I booked a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore. The website did not have any baggage details info and they asked me to book a ticket first. They were offering a 500 cashback and no convenience charges.

After I booked my ticket, I get to know that I can carry only hand baggage in it and need to pay extra for the check in baggage! The website never picks up calls and give no specific information on mails! I paid the same price for this ticket as I could have paid for one with checkin baggage from other websites! Fraud people, I do not how how these people are allowed to keep working like this cheating its customers by announcing fake cashbacks!
