by giving a 500rs voucher would do anything to recover from the harm that you have done. I dont intend to fly with Spice Jet again and hence the voucher is of no use to me. I want a full refund of the air tickets I booked with you. I hope you can do that at the least for the damage you have done. The amount that I am claiming is much less than the damage you have done.             Dear Sir, SpiceJet had announced a discount scheme for bookings and I was booked 5 tickets 3 of adult and 2 of children worth cost Rs. 17720/- with a booking ID is NF[protected] and PNR No.RIT65L. When I was booking online through "Make my trip.com" I choose my destination from Goa to Delhi on 9/11/2014 but suddenly destination was changed and I didn't noticed and I had booked with wrong destination. Now I had asked from make my trip.com they said company will refund my amount or may be they can changed Destination. And when I asked from Spicejet Airline officials they said they will not refund a single penny because as I booked under discount scheme or if I want to change my destination then I have to pay Rs22, 000/- more.After wards I cancel my bookings they just refund me Rs.2050/-.This is not fair please resolve this issue Please refund my maximum hard earned money.               When searching the flight fm srinagar to bengalore. I prefer to book in your flight, because flight is non stop upto bengalore, and same i was booked a seat fm srinagar to bengalore and back in the name sk rakshit on 27 sep and 01 nov in flight 443 and 442 respectively. However, after booking the ticket my journey is fm srinagar to amritsar, amritsar to mumbai and mumbai to bengalore is not understood. Why journey route are not available. Req clarify imme.

                I would like to file a complaint against Spicejet and looking for compensation from them for all the additional money I had to spend to complete the journey I fully paid them. I booked 4 tickets from Vizag to Singapore on Spicejet website. Vizag to Hyd on Spicejet and Hyd to Singapore on Tigerairway – Spicejet partner for this deal. They issued a confirmed booking and I paid the full price. My wife and 3 small kids travelled on 25th Jul as planned from Vizag to Hyd. However at Hyd when they tried to check-in at Tiger airways they surprised to find that there is no booking for them. At that time ground staff in Hyd did not help resolve this issue and they told us that is between us and Tiger airways. Since we haven’t paid them or there is any booking ref Tiger airways could not honor this booking. Finally the flight on 26th Early hrs left without taking my family. At this time Spicejet did not even help my family arrange a hotel. My wife had to book a hotel by herself. And the only consistent message we got from Spicejet is it “ is your responsibility for the hotel” and responsibility to follow-up with Tiger airways. I called the customer service hot line and after lot of arguments they acknowledged that it is their responsibility to fix the ticket and they will work on once the staff comes to work at 10AM IST. So from 10AM IST I started to follow-up with them. Every time I got the same response. In 30 mins someone from “concerned Dept”(I have no idea what this means) will contact us in less than 30 mins. After more than 10 calls till evening I could not get any better answer or clarity on this situation. In the meanwhile I talked to the supervisor and he advised me to report this to customer relations via e-mail. I did but their turnaround time is 3 days and I need to get my family out of Hyd ASAP. Finally he said he will push the “Concerned Dept” and will get back to us ASAP. Until few hrs before the flight yesterday they did not call us. Finally we got a call from ground staff in HYD saying they will work on ticket refund. At this point I have no idea on how to react. This is so frustrating. My wife and kids are left in Hyd hotel for 24 hrs. I spent several long-distance calls from Singapore following-up with the customer service dept and finally their answer is they will refund the ticket once the journey has started. Finally I had to buy a new ticket for my family on Tiger airways by myself. Paying a lot more than what I have already paid for this journey to Spicejet. I am very disappointed with their lack of accountability and any concern towards passenger safety. I started to believe on the customer service initially but by the time day closed yesterday I realized they are telling bunch of lies and they have no intention to fix this issue. After more than 10 international calls, some of them lasting more than 30 mins – they have no shame or responsibility to make a single call to inform us the status. I understand Spicejet is a low cost airline and every penny counts. But they cannot deny the service we paid for by telling lies. And they cannot advertise that they will compensate for any delays in our case because of them my family got stuck in Hyd for a day during mid-journey. And I had to spend a lot more to get them out of there. None of the people showed any compassion or regret towards this inconvenience – except one supervisor I spoke to. This has also caused deep pain and anxiety to my family. Obviously Spicejet does not care about it. I am very glad that now my family is on their way to Singapore after 24 hours of torture. They cannot understand or compensate all the pain we have gone through. But at a minimum I am expecting full compensation from them for the money I spent on top of what I paid them for the same trip.                   Reference : PNR AY6WGN Never book tickets on SpiceJet Airlines. 1) They charge you Rs.1500/- as cancellation fees per ticket per passenger. So you end up loosing all the money. 2) They do not even return the money. The explanation given : Since you cancelled the ticket on our Online website, we keep the money thinking you will use the money for another booking. If you need the money back, you need to call customer service. I cancelled the tickets on 5th July and till date the money has not been refunded back. The total amount was Rs. 22000 + change. They are deducted Rs. 9500/- and they do not even refund the left over amount. 3) How is that when you buy tickets they can charge your card on the Website, but not return your money and hold your money at their will? 4) Try to escalate the matter, the customer service just hangs up on your face, not even giving any explanation. 5) They either hang up the call or keep you on such a long hold that you will get frustrated yourself and never want to call back. WILL NEVER EVER use their services. Such a bad experience and I loose my money and on top of that they frustrate the hell out of you.                       Sir, SpiceJet had announced a discount scheme for bookings from 15/07/2014 to 17/07/2014 for travel from 16/08/2014 to 30/09/2014. Yesterday, I was booking two adult tickets for a flight from Mumbai to Kochi from the company's site for travel on 27/08/2014...The 8.50 flight from Mumbai showed ticket fare as Rs.2999/-per person and Rs.5998/- for two adults. However as I was booking, on line, suddenly they changed the fare and charged me Rs. 8954/- for two tickets plus convenience fee of Rs.200/-.Total Rs.9154/-. My PNR is S3VQGV. Today morning as I checked the company site I found that tickets were still available for Rs. 2999/- per person for the same flight i.e.the 8.50 flight from Mumbai to Kochi on 27/08/2014. I tried sending my complaint to their customercare Email address([protected]@spicejet.com) but it bounced back.I then tried speaking to their customer care rep who was unable to give me a convincing reply and said would revert back after speaking to higher ups.                         Hai I am adity singh, obc bank manager. I booked the urgent ticket from coimbatore to mumbai on 12 july 20014 to report urgently to bhopal region on my transfer with your flite spicejet SG 437 pnr no DENDMB. Now my purpose got completly defeated due to your service irrugularity related to my bag. Since my all official doc is in my bag.
                        I was told by your people they have sent my bag to chennai instead of mumbai. And will be coming after 9 pm by some flight and now it will be connect to next day by same flight on 14 night around 9 pm at bhopal airport.

