Sumsung Service Centre — non replacement of earphone which is under warranty period

I have purchased a samsung earphone (Model number: ehs64avfwecinu) on dated 28/10/2018, from janata stores, bidhannagar, kolkata. After few days o[censored]sing that earphone, i found one speaker is not working properly. So, i decided to complain about that earphone at janata stores as the earphone is under warranty period. The staff ofjanata stores told me that to visit a samsung service centre which is located at the top floor of allahabad bank beside their shop. The stuff of service centre show me that the earphone is damage at the jackpoint but when i handoverd the earphone, was not a damage condition at all.
