The Jawed Habib Salon — Hair straightening issue (kerasmooth)

I have gone through hair straightening program in THE JAWED HABIB salon. But I really feel sorry to say that the service was even worst then worst at this time. I used to visit on a regular basis to THE JAWED HABIB salon, and I was one of the happy customer of it.

But this time service provided to me is more then worst, my hair does not becomes straight and also my hair starts falling rapidly.

I am bit concern now that probably this is the biggest mistake of my life that I choose THE JAWED HABIB salon. Is it just meant to take money from customers irrespective of customer satisfaction?
Else to sell costly product to their customers irrespective of customer satisfaction?
