Vlcc New Alipore Kolkata — Burnt and peeled off my underarms, for misbehaving, for humiliation, for muscle power

This is regarding the inappropriate and inhuman service provided by VLCC New Alipore, Kolkata.

I visited the above center on 16th January 2022 (Sunday ) for face, hair, underarm services.

Ms Rupa has peeled off the skin of my both underarms leaving all strands of hair with her specialized techniques.

I reported to her there itself that a wound occurred but she ignored my complaints and said 'waxing cannot cause any wound.'

I asked for ointment and ice as both my underarms were burning badly.

She insisted that I should leave the center as early as possible

Ms. Paramita Acharya, Beauty head was absent citing the reason “50% capacity”.

When I reported the incident to Ms. Paramita Acharya, she acted in a very casual manner and said just “sorry and will won't repeat next time as Ms. Rupa is very good at her work”

I was surprised by her casual approach and act of justifying her staff's grievous mistake.

An underarm waxing costs me a terrible burn and unexplained, inconsolable pain.

Now I am on medicine and wounds dressing for healing.

I wrote the above grievance to the wecare at vlcc. Before they replied I had a telephonic conversation with the VLCC, New Alipore branch.

Ms. Anupama Dey, Ms Paramita Acharya both misbehaved with me.Both of them verbally abused me over the telephone.

Ms. Paramita Acharya going on and on justifying her staff Ms. Rupa. She claimed that Ms. Rupa is the best service provider of the said zone. Ms. Paramita Acharya argued that the employees are not getting salary. She further claimed that they are doing charity as I told “It can't be that, VLCC can't pay their employees. ”

Ms. Anupama Dey had threatened me.Ms Paramita Acharya has shown her muscle power.

After this, I got a reply from VLCC, where they mentioned that for feedback they sent my grievances to the same accused branch. I was astonished with their reply.

I paid approximately 4 lakhs but they are claiming that they are giving me free services as I am unable to visit VLCC because of COVID19 and lockdown but I was unaware that they worked during lockdown.

I paid rupees 10000 to Ms. Paramita Acharya unofficially, fulfilled her sales target at midnight to her Kotak Mahindra Bank Personal A/C as she stressed and forced me to pay.

I asked Ms. Paramita Acharya, to transfer my balance amount to any other branch but she denied.

I paid the money, my underarms were burnt badly still according to them, I should not say a single word as they are the VLCC themselves.

To give me justice and to avoid this kind of risk in future, kindly terminate both the above named employees.
