This complaint is in regards to notify Airtel Billing Team that on Thursday May 4th, 2017 approximately around 4:00 pm 2 Fraud transactions each worth Rs 10, 000 were made to Airtel as a Bill payment from an ICICI Visa credit card ending with 3002. Both the transactions were made fraudulently. The person who attempted these deceitful transactions claimed to be an ICICI Bank agent named Mahi Shrivastav who tricked me by sending an OTP of Rs.5 and charged the card with Rs. 10, 000 2 times.

On consulting with the ICICI Bank it has been confirmed that
Two transaction IDs are 978071 and 445296 respectively,
Place of transaction is Mumbai and
The Merchant is Airtel Bill Payment.
Time of the transaction was 4:04 pm and 3:57 pm on Thursday May 4th, 2017 as stated above .

As a confirmed receiving merchant of the fraudulently made transaction. I request Airtel to reverse and refund the amounts back as soon as possible. Bank has already issued a request to Airtel with the request #[protected]. I request Airtel to assist me in this matter. I hope to hear back from you soon.

    I requested for broadband connection under number [protected] 8 days back but no one called me. I am calling customer care everyday and everyone is giving fake promise to complete the request in 24 hours. Why airtel service is diminishing? Should i reach public forums for my complaints?

    Before getting connection itself the customer care people make me cry what if i get problems after getting the connection?

    O pathetic company. Just some other money minded lazy and arrogant attitude employees

      I have porting request for my number [protected] as previous telecom vendor released my number last friday on 22:00. I have submitted all the documents in airtel store as per representative said sim will work after discontinue the service from previous telecom operator but as of now it is not working showing no service in my phone even i have tried to contact 121 care applatte delhi [protected]@ but didn't get any assistance from them. It affects me badly as lost number of call in my business, so kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

      Please confirm me when can i expect to back in smooth communication over my number?

          On 21st of march our airtel enterprise connection [protected] stopped working and we filed complaint with airtel the sr # is 74923482

          Till date (8th may 2017) nobody from airtel has bothered to call us or to fix this problem.

          This is our office internet and as a result all work in our office has come to a total standstill since 21st march 2017. We are facing massive loss of business.

          Whevever we call airtel 121 they say complaint was closed as engineer called you but you did not pick up the phone. I am an airtel postpaid customer and have not recieved any call from airtel engineer. I have asked to them to provide me proof of call. They either disconnect or put call on hold some people like mr farhan of airtel 121 whom i called on 8th may 2017 at 3pm said we don't have time to deal with such problems used abusive language and disconnected the phone.

          The airtel enterprise team on email only sends template reply that this is your sr number and it will be resolved by this date and give new complaint numbers every 3-4 days.

          I want airtel to compensate me for loss of business since 21st march and for the same i have sent airtel a debit note to which the enterprise team has not given a direct reply since 24th april 2017.
          If airtel is interested in fixing their device/network please do so.

            Dear airtel team we 5 friends are from madhya pradesh. Yesterday on 7th may we came to uttar pradesh at banaras city. The complain is that we all can't connect to each other numbers. We all are using airtel sim. We are getting call from anyone but we are not getting connected to each other. We are facing this problem from last 2 days. We can't communicate in any emergency. Provide us any solution otherwise we all will port our number to any other telecom operator. Literally so frustrating services.

                Hi all

                This email is with regard to complaint no[protected] raised for my broadband connection no – [protected]

                I have raised the complaint on – 2.05.2017 for broadband not working and your customer people raised a compliant (Ref no – 81928916.) they informed us a time line of 24 hours for solving the issue.

                From then till today i have been reaching the customer care for not resolving this issue. The standard question i hear from them is “have the airtel technician called me “. Neither the airtel technician has called me nor the issue has been resolved. Every day i call the customer care they tell me issue will be solved next day morning but nothing happens.

                Today is 5th of may and they have not done nothing about it. This is not the first time we are facing this issue. Any time we call for issue it will not be solved less than a week.

                Despite my constant efforts nothing has been resolved.

                I tried reporting to escalation matrix nodal and appelleta

                Every time the update was network team will visit my place and resolve but the reality is no one even contacted me over phone. Please either resolve the problem else accept that the issue is there and take time and as customer we will look for available options.

                  Hi guys,
                  My name is karthik, I have requested for a port from idea to airtel, nearly 7 days till now no address verfication is done or sim is not activated. I have to customer care nearly 100 times, manger name is DIVYA they have no responsible about the querys of customer and they make fun of customer querys they laugh at customers problem. I have fed by calling. ##### customer support they asked me reach to thier place for vefication if I need to go for address verifycation. I don't understood why they use to speak this #####. They use to say it will activate by today, tomorrow or in one hour 2 hours. I was surprised to hear that they will be in meeting of their whole working hours. Since from 2 days they are meeting.
                  I Thought airtel has GOOD SUPPORT, by seeing the issues I was shoked about seeing that customer satisfcation is 27% .

