Hi guys,
i have taken TATA AIG Life indurance policy thinking that money will grow; since the fund manager is sleeping your money also sleeps. i have paid 3000rs forfund manager. in 4 years my money has reduced from 30000 to 26000.
just wanted to tell you dont go for any such policy your mony will be blocked and u cannot close this policy for 5 years minimum plus no insurance cover.

      Tried calling you but unanswered, as informed you on 2nd June. RPFC is delaying in processing PF applications till 30thJune. (Circular attached for your reference). We are not in the position to commit the accurate date of payout as PF is not within our purview of control. You may contact with the department directly.



      In view of the current situation the claim may get settled between July - Aug 2011.

        Sir, This is for your best knowledge and a humble request that I have bought Tata AIG Life policy for my self, my wife and my son and the policy nos are name – Jawahar mehra – C[protected], Renu Mehra – C[protected], Love Mehra – C[protected], Plan name Tata AIG Life health First 110N02BV01.

        Further sir some one from your office from Mumbai phone me and asked me that we have a very good mediclaim policy with us are you interested in that I asked then to send some of your representative to my office after two days one representative come to me for the same mediclaim policy, I was told that from 1st to 90 days accept road accident you are not entitle to get any benefit but after 90 days if you are hospitalized for three days atleast for any illness you will be given all treatment amount upto Rs.2laks, after this commitment I purchased three policys for all my family benefit on monthly payment plan.

        Sir, this is further request to you that from two half months I am suffering from spine tumor, I went to Fortis Hospital Shalimar bagh for treatment, Doctor asked me for MRI spine, Blood test, neck and spine x-ray ect I do all the test after seeing the reports of the tests doctor’s said that spine tumor surgery is required than I give my mediclaim cards issued by Tata AIG to the department concerned
        In hospital they make the necessary papers and send to Tata AIG after six days the concern office passed only Rs.13750/- Where as the demand from the hospital for surgery is Rs.146000/-.

        Grievance
        1. When policy was made I was told that it’s a mediclame policy where as Tata AIG said we don’t have any mediclame polcy when it is delivered to you why you don’t read, Sir I am dealing with a reputed “Tata name” and its my blinded faith that I company like Tata is very much reputed and without reading the papers I kept the papers with me.
        2. Sir, I am working with a private organization and living in a rented house in Delhi right now my left hand is not a all working without hand how I can work? How I can work? I am a technical person and it is not at all possible for me to arrange Rs.1.5lac for my treatment so many times I contacted with Tata AIG grievance cell then after so many times I was told that it is not a medicalme policy, we don’t have any mediclame policy with Tata AIG.
        3. Sir, Tata AIG give me a hard harassment and mentally disturbance, I request I have three policys you please returned my amount where as Tata AIG said that we are unable to give your many back, after seeing all the things today I gave the mail to Tata customer care to discontinue my all policys and give my many back.
        4. Sir, I am sorry to say that Tata AIG cheated me, I am a very needy person, some time it comes to my mind that I with my family attempt sucide.
        5. Sir, please do need full to me.

I paid Rs 12000 for my policy U[protected] of Tata AIG life through cheque bearing number 35000 of corporation bank-, on May 21, 2011 and my cheque is honoured as per the details attached and my account is debited and confirmed by my bankers. I received an sms from tata AIG that my cheque is dishonoured and asked me to Pay/ give a new cheque or send details of scanned copy of my pass book.I have sent the extract as given below.


          Kindly note that as per my records the entry is shown as below in my bank statement of corp bank latest statement.
          21-MAY-11TALIC CB0914/Upld:[protected] Upld Sl:00004/Dtl.Sl:0064612,000.00

          For past one month they are not doing anything and ask the pass book or scanned copy of the whole. Is it not that the duty of the insurer to return back the dishonoured cheque if their claim is right that my cheque is dishonoured along with the notings. In spite of writing 8 times they ask only to show the pass book. I don not require to send scanned copy of pass book to all vendors . My bankers have told it is honoured,and my statement shows honoured and extract is sent to tata aig- Sandiya.
          I get suspicion the funds are diverted and some scandle / scam is happening. They are not sending me back the returned cheque with notings if their claim is true .

          You are requested to get justice and my statement is updated and ask them to pay the compensation for harasement or ask them to send the returned cheque if their claim is true along with the bankers reason for rejection.

                My name is Badal Chandra Biswas and i have bought a policy from Tata AIG Life Insurance Co. Ltd. being Product name Tata AIG Life Invest Assure II vide Policy no. U[protected] on 31/03/2008.

                But recently due to some uncertainty, I have surrendered the above mentioned policy on 11/04/2011 at Tata AIG Life Insurance Co. Ltd. , Krishnanagar Branch, Pin-741101.

                At the time of surrender the said policy , the officials assured me that I am going to receive the surrender amount within 10 to 12 days from the date of surrender. But still now I haven't received any amount or cheque from the said authority yet. So I request you to enquire into the said matter and deliver me proper justice

                  I wanted to surrender my policy and dont want to further continue any policy deductions from my account.

                  Also, as your customer agent never provided enough information in due time before handing over the policy, I wont be paying anything for these surrender charges.

                  This person never even told me at that time that there would be processing charges for this. I can forget about that if any processing has been done over it.

                  But this surrender charges this is very crooked and I wont tolerate that at any point of time.

                  I would be surrendering your policy today/tomorrow in your AIG office, pune.

