My telephone calls to HSBC bank for further help in resolver the above issue has gone unheard by them. Today i received a letter from bank stating that i need to pay the Rs 200 on the card. I would like to have the top management look into this seriously and have this resovled before i could take serious legal actions against the bank and also have this notified to financial Ombudsman Service... feedback from HSBC credit card division, i called to CIBIL Mumbai office to
clarify the report... outstanding all from HSBC bank only.

After this HSBC put as a WRITTEN OFF satus in CIBIL report which looses my credit history this is very ridicules and don’t except this kind of behavior from a MNC bank . At the time of introducing the policy HSBC Bank told that after receiving the policy if I am not interested in the said policy it has to be communicated to TATA AIG within 40 days for cancellation of policy. Please note that the policy effective date is 7th June 2010 and I have sent a request to TATA AIG to cancel the policy on 12th July 2010 (which is well within 40 days)...

Initially with INR 75000 credit limit which was increased upto INR 1,75,000 Approx. So the experience of holding card as per my capacity is proven.
Now where is the problem?
When you charge unnecessary amount, charges amount without any consent from the card holder, then late fee on the unjustified amount etc... Also i have called up the HSBC bank for this issue. they are said bank not giving any kind of instruction. Even i have explained the matter about my conversion with recovery agent. But they refused they have no information regarding the same. We finally this is very disappointed and stopped payment to HSBC Bank against outstanding amount from month of Dece,2009... mumbai-400099... posted in Jaipur at HSBC Bank. At the time when they issued the card they assured me that their is not a single penny i have to pay to bank as long as i don't make any purchases from the card. I di'nt used the card even once till date.
It was some 20 days back, around Rs... given to a customer by HSBC bank. They are ready to close the account else putting pressure on the customer to pay all invalid charges else we will make you defaulter.
Even by giving all the payment to bank, HSBC bank is troubling the customer and misusing the banking power.
Anyone please suggest what can be done to come out of this... silver credit card of HSBC bank for many years. This card was issued to me stating that it is ‘FREE FOR LIFE’ and there are no joining fee or Annual fee or any other hidden fee at any point of time.
True to that, I was not charged any fees for the past many years UNTIL on 13th April 2010, they charged Rs... THE HSBC BANK IS WRONGLY SHOWING A DUE OF Rs. 6910/ AS PER THE LATEST STATEMENT 30/4/2010. INSPITE OF MY CLARIFICATIONS, THEY ARE SENDING ME THE STAEMENTS REPEATEDLY. THERE AGENTS ARE TELEPHONICALLY INSISTING FOR THE PAYMENTS WHICH WAS NOT PAYABLE. I HAD NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THE CREDIT CARD... ABN AMRO Bank, SBI, HSBC Bank, due to some unavoidable situation i couldn't make few payments to this bank against my credit card.
However when i was contacted by the collection department of the bank I made full payment at one go for the settlement amount asked by the bank, but still after six months of making the payment I am fail to build up any financial relationship with any other bank instead of having very good track record with all other bank since ABN AMRO, SBI, HSBC has not removed my name from the Satyam Defaulter List... And now HSBC bank is again and again charging me for the closed credit card.
Current status of the credit card is closed.
I request you to consider my complaint against HSBC for the issue mentioned.
