        i mr. gordhanbhai dudhagara here inform you that tata aig insurance agent misrepresent me that this is special scheeme for which only one time premium paid so i became ready for taken policy. this type of misrepresentation agent taken fruadly policy for which second primium date due. so i complain to tata aig, who responce that we have not able to cancel policy, now i have not paid second premium because i have already taken unsecured amount from market for first premium and now second premium i have not afford it.

        this is only reason for future my death because i have not let go my premium amount and i am not capable for next premium paid.

        so please cancel this policy and give me refund premium amount.

C[protected] which was sourced by One Moumita Saha Emp No V-94382 of India Infoline Marketing Service was misinterprate me at the time of sourcing that Tata AIG Life will be give me money Back of Rs.6800/- (Approx) per year at the time of cycle of one year of my policy. But unfortuanately i vome to know that these are wrong . So now i want to return back my amount which was deposited in your Tata AIG .

          Dear Sir/ Madam ,

          I am the Policy holder of TATA AIG Policy no :U[protected] . As TATA AIG Agent collect check of Rs 2lakh and told me do the one policy but he did 3 policy in my name and i have not received any documents for rest of two policy . I have contacted Your local branch and they told me all the policy has been lasped. But i have done only 1 policy and all 3 premium amount has been given by one cheque at the time of policy . Then why i am suffer due to your agent mistake . Agent name ( Prasenjit karthiniya) . So plesae look into this and tell me the procedue to fill a police case againt your agent and company for cheating and let me know asap.

          Sir,
          I have take a insurance Policy (Policy No:U[protected] From your agent in Palakkad I have already six policies from Lic of India, Baja Allianze, & Reliance Life insurance And also I have so many investment in NSE share market, when I take the policy I have no necessary to take the policy but the agent compel to me to take the policy at that time I told him I want the unit link policy which have less allocation charges and he told me the allocation charge is 10% , After this I got Policy bond I can not read the policy bond,
          The renewal time I ask the customer service officer how is my fund position of my first premium amount he told me now the system is down so I will call you with in a day, I can not receive any calls from palakkad office. I contact the office four times finally they says you have paid the first year premium amount total goes to allocation charges. I contact the agent she respond badly and he cheated me he change the policy to 100% allocation. Any one of the policy have 100% allocation this is cheating .please kindly change the policy from 100% allocation. Agent name and code NO given below.

          I have take a policy from TATA AG I have paid Rs 20000
          I asked the current fund statement of the policy they give the details.
          The current account balance is zero. That is Rs 20000 is gone to allocation charge

            I am kapura ...mai ek farmer hu mene ek policy karwai thi tab muje bol gyatha ki aap 3 year 12000 rs. deposit karwao aur aapko 6 year main 60,000 Rup. mil jainge lekin jab mene tata k office se inquery ki to bataya gya ki aapki total amount abhi 22000 hai ye konsa insurance hai jismai deposit amount se bhi less hota hai.

            Please muje batao ab mai kya karu jo mene aane wale samjay k liye kuch money saving kar rha tha par yha to muje hi louta gya ....

            please please sir muje kuch suggestion dilaawe ki muje kya karna chaiye.

                I was employee of Tata aig life insurance company in ajmer rajasthan from 05/01/2009 to 01/06/2009.
                For the above time period till today I have not received my PF amount.
                Regarding this matter so many time I am writings mails to the HR of the company but always she replys that it is under process.

                Reference to your mail, enclosed herewith is the acknowledgment copy of the PF forms been submitted to RPFC on 07 Feb 2011. RPFC Bandra had undergone computerization of records during Nov & Dec 2010 followed by closure of annual accounts for the year 2010-11 hence all PF applications were kept pending till Aug’2011. There are over 1 lakh applications pending for process at RPFC Bandra office. Due to lack of staff & back to back year end activities at PF office, the withdrawal process is expected to further get delayed. Relevant circulars & notification are appended below for reference.

                We will not be in a position to commit any timelines on behalf of govt PF office, since they are non-committal.

