    Sir,
    Through the Telecalling service of TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE I got to know about the “Mahalakshmi Gold” policy, in October. She told me about its benefits such as ‘Double rider’ and the gift of a ‘Samsung Multimedia Mobile Phone’ if I would pay the sum of Rs.30,000 onwards. So I decided to take this policy and on 31st October I gave the cheque of sum Rs.30,000 to company’s Sales Executive, Mr. Shudhanshu. He said that within 15 days you will get your bond copy of your policy and after 2 days, your gift. But three months have passed and I haven’t received my gift yet. When I contact the company, the respective person told me that the address in the policy is wrong that’s why I haven’t received the gift. In the policy the illiterate Sales Executive have put in my wrong address, totally absurd. Till today, I had contact Mr.Amit, Mr.Dinesh and Mr.Raghav, everyone saying the same thing that you will receive the gift within 15 days. Mr.Amit offered to give me ‘silver coins’ instead of the mobile phone, to which I straight away ignored because the commitment from the firm side was made for the “Samsung multimedia mobile phone”.
    Therefore I am deciding to go to “Consumer Court” and file a complaint against the company for “False Commitment” and I would also made the issue to get into the “limelight of media”, so that others can also know about the company’s and Telecalling deeds.

    Tata AIG complaint — Regarding Insurance

    Hi,

    few months back Tata AIG send me a mail "Policy in 10 Rs." I filled that form and I received a call from the company. In the call they mentioned for 1st 2 months my premium will be 10 Rs then we will send you details after reviewing it we will start your policy with premium amount of Rs 700 Per Month.but I didn't receive any document till now and premium is still deducting from my credit card. Its almost 1 year. 2 months back they called me and ask to take a new policy. they convinced me that after taking this policy my old policies complete money will be returned and I will be having option to withdraw this policy too. this time premium was 3500 Rs. to save my old loss and to stop this deduction of Rs 700 Per Month. I took this policy too. but premium is deducted and till now I dont have any document yet.

    I want my complete money back and I dont need any policy. Kindly Help

          I've already paid 2 year premium regularly. But, when I called this time for collecting premium from my residence, company replied that the agent is no more with company and they will send their executive for collection. After several reminders, no one did this. And now, when I want to terminate this policy, company says that I will get NIL return.

          Request to help me out to understand in detils (1) Is this valid that I cannot receive any amount back ? (2) What about my premium (Rs, 12000/-) which already paid to the company ?

            while applying for insurance i was told that if i do not want the insurance i can cancel it my making merely a call in the customer care.They will deduct 10 Rs from our a/c and they will close the insurance.
            Now they are deducting the balance from our card and when we are telling to close the insurance they are not closing it.

                Dear sir,

                Please note that in the month of December 2010, I was approached by one Ms. Niharika,(Cell no:[protected],landline no:[protected] introduced herself as Regional manager Tata AIG Delhi office & told me that if I invested Rs. 130,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand only) in Tata AIG life Maha life Gold policy termed as a fixed deposit as a part of anniversary offer in that particular month,i will be paid a sum of Rs. 26,000/- (Rupees Twenty six Thousand only) as cash back @ 20% of the sum invested in the period April 2011 to October 2011 + bonus for the sum invested.She also convinced me that there will be no agent involved in selling this policy.Also i was told by her that this being a FD,I will earn a minimum guaranteed fixed [protected]@ 12% of the sum invested every year + performance bonus totalling 14,70,000/- payable at the end of 5 years as sum assured ,if I continue investing the same amount every year for a period of 5 years.Based on her assurance I had issued 2 cheques totalling Rs. 1,30,000/- .To my surprise & shock when I received the policy (policy no.C[protected] dtd.12/01/2011) after rigorous followup,where agents name i.e. Vignahartha Direct insurance broking pvt.ltd,Agent code[protected] was mentioned in the policy document & it was also mentioned in the policy that the term of the policy is 55 years and when checked with Tata AIG customer care,iam told that i would start receiving only 5% of the sum assured i.e.Rs.73,500 only in the 11th year starting Jan 2022.
                Now Iam stuck with this policy as I would not be getting the sum assured payment after 5 years which I had planned to utilise for my son's college education during that time.Hence I request you to kindly take up strongly with your Delhi office and agent and refund me the invested amount of Rs.1,30,000 at the earliest as Iam no longer interested in this policy/plan.

                I WAS ALSO SOLD THE SAME POLICY TATA AIG MAHA LIFE GOLD BY THE SAME GIRL NAMED NIHARICA BEARING THE SAME MOBILE NO. [protected] FROM DELHI SAYING SHE WAS FROM TATA BUT LATER I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE NAME OF BROKING AGENT VIGNAHARTA DIRECT INSURANCE BROKING PVT. LTD.IN DECEMBER 2010, WHEREIN I WAS ASSURED OF 25% CASH BACK OF MY POLICY AMOUNT & OTHER LUCRATIVE OFFERS LIKE MEDICLAIM OF RS.40, 000/- ETC..

