I dis my hair smoothening from zuicch salon dombivali east branch. They literally burnt my hair and when i did complain to manager she said because of hair colour your hair look like this. But i had done my hair colour few months back and how they got burnt after smoothening. Please help

I did the same complaint to the owner of the salon and he had given me another chemical treatment resulting to no use. He said smoothening will be there we are adding shine on that. But now again my hair become fizzy. My requirement was hair smoothening like straight hair.
