        I have been complaining them since many times for more than 6 months that my area network is not working.

        In the day time the network is excellent but after 7-8 pm the network becomes down, It provide internet but its not stable till morning, I have been complaining them about this issue since many months but the didn’t resolve yet.

        If they cannot provide me the internet during our needed time than whats the use of this network. As they cannot provide good internet connection its better for them to close their network in our area.

          Hi,

          Firstly i'm not expecting too much of a support during this corona time but ever since i applied for airtel broadband connection in chennai an year ago. The internet, telephone gets cut for atleast twice a month. Now since the last 2 months it is working only for 15mins after the technician claims that it is resolved. Again it goes down. And the technician arrives after one week. Even in airtel thanks app i'm not able to raise a ticket before one week of its resolution.
          No response to emails. Lately the technician started being rude also for no reason. I have collected all the complaints raised so far for this issue. I initially had 2 airtel lines in my house. Because of this issue i already disconnected one. Now this one as well.
          In this one year i altogether have details of more than 25 complaints raised in the last 12months.
          Very much dissatisfied with bharti who was once hailed for their support.
          Writing in the leftover 1% hope of finding a solution. Anyway 2 months of work from home was a mess to all o[censored]s in the house. Thanks to you

            Dear Sir/ Madam, I am shareholder of vodaphone company and postpaid ex customer too. I have port my number to airtel due to poor range issues at my location as on 12.12.2019. After so many months vodaphone company says that my outstanding was Rs.202.18.When I had port my number I have cleared my all previous bills with extra payment of Rs.100 as per guidance of gallary person.However company has communicated me regarding this outstanding in the month of April 2020.
            This is my business contact number. I have tried my level best and finally successfully paid dues as per guidelines of one person namely Mr Amit Joshi from ratnagiri who is representative of vodaphone.
            Thereafter also I am receiving calls for payments and also received message once again for the same.
            Update your system and please forward my this message to vodaphone's responsible head. I am extremely panic due to frequent calls even after payment made.

              Airtel offficer had reached to the destination and given to the planning team report of new site rf team offficer [protected] asked them they had approved new site and given report to the planning team for paper work

              We are waiting for the next tean to come with us we are ready to give ve land for network tower installation

              Sir plz send us team for further communication for paper work of tower installation on our land

              We are waiting for the tower installation team to come and do the legal formalities of tower installation paper work with us in our land

                        I have registered a call with your toll free number, but the complaint has not been attended to.

                        I had a similar breakdown, which was attended the very next day the connection was disrupted.

                              Hi team,
                              I am upendra vasireddy, in 2015 i taken a new airtel number in rajahmundry, andhra pradesh with number [protected], while i am taking my sim card i given my own address proof and passport photo.
                              Few days ago i faced an incident that some one done crime, after investigation his mobile number is having my address proof,
                              In that situation i went to airtel office and explained the situation, then asked me to link my aadhar card to my sim, same i done,
                              I thought that everrything fine, but now my aadhar is not linked to my airtel number and my number is with some other address proof.
                              So please take any action because i am facing lot of problems for the mistake by these airtel people.

                                I am really fed-up with your service for airtel digital tv.

                                I have been repeatedly trying to remove the hollywood diaries vas service which costs 60/month which i dont need and is been purposely added to my account.

                                I have tried almost 20 times to remove online but it only shows an error message as given below.

                                Its really # if you want to purposely harass an customer.

                                Please do the needful else i would like to opt for some other dth service which are far better than you.