                  After complaining the same about this agent whom I must have met about 4 years back, no action is taken against him or no resolution is given to my request.
                  If you are blaming me that documents are signed by me then in that case, if your agent is assuring that I can withdraw my money after 3 years without any problems then why your agent lied to customer?

                  same was communicated to me by tata aig agent that give 60k in 3 years and after 3 years you can withdraw around 1 lac. there are a lot hidding charges, and now saying that u have to pay surrender charges i[censored] want to withdraw. my exp is very very bad and will never suggest anyone to take tata aig policy. they are just robbing the people.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am Bhagyashree Kadam from Surat. I have purchased TATA AIG life insurance policy. The payer is my father (Pradeep Kadam.). When I applied for the policy I have accepted to pay Rs.18000/- as a yearly mode basis. I have taken the policy from Noida base broking firm named called Netamit. But when I received the policy documents it shows the payment mode(Rs.18000/-) half yearly which is not acceptable. Net ambit also reported it as a yearly bases. But when policy comes it is of half yearly mode. My father given a complaint for the same next day after receiving the policy. Tata aig Surat office saying after complaint of 20 days that complaint should be given by Life insured. If it is the scene then they should tell same when my father was giving complain. I have also complained same to net ambit.Please take immediate action or help me to cancel the policy.

                    I go with phani, recently I took a policy from them (HDFC - Sampoorna Samrithi) from NETAMBIT CHENNAI and they tricked/cheated me. Except that, in my case, I immediately canceled the policy within the period they told I can cancel and I was all safe.

But i came to know that i have been charged Rs 2492 From My Credit card on 13 sept 2008. Even i did not took any Polocy again and my policy was annual renual, even i did not buy any product from you. but why i been charged the amount.

                              My Father Mr Pawan kumar Garg has been taken policy of TATA AIG.we cannot pay premium of policy.
                              can we refund the paid amount what is the procedures?
                              Dear Sir,
                              I am a customer of your Company and my Policy Number is
                              U[protected] which I got in the year 2007. As per terms of the Policy and
                              explained by the Representative of the company, I had to pay minimum 3 (three)
                              annual premiums to be eligible for the maximum/total benefits under the scheme.

                              Accordingly, I paid all the three annual premiums amounting to each Rs.12, 000/-
                              only. Thus, the three premiums completed in the year 2009 and thereafter I
                              stopped paying premiums presuming that I am now fully eligible for the total
                              benefits of the scheme.

                              In the current year 2011, I received a telephone call
                              from the Customer Care Centre of your company luring me that If I pay the
                              premiums under the Policy for the year 2010 and 2011, the Company will pay me
                              Bonus of Rs.75, 000/- immediately on depositing the two premiums. The call
                              developed lust in my mind and I deposited both the premiums amounting to Rs
                              24100/- (each Rs.12, 000/-) vide cheque no. 331063 dt[protected] for the year
                              2010 and 2011. But I got surprised when I received a new Policy Cover
                              No.C[protected] against the amount of premiums paid whereas I have paid the
                              premiums towards my Policy No.U[protected] of 2007.

                              I would like to inform that I never opted for a new
                              Policy and I could not know how a new Policy has been issued in my name for
                              which I am not all interested. So, I request you to kindly cancel the New
                              Policy (No.C[protected] issued to me now in the year 2011 and refund the total
                              amount of Rs.24, 000/- to me.

                                I had purchased Tata AIG Life Apex Pension 10 plan last year and it offer highest NAV gurenteed. TATA AIG has cheated me in putting my full fund in debt which gives only nominal return and charging all the charges on a regular basis, resulting in high negative return for last one year and will be for all the foreseeable future. I do not have any option of switching fund or withdrawing my money. I seriously believe there is strong nexus between these big companies and regulatory body, othesewise these kind of policy could not have been launched.

                                Is there anyway I could atleast get my full money back?

                                I request all the people to be aware of these cheating agents and companies.

                                      Sir,
                                      Through the Telecalling service of TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE I got to know about the “Mahalakshmi Gold” policy, in October. She told me about its benefits such as ‘Double rider’ and the gift of a ‘Samsung Multimedia Mobile Phone’ if I would pay the sum of Rs.30,000 onwards. So I decided to take this policy and on 31st October I gave the cheque of sum Rs.30,000 to company’s Sales Executive, Mr. Shudhanshu. He said that within 15 days you will get your bond copy of your policy and after 2 days, your gift. But three months have passed and I haven’t received my gift yet. When I contact the company, the respective person told me that the address in the policy is wrong that’s why I haven’t received the gift. In the policy the illiterate Sales Executive have put in my wrong address, totally absurd. Till today, I had contact Mr.Amit, Mr.Dinesh and Mr.Raghav, everyone saying the same thing that you will receive the gift within 15 days. Mr.Amit offered to give me ‘silver coins’ instead of the mobile phone, to which I straight away ignored because the commitment from the firm side was made for the “Samsung multimedia mobile phone”.
                                      Therefore I am deciding to go to “Consumer Court” and file a complaint against the company for “False Commitment” and I would also made the issue to get into the “limelight of media”, so that others can also know about the company’s and Telecalling deeds.

                                      Tata AIG complaint — Regarding Insurance

                                      Hi,

                                      few months back Tata AIG send me a mail "Policy in 10 Rs." I filled that form and I received a call from the company. In the call they mentioned for 1st 2 months my premium will be 10 Rs then we will send you details after reviewing it we will start your policy with premium amount of Rs 700 Per Month.but I didn't receive any document till now and premium is still deducting from my credit card. Its almost 1 year. 2 months back they called me and ask to take a new policy. they convinced me that after taking this policy my old policies complete money will be returned and I will be having option to withdraw this policy too. this time premium was 3500 Rs. to save my old loss and to stop this deduction of Rs 700 Per Month. I took this policy too. but premium is deducted and till now I dont have any document yet.

                                      I want my complete money back and I dont need any policy. Kindly Help
