Dear airtel,
Why i have to pay rs 480/, i have made payment of rs 3200/ on the time of installation for three months as per invoice no 125 of 19/03/17, optimized solution for 10+10 gb data per month. On the promise of mr vishal sonune, sr executive sales of optimized solution, his mobile no is [protected].
If you are adding any charges is not accepted. Please rectified your bill and give me confirmation in future you will not send any additional bills to me up to 19 jun 2017,. As per invoice billing should be started from 20th of every month, why you are making billing period from 18 to 17 of each month.
It is intimated that please clarified everything as per your promise during time of installation will carry forward or you will changes the bills as per your choice.
Otherwise closed my connection immediately and refund the remaining amount with you at the earliest.

I used netbanking for talktime recharge using citrusairtel.Although I got a message that the amount has got debited from my hdfc account, airtel message says that the transaction was unsuccessful.
Please refund the amount and ensure that these things don't repeat again
in the future.
