Surrender charges on policy

I wanted to surrender my policy and dont want to further continue any policy deductions from my account.

Also, as your customer agent never provided enough information in due time before handing over the policy, I wont be paying anything for these surrender charges.

This person never even told me at that time that there would be processing charges for this. I can forget about that if any processing has been done...

no response for the pf withdrawal

i was the previous employee of tata aig life insurance company. i got my full and final payment in the month of octomber then i had applied for pf withdrawl in the month of november, now it is allmost 5th month but still there is no response from the tata aig life insurance company.
