Dear Sir/Mam,

I m writing on behalf of my mother that we are waiting for the payment of surrender amount of Policy No. U[protected].

I visited the Borivali branch on 25 April 2012 with my mother and father to surrender the said policy and avail whatsoever amount.

We were told that the policy is automatically surrendered, regarding which we were unaware, still our documents were taken and receipt...

It has been noted that although the premium is received by Tata AIA, it has not been invested in the market.

I opened a TATA AIG Life Mahalife Gold 11ONO29VO1 bearing Policty No. C[protected] in the name of my younger son Master Arkyajit Bhattacharjee and paid Rs.10,240/-as first premium on 23/1/2012 to your Agent vide cheque. After a lapse of more than one month I only received the letter of money receipt . But till today I have not received the Policy Bond Paper . Myself mohammed sayeed, my policy no.C[protected], I cancelled my policy through TATA AIG office Bistupur Voltas house.,my policy has cancelled. in the month of Dec 2011. but at till date the check of my policy has not found my me i.e. they have not sent it at my proper address. i mr. gordhanbhai dudhagara here inform you that tata aig insurance agent misrepresent me that this is special scheeme for which only one time premium paid so i became ready for taken policy. this type of misrepresentation agent taken fruadly policy for which second primium date due. so i complain to tata aig, who responce that we have not able to cancel policy, now i have not paid second premium because i have already taken unsecured amount...

I am the Policy holder of TATA AIG Policy no :U[protected] . As TATA AIG Agent collect check of Rs 2lakh and told me do the one policy but he did 3 policy in my name and i have not received any documents for rest of two policy . I have contacted Your local branch and they told me all the policy has been lasped. But i have done only 1 policy and all 3 premium amount has been given by one cheque at the time...

I am kapura ...mai ek farmer hu mene ek policy karwai thi tab muje bol gyatha ki aap 3 year 12000 rs. deposit karwao aur aapko 6 year main 60,000 Rup. mil jainge lekin jab mene tata k office se inquery ki to bataya gya ki aapki total amount abhi 22000 hai ye konsa insurance hai jismai deposit amount se bhi less hota hai.

I was employee of Tata aig life insurance company in ajmer rajasthan from 05/01/2009 to 01/06/2009.
For the above time period till today I have not received my PF amount.
Regarding this matter so many time I am writings mails to the HR of the company but always she replys that it is under process.
