Dear sir,

My boss mr. D. K kansal has using a airtel postpaid no [protected], he came today from his home to office by metro, at rajiv chowk metro station somebody stolen his phone, so that kindly block the sim right now so that nobody can misused his number.. This is the second chance he lost his phone in last 1 month. Kindly block the sim on temporary basis at your earliest possible.

    [protected] i m using this no since from last few years but now a days airtel signal quality down even from yesterday i m not getting any signal at all (No service only)
    As i have registered this no on multiple platforms so they people are not getting me on the time because my no is out of service. And what if you have registered your no for online banking, can't even access my account for online purpose because of this no service kind of things from airtel...

      I upgraded my sim from 3g to 4g yesterday evening. According to the delivery guy (Who delivered the sim to the address i mentioned in the request), the 4g sim should have been activated within 30 minutes after putting it into my mobile. But that didn't happen. It still shows "no service".
      As mentioned in the message sent by airtel customer care, i sent the message sim to 121.
      Please let me know the correct procedure to get my 4g sim activated.

      As mentioned in the message sent by Airtel customer care, I sent the message SIM <20 digit number on SIM followed by U> to 121.
      Please let me know the correct procedure to get my 4G SIM activated.

        I am airtel maharashtra prepaid subscriber and on 10th july, i tried to recharge my mobile no with rs 399. I had tried to recharge it through my airtel app and using my airtel payment bank account. The money was deducted from my payment bank account (Trx id[protected] but airtel says recharge was not successful as airtel payment bank declined the payment! (Trx id[protected]
        Now since last 3 days, i am trying to raise the issue with both, airtel and airtel payment bank. And each one is pointing finger towards other, harassing me and looting my money!

          Hi, we have airtel broadband connection for last 7 years acxount number is.[protected]. We have issue with modem and contacted customer care few months back to disconnect. They informed that in couple of months we are upgrading the lines and would proivde an alternate modem. We reached airtel after this upgrade and they are now saying we need to pay around 1500rs for the modem. If it is the case, when i requested for disconnection why should they provide. A wrong promise of providing alternate modem. I am not happy with this kind of false promise from reputed company like airtel.

            Today i'm going to recharge of rs 349 for my family member number through my airtel app but after clicking on best offers of that particular number, recharge done on my number instead of family member number. What the hell my best offers are showing below any other number? I don't want recharge on my number so kindlly deactivate the same pack & refund the amount to my balance or my airtel money account. I did a very big mistake by updating ur poor my airtel app kindly do the needful as soon as poosible otherwise i will take this issue with higher authority.

            2 days before I sent email to [email protected] & today i recieved a reply confirming that Rs 349 refund has been added to my airtel balance & at the same time i recieved the refund. Now my issue is resolved.

              I have recharged my airtel number with 399 /- (Per airtel app 1gb/day-70 days), and its not giving 1gb/day as promised. My data expired after first 1gb usage and they are giving 28 days validity instead of 70 days, nor they are giving 1gb data/day, its only one time data of 1gb for 28 days, its my mistake to choose airtel when jio is fulfilling their promises.

                I opted for 4g lte 999 data plan with 10 gb data, in november i requested for an additional data for the same billing amount. Your cx executive suggested and gave an offer of 20gb for same price. I was happy and things went really well.

                When i saw the bill for last 2 month, i was shocked to see the bill amount is around rs.1500+. When i called your customer care to complaint i got to know that was an offer for only 3 month.

                My question here is even if the offer is only for 3 month, on 4th month before activating this plan why was this not inquired with me whether i opt or not??
                I would have definitely cancelled the plan if is for 1500. I requested to have the plan only for 1k and not more than that.
                Please check and rebate the extra billing amount from my bill. I will pay my pending bill and continue with airtel service only if you guys discount whatever you charged extra without my knowledge.

                Above complaint given on 8th June and Please go through my complaint, till now no resolution and more over new connection is also disconnected calling out that previous number has outstanding balance.
                If this was the case

                1. Why did you provide new number or service to me?
                2. When I visited your Kiosk at Gandhibazar, why your store executive insisted me to take the new offer and SIM to continue the service ?

                All you try to show increase in sales and customer count and later give them so pathetic service.

                More over you keep adding the bill amount which is not at all in use.

                This is how "so called customer service in Airtel ".

                Fed up with calling your customer care and end up with no solution.

