We gave our scooty for accidental claims, in service centre, staff said claim will be of from, back and write side. Back head light was little break, he broken more and more and now saying servers only allows claim of front and write side.
For changing the back light we need paid 950.
I am saying why you turn the back light from minor scratch to major damage then they talking roudly and saying claim will be granted so break more and more.
They are keeping in dark and damage my scooty.
I am disappointed with service because of my heavy loss.
We submitted our scooty at 25 december they promise to return in five day but until we have no get. Our scooty no is bro1eh3589 and submitted our scooty at yamha service centre kumhrar, patna, bihar. There are lack of transpirancy of information.
Please resolve our problem.
