On March 24th onwards my mobile number deactivated without any notification.
More than 25 days I have no options to find out the way, how to reach the Airtel Team (bcoz of COVID-19). my prepaid validity of the pack is reduced day by day
I missed my clients' calls for more than 25 days....

More than 20 days i have no options to find out the way, how to reach the airtel team (Bcoz of covid-19).
March 28th only recharged my prepaid pack (Order no.[protected]. Till the validity of the pack is reduced day by day (How it happen?).
I missed my clients' calls for more than 20 days....

process my refund for failed transaction

Hello, i'm using your network (4g pack) for the last 10 years. I have recharged for unlimited pack amounting to inr.598 through online on 14th apr'2020. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 7 days got over till now and i'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing...

airtel recharge not happend even though money got deducted

I recharged my airtel prepaid number with rs.349 (399 pack, got 50 as discount) on 12th april from airtel thanks app using google pay as payment option. Money got deducted from my bank account but recharge didn't happen. I dropped multiple mails to customer care email but there is no response. Please help me by refunding the amount to my bank account....

I recharge my airtel number with an amount of 399 plan and receive a message from customer care about related to the recharge that they will recharge the within 4 hours but i didn't receive the balance yet....

airtel thanks app

I have transferred 100rs and 558 rs in 2 different days in airtel money wallet it has been deducted from my bank account but not added to airtel wallet. I have transferred it through gpay account.
I have registered a complaint to airtelcustomer care through mail case no.5632443 it has not been solved and customer care calling s # totally never connects wit person oly the recorded voice s playing out.

lost money twice while trying to recharge my phone a month back. still have not received a refund

While trying to recharge my phone i lost 219 rupees twice.
The money got deducted from my account both times but the recharge failed.
Usually airtel refunds withing a day but i still have not received a refund.
This incident happened on 04/04/2020 and later again on 06/04/2020.
I request the authorities to do the needful as soon as possible to schedule a refund and i also request for a reply.

I would like to change my Mpin which was expired .When i am trying to give name and dob as per my aadhar it says details re invalid.I forgot my registration details.I did my KYC recently in Airtel Thanks app and also verified my email there....

recharge failed and amount not refunded

While recharging a airtel prepaid account for rs. 2398 the transaction failed t the amount was deducted from by axis debit card account linked with the airtel application. Though it was mentioned that the amount will be refunded it has been more than 20 days and it has not been refundnded yet.

Have raised queries on the mail id - [protected]@airtel.in and [protected]@airtelbank.com the refund is not been issues yet. Please help

I've done a mobile recharge of rs. 558 on 15 april by googlepay android app, which is linked to sbi bank account.
Googlepay is showing successful transaction and bank statement also confirms the payment.

I recharged from [protected] this airtel account . I recharged this bsnl no.
[protected] two times ( transaction id : [protected])(transaction id 2 : [protected]) of rs 365 and the amount is deducted from sbi account no : [protected]. So please refund my money ....
