My name is Kapil Kumar Maurya. I had taken a policy from tata aig life as date on 03/01/2011.Whose policy number is C[protected]. Within this policy, I had to pay cash of Rs 25,000/- for this policy was called a Renu sagar seminar. The Seminar was called both me and my wife. In fact, I am a resident of Anpara Sonebhadra. Here is not any of your office. Where I could have my second premium. Second premium submission date was 01/03/2012. Sir The call came from your office .She told us that your due date has arrived. I was out of my time here she sent an agent my home. At that time my wife, who paid him cash of Rs 25,000. I am sending a scan of the receipt. If your company is engaged in the seal. Suddenly my wife was very ill in sep_12. They were admitted to hospital but sorry I could not save him. Suddenly my house which was very large accidents that killed my wife as date on 21.09.12. I was so upset at home over the last three months that I could not tell you. But now I am being told that their deposits are as yet only 25,000 rupees. my policy was in yearly mode. I had total deposited Rs 50000/- in this policy. Both premiums had been paid by cash. About three weeks ago, All investigation has been completed by Tata Aig Life at my home. The original papers ( as policy bond, death certificate, id & address proof with premium receipt also ) were sent to the company with scan copy also. I talked to Mr. Vineet Jain (Tata Aig Life, Claim Dept., New Delhi) about my claim on this number[protected]. He told me that your claim has been completed. you will soon claim amount as before Holi festival. But today when I talked Mr. Vineet jain, He told that your claim has been cancelled. Cause I asked to cancel the policy. He did not tell me anything and you will know. Then phone has been disconnected. So, I am very confused. So we want to help. I had deposited Rs 50000/- in this poverty for continue this policy. I have three little kids also. I was quite upset about this. I was helpless. I had to suffer a lot about money. I have records of all documents about this policy. If they are needed, so I will definitely put in front of company. So we hope that soon I’ll get my claim.

Tata Aig Insurance Co. Ltd. — Tata Aig - Insurance Policy

Myself Rajesh Machhal having your HSBC Credit Card No.[protected]. On the basis of that card I had received a call from Tata Aig regarding Policy Offer.In which your marketing executive had given me some information about Health Care Policy.

They had told me that we are offering you an health insurance policy and they explain me the benefits of that policy etc.At that time they had asked me Sir we will send you the policy document at your home you go through the document and benefits also and discuss with your family member and thenafter if you don't want to take this policy just give us intimation we will cancel your policy.

On 17th April 2008 I had received your Policy documents containing Policy No. HCP[protected] & 10400 and on 18th April 2008 I had call at Tata AIG customer care (Mr.Ravinder Patil, Javed Krueshi, & Mr. Chirag ) and inform about not acceptance of Policy.But they force me to reject the cancellation request and also they replied if you cancel this policy we will charge 25% amount of Annual Premium which is totally wrong.

Now I am not interested in taking Policy but Tata Aig is not ready to cancel the policy also they are asking me for taking cancellation charge If I will cancel the same.At the time of giving information they didn't give any intimation about cancellation charge.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.

      1. I have not received any letter correspondance pertaining to this policy from TATA AIG.
      2. I have registered for login in your portal pertaining to this policy; but not activated so far.
      3. I was told that I will be given guarenteed return will be at 6%; still I have not received after paying 7th year.

      Kindly look into these and revert back.

      Seems it is closed like absconding Finance Company...that is why no response...
      They keep on transferring to one another till you cut down the call...

        I have not received my policy documents for my TATA AIA Life invest assure policy even though I purchased it in DEC 2011.due to carelessness and poor service by the TATA AIA agent we were dealing with( named VINAY GOEL), I have faced several problems regarding receiving policy highlights, updates or even accessing the policy online. Having given all necessary written applications for the same ,I am yet to get my documents or services as promised and practically have no updates or information regarding my policy. please help me get my due services and access to my policy. This is gross violation of basic consumer rights.
        The various service requests to my complaints to TATA AIA are 06468603, 06398784, 06381332.

              Hi POLICY BAZAAR

              I have cancelled my policy(Tata aia Maha Life Gold) ,that I have purchased form Policy bazaar and after that I am not receiving any communication form tata AIA regarding refunding my money.And I have called Policy Bazaar and asked to arrange a call back with the person in particular(UMESH KUMAR BE01265) But I have not receiving any further assistance from policy bazaar's side as well which I don't think is a good organisational ethics their organisation should follow.

