We are unable to get the cash less cards after continuous correspondence done also. We would like to understand they are unable to do/ why because they were maintain g the silence. But this is not the solution. They never called me we will solve your problem like but they are executives calling and mailing to take other policy's of the company.

No receipt even after taking the money out of my bank

I made a payment to Tata AIG in early February 2010 for my Life Insurance Policy. They are not willing to even give me a receipt because they say that I have not provided a blood report. I had ticked this column which asked if I had done any test in the last 5 years. Who hasn't done a blood test, common?

I have bought TATA-AIG MahaGold Life Plan through an agent advisor (Mr Naveen Bhati). Due to spelling mistake in my name, I had given back to the same policy pack, to the agent advisor, to rectify the errors.
