I had an airtel sim which was already a 4g sim (It was written 4g on the sim). But in the airtel self care website, it showed that handset is 4g but sim is not 4g enabled. Hence i went to airtel office and got sim swapped. After that the phone never showed 4g network (Lte). Previously it used to show lte while using internet. So i complained on 121 twice (Ref. No is cgpsc[protected]). But it was of no use they give a date but even after a long time passes after complaining, they say it is still in process. Then i went to aitrel office twice, there they wrote some mail and told me problem will get solved in 24 hrs but nothing happened. Then i got sim swapped again but still i am not getting 4g. I am tired of this. And if this complaint is not going to work, i am going to change the network.

Updated by sharif s Some one contacted me from customer care and said "your problem will get resolved in 30 mins". Then I got a message: your 3G service will be activated in 30 mins. later I got a message "your flash service is stopped" and nothing happened. I was complaining about 4g service in the first place.
Please solve this asap. I will not recharge until its resolved
