I have booked my service on 15th February 2022 for the service scheduled on 17th February 2022 at 6.30pm. Till 6pm there was no professional assigned to me and i tried to complain and nobody responded because of which i resheduled my service to 18th February 2022 at 6pm and after complaining multiple times i got the professional assigned but not for the time slot which i have asked instead of 6pm the professional is scheduled at 3pm. we wait for the service and the service gets delayed. its pathetic service by Urban company where they irritate the customers.