                  Please check my issue as soon possible. I hope THE BEST from your side. And please look into the customer support they have no idea what they are for. I think they will show no respect to customers I have whole calls recording about their ##### converstion and they use to laugh when we are trying to ask their help my number is [protected]

                    Since there was no resolution, I am repeating my complaint in this forum.

                    Using AIRTELapp I recharged IR pack for voice and data for Rs998, tr id[protected] on 8.1.17. The money was promptly debited, but this was not appearing in transaction history or in my account through your app. The pack was not effective. I was travelling overseas and was in great trouble. I made a complaint, ref PR[protected] on 10.1.17 but it was closed by you arbitrarily without resolving.
                    I am now back in India and have no use of the IR pack. I request you to refund the money asap. Immediate action required

                    I dont understand why alternate number is required because my airtel number is working fine. This was conveyed to you on telephone !!
                    Nevertheless my number is [protected]. This is a voda number which I have started using because of your bad service.

                      Dear sir,

                      I'm sushan mj, i'm existing prepaid customer of airtel my phone number is [protected].

                      On 2nd may 2017 i visited your airtel office which located opp. Infosis kottara, mangalore 575006. There i given request for port my number from prepaid to post paid. And i have done registration process thru thumb (I. E adhar card) and also submitted the all the necessary documents to your airtel office and they have given me new sim saying that it will get activated within 24 hours.

                      When i called on 05th may 2017 to your office number[protected] they confirmed that my registration is soft blocked by your system, they also said that they will rectify the problem and solve it and they confirm me that my postpaid sim will get activated by today.

                      But when i called same number today morning a guy said he is attending customer and he will call me back in 5 minutes. Again i called more then 15 times to same number no one is attending my phone call.

                      Today 08.05.2017 i called your office and no given me response. When i asked they said there are busy with attending customer.
                      Now i went your office and enquirer the status they said they dont know how to check the status. I asked them to call manager he said to cancel the request and ask me to return the sim.

                      I request you to kindly look into matter and solve it.

                      This kind of service will effect me very badly, because of port from prepaid to postpaid i have not yet updated my data pack and any other packs.

                      Please take immediate action.

                        I used netbanking for talktime recharge using citrusairtel.Although I got a message that the amount has got debited from my hdfc account, airtel message says that the transaction was unsuccessful.

                        Please refund the amount and ensure that these things don't repeat again

                          I wanted to recharge for 60 rs only but accidentally clicked on 345 as i already have 399 plan activated on my number only 2 days back on 6th of may 2017
                          So there is no need for 345 plan as it is the same plan with less benefits with 399 i m getting benefits for 70 days while its only for 28 days with 345... Plz help me regarding this... Either transfer the benefits to my other number or refund in any way...

                            I visited to airtel customer care centre adyar to portablity of my boss number from bangalore number to chennai number same airtel only. They told it will take 5-7 days. But today is 10th day. Still it was not changed. So i visited again. Here 5 deal are there for the customer compliats. But only one person is sitting here. Another all doing relaxing in staff room. Here five to six customers are waiting for the clarification. Very worst customer care service i never ever seen.

                                Hi

                                I have raised n number of complaints with airtel customer care last 10 yrs and so far there is no solution provided to fix this up. An engineer has arrived to check the signal strength but outcome of the report is not being address last 10 yrs my recent sr 74302175 which is being closed without my knowledge and when i reached them they say its closed which is not good. Airtel speak about open network across india but not able to resolve this network issues within chennai itself. I am using almost 10 yrs aprox paid rs.120000 even to take any official calls or personal calls i need to move the street to pick up.. Which is i am used to it with airtel network as i am frustrated after even none from airtel team bother on this issues to get fixed.. I stick to airtel as i still trust their commitment to the customer.

                                    Dear airtel,

                                    Why i have to pay rs 480/, i have made payment of rs 3200/ on the time of installation for three months as per invoice no 125 of 19/03/17, optimized solution for 10+10 gb data per month. On the promise of mr vishal sonune, sr executive sales of optimized solution, his mobile no is [protected].

                                    If you are adding any charges is not accepted. Please rectified your bill and give me confirmation in future you will not send any additional bills to me up to 19 jun 2017,. As per invoice billing should be started from 20th of every month, why you are making billing period from 18 to 17 of each month.

                                    It is intimated that please clarified everything as per your promise during time of installation will carry forward or you will changes the bills as per your choice.

                                    Otherwise closed my connection immediately and refund the remaining amount with you at the earliest.

                                      I used netbanking for talktime recharge using citrusairtel.Although I got a message that the amount has got debited from my hdfc account, airtel message says that the transaction was unsuccessful.

                                      Please refund the amount and ensure that these things don't repeat again
                                      in the future.

                                        I have given a porting application from BSNL to AIRTEL with phone number [protected], now none of my SIM is working. I asked BSNL customer care they said they have permitted for porting. I called AIRTEL also but no solution. I went to shop also where I bought the sim, he said he will also do a complaint.
