My name is N.Vijaya Bhaskar reddy.
My airtel postpaid number is [protected].
I recently had a call from an airtel customer care sharing some information about my bill of rupees 2, 190/-, saying that i[censored] pay the bill now we'll reduce the amount by 500 rupees on total bill orelse your connection would be lost.
Then, i immediately paid rupees 1, 000/- and got my suspension released. Again after two days the airtel people(the other lady) called me saying that rupees 300/- only will be reduced and you need to pay the remaining due within 8th july 2017.
So, now my balance due is rupees 1, 190.
Now, i moved to my near airtel express and paid rupees 890/- as they said that rupees 300/-will be reduced. There the lady said that they'll provide my connection back within 4 hours of my payment. And now, its been 24hours since i paid my balance, but there is no activation of my airtel postpaid number [protected].
Now, i'm here with a query whether when will my number get activated?

    26 Apr I get call from Airtel customer center. he told me about 499 plan and he told that after you get 499 plan your bill always coming under 700 but its not happened and he told me i[censored] not satisfied this plan u can activate ur old plan so I call them for activate my old plan but they told me we can't activate ur old plan

      This is with reference to my four requests raised.

      Details:
      1) Why can you guys close the requests without letting the customer know about the status?
      2) Network team makes fraud by closing the requests stating customer refused to allow us for visit and customer is not even aware of the same.
      3) Person who has to pay visit for survey doesn't call you or will give you a short missed call and you get a message from a number stating you are not reachable and request will be closed, the pain point is that you can't even call back to that number. This is actually fraud in name of laziness by your employees.
      4) If the surveyor comes, he will not register his survey report as company is in fault and network is not at all up to the mark. But your open network info shows good network which you are misleading the customer.

      Details:
      Four requests have been raised as mentioned and no action till date.
      When I raised the same for porting, you feared employees call and ask for a reason and then say that we will address your issue. You culture and customer satisfaction level is poor and is looting the people in name of open network and 4G.

      You can't provide 2G networks and you claim for 4G. It sucks. I hope some action should be taken or else I will take to TRAI what fraud are you guys doing in the name of open network.

      Don't go to Jungles to provide the network at least work here & provide at home first or shut down your good for nothing telecom company.

        Dears,
        I have received a rediculous bill amount of 3.44 lach for the month of June 2017 for number [protected], I called the service number and they claimed it is because internet usage while on roaming of 4 GB on June 22 only.

        I find this impossible for the following reasons:

        1) I have asked to not activate roaming service at all for this line.

        2) I have a preset credit limit of 7300 INR

        3) there was no data usage on 22 June as it was the day of arrival abroad and the SIM card was removed on 23 june..

        This is quite not acceptable and appreciate your urgent and fast response to resolve the confusion by clearing the bill.

        I have filed a complaint by phone with reference number 77596750

          Hi,

          I am using Airtel since last 10 years. This is one of the worst experience and I am finding my self help less after so many complaints and calls to Airtel.

          My Issue is:
          I was using My Airtel App (registered with mobile no [protected]) for recharging mobile number [protected] on 28th June by amount Rs. 349. On first attempt I got message that recharge got failed and hence I tried it second time with same amount.
          Later I found that my balance got deducted twice.
          I am not getting any help from you guys for refund. Can you guys take a look into this issue.

          I am not going to leave my money due to your technical issue in your Airtel APP whether I have to go to consumer forum. Airtel is making me realized that it is no more good/ helpful for its customers.

          I hope there is a way to resolve my problem. You guys are treating like I am calling to another planet and no body understand my language and problem.

              I was using airtel broadband services (Relationship no [protected]) since long and was paying bills before due date. I was shifting to a new place and raised request on 21st June 17 (SR[protected] for shifting of connection 2 home away from my current residence. Airtel's executive reached on 23rd June and after roaming here and there for 30 minutes he left. I got a message that your sr 83984806 has been closed i.e my connection has been shifted to new address. So, i finally decided to discontinue with Airtel so i called Customer care on 23rd June 17 & told Mohd Fayaz to disconnect my connection.

              To my surprise i got a bill on 9th July 17 for the whole month (5th June till 4th July) with additional 300 rs as shifting charges which was not done. From 21st June 17 till 9th July 17 shifting has not been done and i was not able to use the broadband & fixedline services and Airtel is sending me bill for the whole month and they do not even disconnecting or adjusting the charges and forcing me to pay the bill.

              I was looking to continue but now decided to take services of other companies who do not make people fool.

                I have done international roaming recharge for 1199 which was correct package. Again i have done the recharge for 1198 which was by mistake.                   Customer service was really damn horrible...i tired to call customer service for more than 3numbers but no one responsible for my problem...my internet was not working since 3days.so i tired to query customer service but they were irresponsible...i have got evidence too...i was using airtel sim for more than 1year thinking that your sim is best but today your services and internet service i was damn betrayed...if briefly i would say i[censored] can't fix it by tomarrow i would never regret to say i wil never use it again n wil never recommend my friends ro use...

                    I made a transaction on Amazon.in via Airtel payment bank on 29th June 2017.
                    But due to any reason I cancelled my order with amazon.
                    After that Amazon processed refund amount to original mode of payment (Airtel payment bank)
                    Now the nightmare begins with me.
                    I contacted Airtel money customer care no (400) and also written several mails to their official email id, [CASE ID:533622] Refund for my transaction with amazon.in I'd but every time Airtel told me to wait for 24 hrs for processing refund amount in my Airtel payment bank account.