              Kindly look into this matter.

                I m writing on behalf of my mother that we are waiting for the payment of surrender amount of Policy No. U[protected].

                I visited the Borivali branch on 25 April 2012 with my mother and father to surrender the said policy and avail whatsoever amount.

                We were told that the policy is automatically surrendered, regarding which we were unaware, still our documents were taken and receipt was provided. And along with that we also gave documents for address and contact updation, which is not updated yet.

                After submitting these documents we have visited Borivali branch many times and have called up customer care 3-4 times but all in vain.

                Its been 8 months, we have got one reply from Tata AIA customer care but that also for seeking certain information from me. The information sought was in the policy documents, which were already submitted by us.

                Why is it taking so long from them to identify and pay back our amount to us.

                  The fund value on my account is showing only 40,000. I have been paying 5000 every month for the last 3 years.
                  It has been noted that although the premium is received by Tata AIA, it has not been invested in the market.
                  I have raised this issue but have not received any satisfactory resolution on the same. I was promised that I will receive a call back from the concerned person but haven’t received any update on the issue.

                        Request for change of address given to the company through their Gurgaon Branch.Premiums are being paid regularly in local B.O. Mr. Raut Br. Manager assured that the Bonus Cheque will be sent to me in FEB. 2012 from Mumbai, but even after more than 7 months I have not received the same.
                        Even there is no message from Mr Raut and he is not bothered at all.This is very painful to me. Iam a Sr citizen and this type of Callous attitude of the Company.

                            Sir,

                            I opened a TATA AIG Life Mahalife Gold 11ONO29VO1 bearing Policty No. C[protected] in the name of my younger son Master Arkyajit Bhattacharjee and paid Rs.10,240/-as first premium on 23/1/2012 to your Agent vide cheque. After a lapse of more than one month I only received the letter of money receipt . But till today I have not received the Policy Bond Paper . So I am in doubt whether my policy has been initiated in the name of ARKYAJIT BHATTACHARJEE ( my son) or not? Several times I received telephone and time to time I attended to the calls and replied . But there is no sign of Policy Bond Paper. Rather when I anxiously told them why I have not received the Policy Bond paper they told me over phone that my address was not proper that may be the cause of non receipt of the policy bond paper. But I replied that when I filled the policy bond form I filled all the columns so it does not require to change my address now and then. The proper address for communication was given in that form. But it is sorry to mention that till a lapse of eight months I have not received the Policy Bond Paper till date. So on 11th August, 2012 I went to Bajal Capital's Office at Agartala where I opened my policy and told the staff of Bajaj Capital that I have not received my Policy Bond Paper of TATA AIG Life Mahalife Gold till date. Then they handed over me an application form in which it was mentioned for " Lost Policy " . I straight way protested and refused to sign in that form rather I gave a written complaint in white paper that till date I have not received my Policy Bond Paper.

                                I have purchased a Tata AIG policy named Invest Assure II on 29/10/2006 from Mr. Sourish Dey (Adviser of Krishnanagar,Nadia, WB branch), my policy no. U[protected]. My total investment Amount more than 1,20,0000/- (Premium : Rs. 5140/- per quarter for 6 years) but after 6 years my fund value is Rs. 90,000/-(Appx), Tata AIG or Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. robbed & cheat my fund due to their extreme inefficient management or madness profit making policy (Co. make profit 52,000 cores in 2010-11). My another Policy (U[protected] in name of my wife Invest Assure Apex Plus (Premium Rs. 99990/- per year for 3 years) highest NAV policy on 03/05/2010 from the same but we are very much worried about the investment.
                                Now, my question is who will be responsible ...me? Ad visor?? Fund Manager ??? Tata aig ???? Tata aia ????? ... Please help me ...