                    I had a word with airtel number of times regarding signal issue and issue was still in worst condition. The same thing i have mentioned in complain no.[protected]Complain date 12/feb/2017).
                    I have also shared my location (Airtel open network) through link as mentioned in message in airtel. If i am changing my phone setting in “auto” only getting 2 signals in phone and if doing setting in 2g/3g at that time getting signal 4 or 5. However if getting signal 3 or 4 than voice quality is too bad.

                              I have requested a new broadband connection to airtel, 10 to 15 days before they collected forms and i'd proof and asked to pay online a sum of 500, till yesterday they haven't made any acknowledgement of it, and yesterday 2 of airtel representatives came and said we can't give connection at this location, we have canceled your request and you can request your refund. Airtel really you sucks.. Being a lead broadband company cheating ppls money. Dono whether i il get refund or not.. Bsnl dan ipadi irukanu airtel ku vantha.. Ivanunku avanae paravala pola.

                                  I have recently switched to airtel as was been told by airtel team that it is one of the nest network in country and the 4g quality is just superb, you will never face an issue with network and one more reason is that your apartment is centrally located in heart of nasik city surrounded by 23 towers, all this sounded really exiting in the beginning

                                  Bit the 4g in my bedroom itself is worst compared to whole of my aparment, my building is road front complete open atmosphere still i face network issue, i have reported this problem to customer care centre couple of time below are some reference number which i received every time after raising my complaint and i was been told technician will visit the site and solve the issue for you but it has been month no one jas showed up,

                                  Worst experience, niwas happy with my previous service provider which was much netter than airtel

                                  Customer care just are liars, they don't send any one as they mention on call and within 30 minutes always i receive a message the issue has been resolved please rate our service

                                  Have not even received signal call from Airtel and you mentioned you tried me calling multiple times but not able to reach me - this clearly shows how you network is, [protected] & [protected] are on 24/7

                                  I raised issue with BSNL they contacted me the very next day and issue has been addressed in proper direction and they are following up with me on my issue daily number is very well reachable

                                  You can do one this give me your number and i will call you so you can immediately contact from your office and sort my issue

                                    I asked for internet facility on my mobile no.[protected] with airtel on 6th july 2017. However, even today i. E. 12th july, 2017 airtel failed to provide internet facility. They are of the opinion the have provided the facility, but i am unable to use it for my gmail, facebook and whatsapp etc. Today i went to airtel store for help but failed to get the facility. This phone is registered at delhi and presently i am at bangalore. The last complaint i received from airtel is 77696411

                                      Recently, i made a airtel landline transaction of 550rs on 30th june, 2017

                                      After calling airtel customer care many times, they simply denying that no such payment received and said unable to trace your payment. Even after i mailed them all proof regarding this. But they are not helping, and showing stubbornness.

                                      Kindly contact airtel and tapzo both, or take action against both.

                                        This is to your kind information that i am using last 5-6 year my airtel prepaid number i. E. [protected] and as per the direction of government of india regarding link aadhar number with mobile number. Therefore, i went to airtel mini store at bhagat singh market, near gole market, new delhi-110001 on 11.07.2017 for linked my aadhar number with my mobile number, but the employee who is seating there namely mr. Rahul rajput, he said your aadhar card cannot not be link with your mobile number due data not matched with my identity (I. E. Spelling mistake in my name and my father name is also wrongly printed) in your record. How can it is possible at the time of getting this connection i was submit my identity proof. And he guide me that i will change my prepaid number in postpaid, thereafter your problem will be solved and your can change it in prepaid after 90 days.

                                        In the same day evening i call in airtel customer care for asked the procedure that how i link my aadhar number with my prepaid number if data is not matched in your record. The customer care executive said that there is no problem to link your aadhar number with mobile number, when you linked your aadhar card number with mobile number than automatically your personnel details will be corrected in our record.

                                        Therefore i gone again on 12.07.2017 in aforesaid airtel mini store and talk to mr. Rahul that i called yesterday i. E. 11.07.2017 in airtel customer care and customer executive said to me that i can easily link my aadhar numer with my mobile number, but they refused to link aadhar numer and said to me that connect to airtel customer care executive and tell to talk to me. Thereafter, i call again in airtel customer care on 12.07.2017 (Afternoon) regarding this issue and talk to mr. Rahul rajput and after lot of convincing done by customer care executive finally mr. Rahul is agreed and he has done this work.

                                        Mr. Rahul rajput was also enjoying talking to other customer about this issue at that time.

                                        You are therefore requested to please take necessary action and warn to mr. Rahul that they keep in mind that this kind of hassle is not to do with any other customer in future.
