I had a very bad experience when I visited the saloon - Toni & Guy Essensuals Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore - 560064 . I was asked to come to store for getting bill and keratin service as last time they did not do properly as Saloon guy was new and did not do his work and on same day I did a complaint about the same to Mr Kisan. But he apologized and ask me to come after 40 days as Keratin should not do within 30 days. When I visited Saturday (30th Oct'21) . He literally behaved different and he used abuse language and asked me get out from saloon in front of everyone. I have recorded the video when the moment he realized its recorded then he got cautious but still he was arrogantly behaved, not seems like Toni and Guy professional . Not safe for women. Please do not visit the store and take necessary action . In case of need I can provide the video and messages too .