                        I had another flight jetlite s2-4121 from mumai to bhopal same day at 05:15pm. Now i m very disappoint and complaining against your service. Why should I go and pick up my bag from airport myself on bearing my own cost due to your mistake that too next day night after 9 pm all the way long.
                        How I will go to my office without dress and have 2 bear extra one day in hotel on my cost, pick up my baggage from airport on my cost. Why I should bear all this financial loss because of your silly mistake.

                          Hi, I had a flight on 09/07/2014 at 08:30 AM and my PNR is A839WG in Spicejet and booking date is 01/042014 but the flight got postpone earlier than actual time at 7:45 AM but I did not get any intimation for that. I did not get any mail, didn't get any message or even didn't get any call so I missed my flight. I contacted to Spicejet's customer support and they are telling that they informed by message but I did not get anything. I have a proof that I can get the history from the mobile company. I could not attend my office on 07.07.14, i supposed to attend one important meeting at afternoon. I have lost another day. Now my daughter is not feeling well and could not attend school due to this delay. The intimation supposed to be done bit earlier.                               I booked 4 round trip tickets from bom-atq which is to be scheduled on 12/07/2014 and out of which i told customer care executive to cancel 1 ticket only for for 1 way and they cancelled both way.customer call centre service is very poor they can't even pick call now.my PNR no is k7v78g.
                              SpiceJet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I booked tickets from Delhi to Srinagar in September 2014 for travel in March 2015. The flight was scheduled to depart at 8:40 AM on March 29, I compldted the web check-in on March 27 and had the seat numbers etc. issued to me. 12:09 PM on March 28 I recieved an sms that said that my flight is changed to SG160 to cater to summer schedules. I called the helpdesk and was told that the flight is full and that I do not have any flights available. The earliest they can offer me is April 4. This has caused huge losses in cancelled hotel bookings and it seems like a fraud run by Spicejet to siphon off money from unsuspecting customers causing them mental hassle as well as financial losses. Request you to take action against them.
                              So many flights cancellations. Its hampering our personal as well as professional life.