                There are instances where ex-employees have approached thru RTI process for speedy closure. Our PF consultant is on constant follow-up with the respective PF officer for early closure.

                Have requested the consultant to do a personal follow-up on your case for closure. Simultaneously you can also approach PF authorities basis submission acknowledgment attached.

                  CASE OF CHEATING OF SHRI KARAN SINGH DALAL
                  BY M/S TATA AIG LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD AND M/S INDIA INFOLINE INSURANCE BROKERS LTD


                  Dear Sir
                  I, Sh Karan Singh Dalal, have the honour to state following facts for your kind consideration:-

                  (a) I had worked as an employee of the Delhi Govt from Sep 1971 onwards and retired in Jun 2009 on attaining the age of 60 years.
                  (b) I was residing at H-5, Delhi Administration flats, Model Town II, Delhi-09, the allotted government accommodation from Jun 2004 to Jun 2011.
                  (c) While residing at the above mentioned address, I underwent the cataract eye surgery in both eyes in the months of Oct 2010 and Feb 2011.
                  (d) During first week of Oct 2010, I was approached by a person on telephone who identified himself as an officer of the Tata AIG Life Insurance Company limited.
                  (e) The above mentioned person on phone convinced me to buy a scheme involving one-time payment of Rupees Two Lakhs Only(Rs 2,00,000.00) and with a guaranteed return of Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand approx on completion of the maturity period of three years.
                  (f) I made the payment on 07 Oct 10 by a crossed cheque in favour of Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Limited for an amount Rupees Two Lakhs Only (Rs 2,00,000.00).
                  (g) The details of the policy given to me are placed at enclosure.
                  (h) Since I was unable to read or write anything during that period, the concerned representatives duped me of my hard earned money and instead of the agreed upon financial instrument wherein I was supposed to make a one-time payment, finalized a policy requiring an annual payment of Rs Two Lakhs over a period of next fifteen years using my forged signatures and false data on the form in order to earn high commission and keep a consumer in the company net for generating high revenues. When I finally asked my son to read the policy I also realised that the concerned representatives were of India Infoline Insurance Brokers Limited and were doing proxy selling for the Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Limited. The details of the policy are as follows:-

                  (i) Policy No. - C[protected]/Tata AIG Mahalife Gold
                  (ii) Agent Name - INDIA INFOLINE INSURANCE BROKERS
                  LTD/Ms Pooja
                  (iii) Agency Office - MU03, Moti Nagar Zone, 71/3, Nazafgarh
                  Road Industrial Area,New Delhi - 110015
                  (iv) Agent Code - [protected]
                  (v) Agent Group/Leader Code - [protected]

                  (j) Since I was not able to read or write properly, I could not acknowledge the receipt of the policy. I came to know of the cheating only when I received the next payment notice that I have been given a policy which I did not ask for.

                  2. As can be seen from the above that I have been cheated by Ms India Infoline Insurance Brokers Limited and Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Limited by indulging in following wrong practices:-

                  (a) Issuing an unwanted policy instead of the agreed upon financial instrument.
                  (b) Forging of signatures while issuing the policy in order to keep me in dark from knowing the actual contents of the policy while issuing it.
                  (c) Modifications of the filled details in the application forms to suit their own requirements including cutting and over writing on the application form.
                  (d) Bringing the policy into force without getting any confirmation or acknowledge receipt from me.
                  (e) Not cancelling the policy in spite of repeated requests from me in this regard.

                  3. I, therefore, request you to take cognisance of the above mentioned facts and impress upon the companies M/s Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Limited and India Infoline Insurance Brokers Limited (Address mentioned in Para below) to return all my money with an interest 24 % per annum cumulative as assured initially, by 01 Jan 2012, failing which a criminal case be registered for investigating the matter of cheating, forgery, fraudulent robbery under sections 378, 391, 405, 409, 415, 416, 417, 463, 468, 470, 471, against following:-

                  (a) The Manager, India Infoline Insurance Brokers Limited, Moti Nagar Zone, 71/3, Nazafgarh Road Industrial Area, New Delhi- 110015, Tel:[protected], Mobile: [protected] and Agent Ms Pooja (Code[protected] for direct role.

