We purchased Lava -Tablet-connect plus on 15th January 2014.It has warranty period of 1 year from the Lava mobiles The universal, Anantapur would have to send the instrument to concerned persons of company & should be under follow up.So we submitted our problamatic( Details shown in Service Request form by Universcell) Lava E-Tab Connect plus to the dealer Univercell, Anantapur on 3rd september 2014.So far one month 4days over, the tablet status we don't know .When we ask the UniverCell people they say it was not received from company.They are not interested to be under follow up.Just when we ask they say that they will inquire & will keep quiet.They don't reveal to us about inquiry unless we ask.Actually we are in confusion whether this delay is from UniverCell, Ananthapur or from service centre of Lava Mobiles.Any how we are direct dealings with Univercell, we are finding fault with him only We are here with enclosing - 1) Tax invoice from UniverCell, Anantapur 2) Service Request form from UniverCell, Anantapur. UniverCell Telecommunications Customer Care's response Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have escalated the issue to the concerned team and our respresentative will contact you soon to understand this matter and serve you better.

Updated by romalaramachandrudu After my complaint against UniverCell, Anantapur, I received reply from UniverCell Telecommunications stating that some of their agent will contact us shortly for better service & they also regretted for in convenience on[protected], already 48 hrs over so far no body contacted us.so I my self again phoned to the No-[protected], which was given by them.But some body lifted the phone by name Salam( as told by him) & told to contact another no- 1)[protected] or 2) [protected] .

Actually as specified by them, some agent should contact us, but not contacted instead of taking responsibility, they are giving some phone Nos.If I contact them they will give some other no.How long this process continue, I request the Management o[censored]niverCell Dealers to arrange New mobile/Tablet if they can not get repaired it from LavaMobiles.

Updated by romalaramachandrudu I am very happy to inform that I have received my repaired Lava tablet from UniverCell, Ananthapur when I casually went to shop & asked them in shop, they told that it was received today morning.If they would have informed me, i might have not commented earlier.Any how I am very very happy till it works well.

Thank you to all those who involved in receiving my repaired Lava tablet.