                    Now almost 8 days passed but still I have not got my refund amount.
                    I think that after loosing their telecom business, Airtel started looting their customers by unfair means like not giving refund etc.
                    I am very much disappointed with Airtel care and advising all online users to beware from Airtel payment bank because they have no solution for customers.

                    Please note that I already contacted 4 times on airtel money care no 400.
                    Also I mailed 4 times to [protected]@airtelbank.com
                    but no solution was provided by Airtel.
                    After this only I mentioned my issue here.
                    But after your comments now it is clear that Airtel has no solution for my case.
                    Dear online users please take a note of my case and avoid using Airtel money.

                      Today i.e. on 08.07.2017 I have recharged Rs.702 in wrong customer ID . In my TV screen I have read my ID [protected] instead of correct ID [protected] but registered mobile no. had been recorded properly which is [protected]. I do not understand when ID and Mobile No. not matched then how the next step of processing the payment can continued.

                      May be it's company policy but it should not be justified.

                      I am requesting here for refunding the amount of Rs.702 in my bank account and or may adjust in next months.

                        I recently swapped my SIM on my mobile number [protected]. Got all the activation messages but the SIM still not showing the signal. Not able to use internet or make callS. Thank god my old SIM is still active. But I am confused. Which SIM is linked to my mobile number. If Swapping process is complete then why my new SIM does not show network.

                        Tried to reach customer care. But as usual no response. Retailer has no clue.Please sort issue earliest

                          I an constraint to express my deplorable situation regarding faulty working of your network. Your network is not coming in my area. I have complained a lot of times but i didn't get a satisfactory response. The erratic working of your network is creating a lot of inconvenience. This infact represents a dismal picture regarding your organisation.

                          Airtel needs no introduction. It enjoys and enviable position in LTE service. Your company is on culmination but the supply of your network does not match with the reputation and goodwill you enjoy in the market. Hope you will comprehend with us. I hope you will rectify your lapse and transform your notoreity at the earliest. I hope you will not give a cause of inconvenience to your old and bonafide customer and try to rectify our grievances.                               I opted for Airtel' Broadband connection in Feb. 2016 & it is an ARP @ 16Mbps speed - present FUP is 130GB. Till today right from Feb. 7, 2016 the maximum speed was hardly 1Mbps; I lodged so many complaints & no action was taken by the company to deliver 16Mbps speed as per the plan I opted for & assured by Airtel "IN BLACK & WHITE". They keep repeating the same stories again & again like " IF YOU CONNECT YOUR SYSTEM TO ROUTER DIRECTLY USING CABLE YOU"LL GET 16Mbps SPEED"; this is a white lie since I checked it out too. Recently I got to know that speed is low because of the distance of my residence is from their exchange; they concealed this fact for nearly 1 1/2 years so far & only recently accepted this fact. This is "OUTRIGHT CHEATING" that too for so long. My efforts to set right this issue are in vain & it is quite clear Airtel doesn't care a damn about their customers & mints money in all ways they can cheating customers like us outrightly. My written complaints through eMails to their appellate authorities also haven't yielded any corrective actions from their end; hence this complaint to our Indian government.

                              IT IS QUITE CLEAR IT IS PRE-MEDITATED CHEATING FOR MORE THAN 1 1/2 YEARS. I OPTED FOR AIRTEL'S BB PLAN IN FEB. 2016 SINCE THEY GUARANTEED 16Mbps SPEED; IF THEY HAD TOLD ME IN FEB. 2016 ITSELF THAT IT WILL BE HARDLY 1Mbps SPEED I WOULD'VE CHOSEN SOME OTHER COMPANY. YOU KNOW THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES OFFERING MUCH BETTER SPEED (EVEN 300Mbps) WITH HIGHER DATA PACKS AT MUCH LOWER RATES THAN WHAT AIRTEL HAS CHARGED. THEY (AIRTEL) DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY INTENTION WHATSOEVER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

                              WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY IS:
                              * AIRTEL SHOULD RETURN ALL THE MONEY I'VE PAID THE PAST TWO YEARS (AROUND Rs. 25K)
                              * ENSURE A MINIMUM SPEED OF 16Mbps CONSISTENTLY
                              * FOR WASTING MY & MY FAMILY'S TIME & ALL THE MENTAL AGONY ENCOUNTERED AS A DIRECT EFFECT
                              OF SUCH LOW SPEED, AIRTEL NEED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE MONETARY COMPENSATION BASED ON
                              MUTUAL CONSENT
                              AIRTEL TRIED TO CHEAT ME TWO OTHER OCCASIONS BY CHARGING Rs.1, 000 ; FIRST TIME FOR
                              INSTALLATION WHICH IS FREE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO OPT FOR THEIR ARP PLAN; SECOND TIME AGAIN
                              FOR ANOTHER Rs.1, 000 AFTER PROMISING ME TO REPLACE THE ROUTER (ROUTER PLUS INSTALLATION)
                              FREE OF CHARGE.

                              IF AIRTEL DOESN'T RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SPECIFIED, WITHIN A WEEK'S TIME, I'LL BE FORCED TO EXPEDITE OTHER OPTIONS.

                                I am using airtel network in the city center of bangalore ( Rajajinagar), the best network signal provider ( self claimed) AIRTEL is very poor in my area.
                                even after so many complaints to the customer care in bangalore, they dont CARE about this.

                                  Somehow my insurance got rejected with a very stupid and silly reason saying that slipping of phone is not an accident and since then its been 15 days but I haven't received my unrepaired handset yet!