                                Dear sir,
                                Marketing people from Tata-Aig are cheated me twice,
                                First they called me and told that we are sending you documents you can tell us in fifteen days,
                                On fifteenth day i told to cancel the policy but what they have said is if you cancel this, you will be loosing 2500 for policy, instead you can degrade. they have debited around 6000 rupees

                                and for the second time, I just asked about the receipt, they told me they will get back in 24 working hours and they have not replied to me

                                committed to provide one gold coin at the time of first premium but
                                after processing all documents He never fulfill the same and he was

                                I am really very much upset over dillydallying tactics of Tata AIA authorities about my reporting about spurious calls. Address of the spurious caller, wired telephone nos. of Tata Telesrvices has been given. Through verification of call details and address the caller could have been tracked. I have sent similar request for caller’s identification from Vodafone and Idea Mobile Telephone service providers. Both of these Mobile Telephone service providers have intimated that they can not help in this matter. I have been advised to make complaint to local police. I could not venture to this advice as complainant’s harassment by police is a bare fact and I would not like to be involved in such horrific affair. I’m rather posting this issue website comments related to Tata AIA with the hope of attracting attention of the competent authorities.
                                Spurious calls for asking money is now a wide spread menace. Banks, Insurance organizations are alerting people through SMS’s, e-mails and advertisement to beware of such fraudulent calls. Recently, I received a call from a spurious caller asking for a/c payee cheque in favor of Tata AIA Policy, related to lapsed dividend pay out, Address: A-998, Second Floor, G.D. Colony, Mayur Vihar, NEW DELHI- 110096. Ph.Nos:[protected],[protected], Mob.No. [protected] & [protected]. Demand of account payee cheque payable to Tata AIA, is really a very serious issue. I reported this to Mr Cyrus P Mistry, Chairman, Tata Sons., seeking for top level of executive escalation. I had inkling over non cognizance of this report by Tata AIA authorities, so I wrote to Mr Cyrus P Mistry directly. I have been conveyed through PH.No.[protected], that my complaint, about spurious call, is being investigated. Tata Group of company could have taken appropriate action since wired line telephones of Tata Teleservices has been used. But it’s my sheer misfortune that my efforts could not draw attention of the competent authorities. Tata AIA Customer care informed that this issue is being reviewed by grievance redressal cell; Ref case I.D. 07208401, Date March 21, 2013. Till date no follow up action has been conveyed to me.                                 It is undisputed fact that Tata group of companies are very much serious to customers’ complaints/grievances but this issue why fails to yield corrective measure is not known.
                                I do sincerely wish that Tata AIA do take cognizance of this issue and take appropriate step. Putting this serious issue in abeyance is not expected from Tata AIA; an organization of immense repute and wide spread recognition of high moral value and trust worthiness.

                                  I Mrs.Arpana Mehta having policy No:U[protected], this is an auto surrendered policy.I had received a call from Tata AIG on 29-05-12 saying that a cheque of Rs.32083/- had been returned due to change of address and collect the same from Borivali West Branch after 7 working days. After 8 working days when I visited the Borivali West branch on 08-06.12 where I was told that the Cheque has not reached there. So again the next working day I called up on Customer Care no and asked what has to be done about the same , I was asked to give a NEFT request by Junior Executive Anuja , so I downloaded the form duly filled and scanned the same along with a cancelled cheque copy of my Bank Account & mailed on [protected]@tata-aig.com. on 12-06-12. After doing this again I confirmed whether the mail has been received by them I was told Yes and the amount will be credited to my Account withing 7-8 working days.On 21-06-12 I had to call up again to customer care as I had not received the credit and I was assured by some senior Executive Ritesh that the amt will be credited in 10 working days for sure.Again on 13 th working day from 12-06-12 , on 29-06-12 I called up the customer care where I was told that my request has been taken on 21-06-12 and I will receive the credit by 05-07-12. On this I lost my temper and shouted at the Junior executive Dharmesh and asked him to put me to Senior executive Ritesh , for which he refused and disconnected the line. Then after some time Mr.Sharad Uchil Asisstant Manager of this customer care call centre called me up and assured me that he will look into the matter and get back to me on next day that is 30-06-12. Again today i.e. 30-06-12 I did not receive any call from Sharad Uchil so I called up the customer care and some how managed to get him on line . Now he told me the same story that I will get the credit by 04-07-12 and if not so I am free to go and complaint wherever I feel like. Now what do I do Its exactly one month from 29-05-12 to 30-06-12 that I am following up for my credit amount...can any senior responsible person look into this matter and help me Contact :[protected]