                              I have booked spicejet ticket from Ahmedabad to coimbatore on 16.12.14 and return ticket on 19.12.14. All of a sudden they cancelled the flight. Poor customer care. As they advertise Cheep air fares. They simply cheated all.

                                I want to register a complaint against the spice jet for damaging the bag and recover the cost of my VIP Bag (10 days old) amounting to Rs 6000 which is as per the IATA rules. FLIGHT NO: SG 254 PNR: DC51PX Date:02/07/2014 SG [protected] Travelling from Goa to Delhi. I had a conversation with spice jet team but they are refunding only 800/- but I am not satisfied with this amount I want my whole money of my baggage.

                                  Spice Jet has pathetic service & customer support.. My flight from Amritsar to Pune -- PNR : O4NTNS on 5th May was cancelled due to changes from Spice Jet in their daily iternery. I was told that a refund of 10300 would be made to my account within 10-12 days. Its been 2 and half months and i am yet to receive the refund. Every 10 days i call and there is the same excuse of some technical error and a promise of the refund being under process. This is extremely unprofessional and i feel helpless in this scenario. I have spoken to Mr Deepak Kumar & Akash Bharadwaj from Customer Support but nothing seems to be happening. I demand a quick resolution to the issue. Better customer service is expected

                                    Hi All, This is just to inform you that there has been inhuman behaviour by the SpiceJet staff Johnson Morris and his supervisor Deepanshu Chhutany showed a inhuman behaviour on call, As i just wanted to put the PNR on hold for 24 hours since I was not in a position to make a payment. it was a case of emergency one of my uncle is been diagnosed with Last stage cancer and is hospitalised I was trying to book the air tickets for his son so that he can come to see his father however here Deepanshu Chhuttany denied on my face completely that he can not put the PNR on hold at all sayn that it is against company policy moreover he did not provide the reference number of the call log just kept saing that all the calls are recorded. This is just being stubborn and SPICEJET RESERVATION TEAM IS HAERTLESS TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MYLIFE they just simply can not understand that it was really critical By doing so they have harressed me and I would never recommend SPICEJET to any of my friends..                                       Hello, I am writing to complain and request for the full refund of booking confirmation number (PNR):J3K43S. I was there ontime and they didn't let me IN and closed the flight gates 5 minutes earlier to the boarding end time. That was totally unacceptable. Because of that all my connecting flights journey got messed up. Very dis-satisfied. I am here to request the FULL refund for the above mentioned PNR purchase and cancel my return ticket as well, as I am not satisfied with your services. TOTAL DIS-Satisfaction.                                         I had a flight at 5.25 am to Lucknow from Delhi. I had got a bit late and was not able to reach for check-in 45 minutes prior to departure time. I reached there by 4.50. As soon as we reached the airport, we rushed and asked a supervisor to get us checked-in at the earliest as we were seeing some express check ins happening. The supervisor rushed us to a desk where in the lady took our ID's and our tickets and did not seem to be in any hurry. We were relieved too. She did something on her system. We asked her to check-in our luggage. Then she stood up and went somewhere. After 5 minutes she came and re directed us to some other desk. We were totally confused as to what was happening. There came a very aggressive lady, who I suppose was the head there. She very rudely asked us that no check-in can happen now. We calmly tried to tell her that we have just wasted 10 minutes at 1 of the desk. She was not ready to listen and blahhed something. She had no courtesy to at least listen to their customers. I am not angry because we missed our flight. I am very angry on the way we were treated. I belong to the Hospitality Industry itself and I never expect such behaviour. As far as i can recall, her name was Roseneel. Anyone reading this, please avoid this airline. There are better options available in the same price range. This was the first time I was travelling by Spice Jet, just for a change. I am regular customer for Indigo for all my domestic travel and the staff there has always been very sweet and hospitable.

                                        I do recommend to avoid this flight service. I am a frequent traveller and these guys gave me trouble like anything once.

                                        These guys do not care about customers and they just need money and money.
