Vani Traders — cloth not delivered as ordered

I ordered 1set of women suit from vani traders which is currently handled by vrinda bansal. They use facebook’s soapwati group for their advertisements.
However they delivered another suit which was of cheap quality and does not even match as described by them. Now they are refusing the refund or exchange it. Also they are not answering the calls.
