Money deducted without proper approval

I am Chiranjiv Kumar from Bangalore and my contact no is [protected] & [protected]. I took one policy from TATA AIG # YTBTM[protected]. I was charged Rs. 10/- for that and I was promised that document will be provided within 7 days. Policy was done on 11th of September, 2009. i have not received any Policy Paper & Bond till now.
i have complaint all ready registered at TATA Aig Customer Care dt. 31/8/2009 talk with Mis. Lela

Customer service harassment

I have a Life Insurance policy with Tata AIG wherein I am required to pay an annual premium.
As I was eligible to take premium holidays, after discussing with the Tata AIG agent I submitted an application for a premium holiday for the years 2008 and 2009.

I have already send my resignation letter once through e-mail and once to the branch office in ludhiana through registered post. why my request is not accepted?

do not receive receipts in time

Even after reminding them, after paying the premium i still do not get the receipt.
You people are worried only about your premium, even the agent is not worried about it, even if i remind her.
it is told to me that they will send me the receipt but i never get it.it happens all the time.
I'm worried whether my money is in safe hands or not, and have i made the right choice in dealing with you all...

Non Receipt of Premium receipt

I have a Tata AIG Life Policy No. C[protected] and paying annual premium of Rs. 8530/- in the month of October every year. Tata AIG Life sends the policy premium payment notice without fail in time but never bothers to send the PREMIUM RECEIPT. Please arrange to send the last Premium receipt through my E-mail so that I can submit for my IT exemption by 15.3.09....

Policy Taken not received

I had appliyed one policy from Tata Aig Life Insurance in month of March 2008, but till date my policy was not recived .
And after asking from Agent compony they both are not aware about it.
I dont want to take this policy & wants to take my Money back of Rs. 25, 000/-

MEANING OF CRITICAL ILLNESS

MY CLAIM OF CRITICAL ILLNESS FOR HEART ATTACK WAS CANCELLED BY TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE CO. ON THE GROUNDS THAT HEART ATTACK IS NOT INCLUDED IN CRITICAL ILLNESS.
I am surprised to note that severe heart attack has not been considered as qualifying condition under critical illness falling within the coverage of Health Protector Plan OF TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE.

Pathetic Customer Service

Worst possible customer care on this earth!!! They do not deliver the premium receipt even despite multiple mail reminder / phone calls. But they never forget to dig you out from deepest hole if your premium is due. Once premium is paid they will disapper until next premium is due. Escalations are simply ignored....