                I HAD TAKEN 2 POLICIES OF RS. 10, 000/- EACH & EVEN LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH A GRIEVACE CELL (C.NO. :CAS/TALIC056202/MONICA DT.15/02/12)

                IN MY INCIDENCE I HAVE EVEN SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS WHICH WERE CARRYING MY FAKE SIGNATURE ALONGWITH MY SPECIMEN SIGNATURES TO MS. MONICA OF TATA AIG AS REQUESTED BY HER TO PROVE THAT HOW I WAS CHEATED.
                I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM M/S TATA AIG STATING ABOUT THE DISCONTINUANCE OF THE ABOVE SAID BROKING AGENT DUE TO SOME PROBLEM.
                EVEN AFTER CONTINUAL FOLLOWUP WITH MS.MONICA I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION AS TO WHAT FURTHER ACTION IS BEEN TAKEN REGARDING GETTING BACK ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
                SURPRISINGLY 2 DAYS BACK I RECEIVED A 2 CHEQUES OF A PALTRY AMOUNT OF RS.55/- EACH AGAINST MY 10, 000/- RS EACH STATING THAT MY POLICY HAS LAPSED.
                CAN ANY ONE PLEASE HELP ME GETTING BACK MY MONEY, THESE KIND OF THINGS FROM A WORLD REKNOWNED GROUP TATA WHICH I HAVE GREAT RESPECT IS REALLY DISHEARTENING.

                    I have deposited the papers for PF withdrawl in TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD Noida office on the 8th Oct 2010 and the processing for my PF Withrawl request started on the 3rd of Nov stating that their is a waiting period of 90 days which gets over on the 3rd of Feb 2011. TIll date i have not recieved my PF and their has been no update on the same. My PF account number is MH/BAN/45142/6331.

                              I have surrendered the policy a month back on 11th OCT 2010. Today is 03rd Nov 2010. I have still not received my check. Every time I call up, they tell me that they would get back to me with updates within the next 48 hours.

                              I feel cheated by Tata AIG.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am a customer of TATAAIG since 2004 and there are 4 (four) policy going on in my name.
                              On early of December, 2011, I got a call from Mr. Souparna Rakshit (Mo# [protected]) that my policy# U[protected] is not performing well and they have better option for me. So he requested me for an appointment and he came to my home along with his college Debamitra Biswas (Mo#[protected]).
                              They asked me to surrender my old policy# U[protected] and total fund will be reinvested in a new fund.
                              They told me that for the new fund I have to pay premium for only one time and I don’t have to pay any premium for next years.
                              However after 3 years I can withdrawal my full amount.
                              But later on I came to know that the benefits of new policy are totally different that they had explained to me.

                              So I cancelled my new policy#U[protected], after requesting your employees for more than 100 times.
                              Then they asked me to write a mail to them that I have a requirement of fund, and then only they can cancel my policy. And I did the same.
                              I got a SMS on 07-January-2012 that my policy has been cancelled and I will return my full money with in 10 workings day.

                              Today is 10th of February-2012, still now I not received and cheque /draft/bank credit.
                              I between I try to communicate your employees so many but they did not received my phone or not answered my SMS also.
                              Even I called to customer care help desk and logged a complain (complain#S[protected] on 31-January-2012, but my goodness no result.

                              This is the service that TATA-AIG is selling to the customer? Why there are so many fraud and dishonest employees in TATA?
                              I can not expect this type of service from a company like TATA.
                              Should I continue my others policies or this the indication that I should think about any other company for my new policy?  
                              Seriously speaking I became frustrated and hopeless about your service for the last 1 and half month.
                               
                              Could you please let me know when can I return back my money?

                                i have taken your company product TATA AIG LIFE INVEST ASSURE SWARNA JEEVAN PLUS wide policy no.U[protected] dae 17thMarch 2010 by depositing Rs 49900/-(forty nine thousand nine hundred only)

                                it is very sorry to say that i have not received my above policy bond after passing eight months of my policy date and many times talk of telephone to mr.deepak agarwal (sales manager) and company official paris point bani park jaipur .it is very shameful thing for this type of pretigeious company of tata aig life insurance limited by providing this type of services i am not willing to continue with this policy. so please freelook my policy and refund my premium paid amount of rs49900/- (forty nine thousand nine hundred only ) otherwise i will go to legal aspects.

                                  I have a Tata Aig mediclaim policy(C[protected]. I have had this policy since 4 months. Today was the 1st time i tried calling the customer service number. It was a nightmare. I was on hold for 15mins after which a representative attended me to inform that if had reached the general insurance department. i was then transferred to the life insurance department where i was on hold for another 7-8 mins. Finally a lady attended me. I gave her my policy number only to realise that their systems were down and they cant provide any information. I was bitten by a dog an hour ago and i just wanted to know if getting injected would be covered under the policy. Now i have no other option to get injected at my own cost since i cant wait for the infection to take its effect.

                                    We are unable to get the cash less cards after continuous correspondence done also. We would like to understand they are unable to do/ why because they were maintain g the silence. But this is not the solution. They never called me we will solve your problem like but they are executives calling and mailing to take other policy's of the company.

                                    Those policy's are taken 8 months back at that time they are send all documents except of cashless cards hard copy. Several times with several phone numbers got from tata aig what ever the links were there that and all i had followed. Than also i had failed to collect the hard copy of the cards. This month 1st October, 2010. I had submitted closing letter at karkardooma delhi and with received copy. Than also they are debited amounts from my account. 11th October, 2010 again i had mailed to Tata Aig, Rksha Tpa and IRDA also, ultimate i am unable to get any response from the tata aig. If i will be loose this time again and again i will loose my amount from the my account. Please find the solution and do me the needful. I feel they are loosing my patience.

                                      I was Working withf tata aig life insurance company. I I had applied for pf withdrawl in the month of August, now it is allmost 9th month but still there is no response from the tata aig life insurance company.
                                      I am trying to reach them from last 3 month but in vein.

                                        my name smt Vandana sharad jain i give policy of tata aig life future plus havin policy no. u[protected] of Rs, 49, 996 in single premium mode but it trite as regular. sir this fraud with me i am in trouble, i am in tension who is responsible for this. so I request you to please change my mode for regular to single and give me justice. NAO2 nagpur or refund my money my husband is left out so my family is in trouble.
