I had an airtel sim which was already a 4g sim (It was written 4g on the sim). But in the airtel self care website, it showed that handset is 4g but sim is not 4g enabled. Hence i went to airtel office and got sim swapped. After that the phone never showed 4g network (Lte). Previously it used to show lte while using internet. So i complained on 121 twice (Ref. No is cgpsc[protected]). But it was of no use they give a date but even after a long time passes after complaining, they say it is still in process. Then i went to aitrel office twice, there they wrote some mail and told me problem will get solved in 24 hrs but nothing happened. Then i got sim swapped again but still i am not getting 4g. I am tired of this. And if this complaint is not going to work, i am going to change the network.

Some one contacted me from customer care and said "your problem will get resolved in 30 mins". Then I got a message: your 3G service will be activated in 30 mins. later I got a message "your flash service is stopped" and nothing happened. I was complaining about 4g service in the first place.
Please solve this asap. I will not recharge until its resolved

Lame that I see this post as resolved now.

    Dear customer care,

    I have been repeatedly charged for services activated in my sim for which i have no clue when and how it has got activated.
    I also changed my airtel number last week and it has not been even one week that i have started using new airtel number [protected], last thursday i activated my new sim for 200 and today the balance is 42.

    On last friday i was charged for 42 for some service, saturday and sunday for next gen tv 125/- cut from my balance.
    I went to airtel office near my place and have stopped all the services activated in my sim but the very next 2 consecutive days similar things have occurred.

    This is not only happening in my new sim but also in my last airtel sim same thing has occurred. I also did but get the recharge done for the sim [protected]. So i changed my sim and even then this issue is not stopping.

    This issue is not at all stopping. Again today also may 12th 2017 also a service called 'midnight masala' got activated and rs 99/- was cut from my balance.

    What is the issue? Why is this happening? Is there a solution to this. Inspite of informing this issue to customer care this issue is not at all resolved. The moment i use the net pack, i get a message that some xyz service is activated for which i money is cut from my balance.

    Kindly provide me the lost money to my number [protected].

    Airtel don't do these cheap moves to get money from your customers otherwise the remaining will switch to other carriers I bee also encounter the same problem and if it wI'll continue I'm gonna switch to jeo.

          I, T Srinivasa Bhushanam, have one dish TV connection and one airtel Post paid connection. These details I have registered in my Airtel registered ID. But I don't know one Mr Sikandar Sayyad's dish TV (Consumer ID : [protected]) were included in my Airtel registered ID. Further, in his Consumer ID details my mobile Number ([protected]) was included. It is creating lot of inconvenience to me. All his updates are coming to my mobile number. I have complained lot of times to Airtel people. But they are not responding.
          Please arrange to delete his Consumer ID from my Airtel registered iD, and delete my mobile number from his Dish TV consumer ID details.

            In connection with the subject cited above, I am Sunil Kumar from VPO Daiyar Tehsil & Distt. Fatehabad (Haryana). My four (4) airtel postpaid connection is[protected],[protected],[protected] & last 5 years airtel mobile service use.

            My concern is indoor (home) location network coverage issue face from
            last 2 years. Mobile screen showing network signal (1-2) is very low.
            In this poor network condition customer to call drop & voice echo
            issue face.

            Regarding this issue many times complain to Customer care. But till
            date no solution my complain.
            Please request sir/madam checks my complaint properly and solves my
            problem purity base earliest as possible.

              I had free calls until the first three days... But m being charged for my call aftr 4 days... Since i activited the service... If i hd to get chared fr my calls i would have recharged my number normally and used. I try to call the customer care executive but i can really find any link anywre.                   I have been using airtel for 20 years, my number is [protected].
                  I recently recharged with 349 on 10th.may.2017 from my airtel app. I am supposed to get unlimited local/STD calls for 28 days. i'm being charged for STD calls now( I am not in roaming).
                  I feel i am being CHEATED by airtel. and Internet doesn't work on 3G.
                  Customer care is pathetic, as it never connects me to an executive.worst part is IVR only speaks in Hind, all the time.

                  I am fed up with airtel.
                  Happy to migrate.

                  Whenever i am on call...the call is ended by showing that it is out of service area and from last 2 days there is no data service. Please see this and do something as soon as possible

                    I have recharged 3g data pack of 46 rs. On 10th may with txn id 065549 but data was not reflected in app. When i have again recharged 3g data pack of 46 rs. With txn id 067686 then it's reflected. I have raised the complaint ([protected]) to revert my money 46 rs. Or provide the 3g data. 11th may i receive message applicable recharge benefit has already been credited your airtel mobile account but when i checked account it's not. Again i have called to customer care on 12th may they told like why you have recharged two times it's not our fault it's your fault. We can't do anything.

                    I will suggest to everyone please don't go for airtel. Airtel service is not good as previous days. As well as customer care guys don't have manner how to talk with customer.

                    Please help to revert my 3g data or amount.

                      Airtel talk time not allow to send as a wallet recharge. When i have try to transfer to my main balance to wallet. Airtel app have not provision to use my main talk time balance as a wallaet balance and their are no any option for add maney from sbi bank hence airtel experience is very bad regarding manage my wallaet with other recharge and other activity.

                              This is to bring to your notice, that I possessed number [protected] from last 9 years.

                              I am Platinum customer and having 8 Airtel numbers in my family.

                              I took data card by the number [protected].

                              I paid advance of Rs. 6000 approx. in Oct 16 and service tax was pending.

                              I also informed at 121 to discontinue this number on Dec16. But I was told later that it was to be informed at outlet from where data card purchased.

                              Now I was raised a bill of Rs. 3000 approx. I was ready to pay service tax but why should I pay Rs. 2000 when I never used data card in the month of January 17.

                              For that my existing mobile number has been suspended.

                              Kindly look into the matter and resume services of my mobile.

                                I was using airtel broad band service and i have stopped the service thrid week of feb 2017.

                                I have sent an email for disconnection as i have changed the house. I got calls from customer care and i have informed them same for disconnection. I am receiving sms on pending bill amount which is appropriate.

                                Kindly take action and stop sending sms which is not appropriate on bill amount.

                                    I am unable to make or receive calls on my number (+91 [protected]), since I've left India. As I'm in the merchant navy I keep changing countries which makes it difficult for me to activate a country specific roaming tariff plan. I should be able to make calls at the normal international rates but Airtel doesn't allow me to, which is very disappointing.
                                    Last year I even activated the USA monthly plan but still I wasn't able to make or receive calls, although the data was working. I can't even call customer care.

                                    Please resolve this issue asap, it is really getting to my nerves now.

                                      I had recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs. 399 in the month of April. This plan was offered by airtel to my number. It offered unlimited call and 70GB data for 70 days (with a cap of 1GB data per day).

                                      But I’m being charged for data usage since 10th May though as per the plan I have 1GB free data per day.

                                      Now I’m not able to connect to the customer care through 198 or [protected] or 121 which is odd & I feel I’ve been cheated by airtel.

                                      So why offer a plan if you cannot keep up with what was proposed?

                                        Airtel give me a spacial offer.. Which is worth rs 399.in this offer company announced with 70 days validy unlimited cll and 70 gb 3/4g net... But after recharge we see that the speed of net is almst 2g max time show 2g network. Although my hand set is 4g supported and the area is 4g coverage. Company is totally harsh me. I complain airtel care... But there is no proper response to them. So pls hlp this...
