My sister and I booked an appointment in person and paid a deposit for two hair services (straightening and updo) 3 days before our event. When we got to our appointment, we weren’t treated fairly. We had to wait over 45 minutes with scheduled appointments for someone to address and provide service. During the service, my sister’s ears were burned with a straightener, and they sprayed hairspray in her eyes. We were told they would wash and style our hair which is included in the service. My sister did not get her hair washed. They also straightened my hair while partially wet and did not put any product such as a heat protectant. Their services are very much low class, and it shows right through the management. They also had no record o[censored]s paying a deposit. After we complained about the poor service, no one there was remorseful. We paid and were told management would contact us in 1 to 2 days. No one ever contacted us. I ended up emailing the owner, and still no response. The individuals in this facility are not professionals, they have zero professionalism or respect for their customers. It’s a lack of empathy, responsibility, and knowledge that shows that management and the people there only care about money. This place is filthy and does not deserve the rates that it receives. Coming from the US, this place is disgusting.