                  (b) The Managing Director, Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Limited, Corporate/Regd Office: Delphi- B Wing, 2nd Floor, Orchard Avenue, Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, Mumbai- 400 076

                  4. In case you are unable to take any action against the accused personnel, you are requested to intimate the same to the undersigned by 25 Dec 11 in order to enable me to take up the case with higher authorities and file a case in court for justice.

                            With ref to AIG policy c[protected] dt 12/10/2010 in name Of AKTHAKUR Agent Code[protected]VIGHNAHARTA DIRECT INSURENCE BRoKER CO As per Tata AiG person Mr Rathor I was told about scheme to pay Rs40000/ - I will get cover fr 12lac and medical insurance fr 8lac fr my family(self +3 means spouse and 2 children) but in policy nothing is mentioned.Also I was told in three month time get bonus of 30 % and 2 gram Gold Coin.
                            Then called on toll free no [protected] customer care person one Mr Pramod Singh(mob no.[protected] ) inquired about my family particulars age and names for issuing m2edical insurance policy but in three months time didnot get policy . This person Mr Pramod has switched off mob.
                            Also recently got call from TataAig for new scheme. Then asked the lady as she was telling about my policy and checked from computor and gave detail. Which say in the scheme the 2gram Gold Coin be given after completing 3yrs.
                            This seems TATA AIG is making fool and to get bussines the have a chain at diff city and agents all over India .If there is no such scheme then have a request to return my Rs 40000/-and cancel the policy and deposit the money in my sbi S/ac [protected] at the earliest.
                            But must find t he racket doing all this and making fool of many customer.

                              Sub : Complaint about Wrong Information & Duplicate signatures on application form

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have taken Your Tata AIG Life Subh Life policy from Your Agent : Bajaj Capital insurance Broking Ltd.[protected] and My Policy No. is C02083328 policy date : 18/08/2011.

                              In the month of August I received a call from one Mr. Yash Vardhan –mob:[protected] landline :[protected] regarding your Shubh Life policy. Details Given by him were as follows:

                              1) I have to pay Rs.30,000 p.a. for first Five years, though the policy would be for the period of 10 years. I was entitled to either get Rs.2000 P.M. as a pension amt. after six months from the policy registration for next 10 years or withdraw maximum amount of Rs.2,30,000-2,40,000.in the 6th year.

                              2) Life insurance for 99 Years -in case of Natural death-Rs. 3,00,000 & Rs.6,00,000 in case of Accidental death to Nominee.

                              3) Rs.1,50,000 Mediclaim for each Year Upto 5 Years. Without hospitalization also we could able to get expenses of our medicals every year.

                              How ever I was shocked when I received the actual policy documents as the following anomalies were observed.

                              1) Signatures on the application Form are not mine and appears to be fraudulently made by some other person. The information filled in is also not correct. Though I had indicated nominees name the document says nil.

                              2) There is no proper mention of the amount eligible to me after the period of 10 years.

                              3) No accidental coverage mentioned.

                              4) Nothing mentioned about mediclaim.

                              As a senior Citizen & policy Holder I request you to look into the matter and take strict action against this Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Ltd. & Its Executive Mr. Yashvardhan, who is very arrogant. When we asked him about this matter he darely said go and complaint to anyone any where.


                              Please, Let me know the exact policy features. Give me the reason for duplicate signatures on application form . If the benefits are not as per mentioned points than cancel the policy and return my amount back. You can’t cheat a senior citizen like this. I request you to take strict action against your Authorised Agent & that executive.

                                        i have taken TATA AIG Life indurance policy thinking that money will grow; since the fund manager is sleeping your money also sleeps. i have paid 3000rs forfund manager. in 4 years my money has reduced from 30000 to 26000.
